Do you really think any of them are better than Karma?

Sign up to (https://hitbtc.com/vote) then vote. It just just an email address, password and confirmation link in your email. Make sure you sign in so your vote is worth 10 times as much.

To get 1000 points it only takes 100 people voting for 10 points. Lets get started.

Day 1 results summary:
Karma moved up 8 places from rank 27 to rank 19 in just one day
Karma had the fourth highest votes in 24 hours
At least 7 people didn't sign in to vote! Oops we would be in front of Execoin if you remembered to sign in.

Day 2 results summary:
Karma moved back down 3 places to rank 21 due to the entrance of several new coins
Please ignore the TBA for now, I'll make a formula so it is more automated, I will fill the above in after that is complete, which may be when I post the next one.

It would appear as if you can only vote once while logged in, which I realised yesterday but wanted confirmation on. You can vote as a guest as many times as you want every 24 hours.

Keep it up, please vote again as a new user or a guest today.

Chargin.

Vote to get Karma listed on this exchange: https://hitbtc.com/vote (sign up to get a vote for 10 points, vote once every 24 hrs)

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Can someone tell me what version of the bitcoin codebase the karma wallet uses?
0.8.6.4

Thanks.
Is there a plan to upgrade to 0.9.2 in the near future?

Good question!

of course there is .

With the move to x11 we will be forking litecoin latest upgrade. Once litecoin update to bitcoin's new rev and its running stable we will then fork to 0.9.2

Nice move Litecoin 9.* is good to wait. Smiley

Thanks for your activity! By the way there are 2 ways for currencies to secure a place on Hitbtc. First one is winning the voting. It is also possible to add currencies once they have two market makers.

What do you all think about getting hooked up with something like this? https://bitkee.com/

Personally, I like the dogtags. Reason I ask is another coin that I follow (CasinoCoin) just got added to BitKee. Aside from the "cool factor" of having a Karma dogtag for example, there's obviously the more practical reason of having legitimate cold-storage.

Just a thought  Smiley

We can add support for Karma if you guys would like Smiley

Let me know your thoughts, pm me or email me at info@bitkee.com

ok, market makers. Still a little blurry for me. But its a contract to trade coins on their exchange under certain conditions. Mhh, someone here has the time and is interested in it. That is what they are intested in. Two of us and Karma can be exchanged for fiat.... at least worth a tought. What do you thingk?

Dear community,

please vote if we should persue this small charity fundraising effort: http://karmashares.com/forums/index.php/topic,437.0.html
It is for an organisation fighting against sex slavery of children in the US. The idea came from the community and I propose that we raise 100$ in Karma as a Symbol for what will come from Karma in the future.

please vote

As anyone thought about introducing Karma to NGOs? I think they are the perfect vehicle to spread the word about Karma and to use it on their day to day operations...

yes, yes we were actually talking to some communities. However, they did not like crypto. This will probably change in the future. I am in contact with one organisation which is open to it. As soon as we are ready and buy volume is big enough we can start... Go Karma!

0.8.6.4

Thanks.
Is there a plan to upgrade to 0.9.2 in the near future?

Good question!

of course there is .

With the move to x11 we will be forking litecoin latest upgrade. Once litecoin update to bitcoin's new rev and its running stable we will then fork to 0.9.2

Great stuff.
That information means alot, particularly when trying to work out which developers are serious.
I don't remember seeing it when reading through the list of upcoming work, maybe it could be added/highlighted?.

Anywho, knowing that, plus reading about the proposed sidechain, has been enough to get me to buy in.
Looking forward to finding out more & seeing how things go here.

Correct.

Is there any way to delist Karma/Ltc market..? Arbritaging between Ltc-Btc market is holding the BTC price down...
