Wikipedia is a stunningly successful outlet for mass propaganda under colour of facts. Its so-called “neutral point of view” is anything but; and although its articles on some mathematical or scientific subjects have attained a decent quality, I would not rely on it for anything politically controversial in any way. If Wikipedia is smearing Monero, I am not surprised.

I haven't heard about coin merge. Googling monero coin merge returns "Leveraging Output Merging" on the Monero wikipedia page and some stuff about merge mining. Can you post a link or a few words of explanation? |

I exited the daemon and restarted. Looks a little better, at least the status shows the new block height. Waiting to see what happens. edit: nope status
