All I can say base on my prediction that the longer bitcoins will be in the circulation the price will accordingly increase. True, we have no idea how much will it cost in 20 years but I am pretty sure that it would be higher than today's current price.

1000btc,  thats the btc i wish to have someday. I dreamed of that btc when i entered into bitcoin business.

yeah nice joke.
let's calculate how much your bitcoin have today, and how much you can earn bitcoin perday.

i think 1000btc is very high amount
you need income 0.13 btc in each day if you want to have the 1000 BTC within 20 years does not include the cost requirements and other unexpected costs. at least you need to get a 0.15 BTC in every day?
What are you able to get that much every day bitcoin? if you work hard maybe you can get it dude

Lets say I want to buy bitcoins today and store them for 20 years to use a my retirement fund.  Live comfortably, but don't need to buy a yacht or anything.  How many do you think I would need to buy?

That is a good idea to save your bitcoins for your retire life. i also follow it, actually it is a good investment, only need to be-careful about the bitcoin's price.
You ask how many bitcoins need to buy for your retirement, so my answer is, it is depend on your financial situation, but minimize 20 bitcoins you need it to save for future.

Earning 0.13 btc a day is somehow impossible if you don't have a decent job and have managerial position and convert your salary to bitcoins. But earning with bitcoin in that amount daily also is an impossible thing unless you are an owner of a gambling site, faucet site which has very users and visitors.

It all depends on your capacity to earn that, owning a gambling site is hard to achieve because of the required huge investment. I think the best way is by trading as it does not need huge capital. As long as you are good you can multiply your money in a day doing day trading.

I think 3 to 4 btc per year is very less to hold I guess, you need atleast 1 btc per month i.e., 12 btc per annum so that in next 10 years you would be holding 120 btc and that is a good amount to hold.

if the bitcoin price stable at $460 like today, i think 0.8btc/month is enough so we need only 9.6btc/year or 192bitcoin for 20years retirement

technically if you are here let sr or hero member average income in month is about 0.1 - 0.14 btc a month so in 20 years it will be roughly about 20 - 33 BTC which is quite the amount if you save all that
that amount you can invest in something, gable it , save it or cash it out

this is good amount to have in 20 years for everyone more or less

Unfortunately, the price of bitcoin is not stbil (especially in a span of 20 years). If the price of bitcoin in the future will go up, your calculation is not wrong. But if the price of bitcoin future declines, you will require more bitcoin.

no body can predict 100% right for future, but i think it's very risky to save all of your money at bitcoin for retirement day, so i think 120btc is enough, you can save your money at your fiat too.

I agree, that is the basic rule on investing. We should not put our investments in one basket as we don't know what will happen in the future. Even if that is a very good project but there is no assurance that it will continue to succeed.

In my opinion if you suppose bitcoin prices continue to increasing and if you consider that you can save every year 3-4 coins then it is enough for you.

It is not guaranteed that 192 bitcoin is enough for 20 years retirement , because the economy and market goods price are always increasing and there's always a change every year and we can't deny it.
I think you should still add more btc.

1000btc,  thats the btc i wish to have someday. I dreamed of that btc when i entered into bitcoin business.

OMG! atleast 10 BTC, I believe at that time bitcoin prices already exceed $ 500 so that I could be a millionaire Cool
It is really hard to know what is going to happen with the value of Bitcoin in the future because it is a currency you also dont even know what will happen and that is the problem.
But you have also to know that it can reduce so you need also a lot of coins for backup.

Well, we really need at many bitcoin at the time. not only to become a rich man, but also to develop our business. I like to have many bitcoin at the time, and a minimum of 100 BTC is already in my wallet.
