How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years?

now I starting doing signature campaign, if it is last until 20yrs. I got my bitcoin for almost 50BTC in 20yrs. calculation for this 2.5btc per year doing signature campaign multiplying the year, 20 years you got 50BTC for retirement.

You might get 5 bitcoin each year now, the amount you will get will halve every year due to bitcoin price rise. You will get about 10 in total.

5 bitcoin every year from signature campaigns?
That is like 0.5 BTC every month!! Tough to get that much from signature campaigns.
At today's exchange rate, that is $300+/month.

I do not think you can get $100 from signature campaign per month. The payment is very low actually.

I like optimistic predictions about Bitcoin and yours is also a realistic one so I like it even more. Indeed it is most likely that the rise rate will be between 50% to 200% a year. No skyrocketing, but enough to be called good.

50% above is a good rate in a year, you cannot get that rate investing in a bank. I know it could happen and has happen already but we can see more if we prefer to hold more.

i think 10bitcoin is still small amount, to be comfortable in retirement day in 20years we need arround 100bitcoin. so we can use 5btc for paying any cost each year...

I think you need to save more than you're age after 20 yrs. let's say you are 35yrs. old now plus 20 yrs. and you are 55yrs. now in that age you are retired, so if you think can you spend 1bitcoin per month, x12months x the years you can leave, after you retire, let's say +40yrs. you are now 95yrs. old enjoying you're bitcoin, I think in the furture the price of the bitcoin is more than $1000 per bitcoin.

Still totally depend on bitcoin's fluctuating price. If after 20 years the price of bitcoin is not still stable and always on a volatile state. Then you still need more than that in case of a big change in bitcoins value.

We are speculating the bitcoin price in 20 years. If the bitcoin survive 20 years, its price will be high and stable.

Currencies are highly unpredictable, especially with digital crypto currencies. You might think you have saved up enough, and then when you reach there, the price drops. That won't be good. Saving up more than you need would be much better. Although this can be kept in mind, we cannot predict how much you would need for retirement. The price just changes too much.

I agree, even if you are living in 3rd world country 10 bitcoin is still not enough for 20 years of living there. The value of every material is inflating that's why you need more  than that to adopt with the inflation that's happening.

Considering the overall market condition after 20 years from now will be like, we will have all mined coins in circulation (except those which are lost). I am sure that there will be prominent role of crypto currencies in digital economy, and since bitcoins will become rare and rare day by day (whatever reasons like loss of coins etc) it will be create higher demand which will lead to higher price.  You should accumulate coins keeping in mind your lifestyle, your future plans, inflation growth rate, assumptions of demands of that situation etc. Only you can determine mostly accurate amount based on audit of all these things

The inflation will be lower then the fiat form eventually if the rate just keeps going up..

But the day the rate flux down - then thats when you`ll be having problems of the inflation and to be comparable to the dollar if thats the end goal here then it would have to be lower or match 1%.

That are wise words. For some person 1 bitcoin is nothing but for another it's a month salary. So adjust your goals on that.
The future for bitcoin looks bright, but it shouldn't be your main goal to accumulate a lot of bitcoins at the expense all your money
