No one know some will want to have just one others 1001
Most will be good with 100 in 20 years price might be high enough for all
The question is just buying 100 bitcoins will be enough for him for his future ? because after retirement he can not probably work much and would be dependent on the bought amount of bitcoins.
therefore you must make a plan from now mate. how many bitcoin that you need on your pension time ? do prediction what the price is going to happen in 20 years to come and compare it with the cost of living in your country and make targets unattainable. to me maybe I need to collect at least 300 BTC

I think the best thing is still to prepare for the worst scenario after 20 years,  like the price drops very low.. so it would be good to collect as much as we can, but it should only be what you can afford to lose..better yet, invest your retirement in fiat and make bitcoin as a reserve..

300 BTC is way to much, I can even buy a yacht when I have that after 20 years. We have to consider the price of bitcoins after 20 years might be multiplied by at least 10, so that amount could be a big value when that time comes.

Well we don't know it will depend on the price of bitcoin for the next years until it reaches 20 years. Because you need to consider your daily living and you are just going to depend on your savings for 20 years. I would say 100-1,000 btc is enough as long as the price of bitcoin is $800-$5,000
I think that is enough.

For me there is no limit how many bitcoin do i need to retire in 20 years as long as its value is high enough to live with my family and sustain our needs for a long time. Even 10btc is enough if its value is 50k$ or more than that. Since we still must convert bitcoin into fiat to use bitcoin in our life to buy our daily needs in life.

You are right, that's what I'm saying it will just depend on how much the value of bitcoin is going to happen on those years. That's why I'm saying to be more prepared for your retirement you need hundred up to thousands of bitcoins. So, if the retirement happens, you can just enjoy the money
your worked and life you are living.

Lets say I want to buy bitcoins today and store them for 20 years to use a my retirement fund.  Live comfortably, but don't need to buy a yacht or anything.  How many do you think I would need to buy?
I think that if you have at least 100 and we have a price in the future that we somewhat expect now then you should be all right. But do not rely on the Bitcoin only try to save ass much money possible from your day job ass well.

100 btc is a really good amount to hold for the future, even if price doesn't reaches to the moon you can expect good and luxury life with that amount of bitcoins.
100 btc is still a gamble. What if 5 years from now, the price of  bitcoin dropped to 50% of it's current price. You better make a good amount which you need will have a excess so that when bad thing or unfortunate things happened, you have nothing to worry about.

Dropping to that percentage or even when that time comes that bitcoins will become worthless is always a risk but I am a real bitcoins believer and I am willing to gamble my future with it. I am a one sided person when it comes to bitcoins and I only believe that the price will increase in the future.

You should buy like 50 bitcoins or 100 bitcoins and I will suggest to invest them in a transparent and profitable bussiness , this way you grow your bitcoins and at the same time you also earn with price increase.
It's like hitting two birds with one stone, very good statement of yours and everyone need to follow it. However it could make a conflict between the owner and employee if everyone followed, just joking.

For me just 10 bitcoins are worthy from the next years or so. I never plan up for 20 years or even for my retirement.

Exactly but in my opinion if you couldn't afford a hundred of bitcoin you can try with a minimum of 25 bitcoin.
No one knows what is going to be the value of bitcoin in the future so just saving doesn't hurt that much.

Yeah if you work hard for more years then I think 25 btc can be achieved, as I feel 100 btc is too high to earn or buy, even 25 btc can give us best life if price reaches to the moon.

You have a point. Need of thousands of bitcoin is a gamble or not enough to secure your future, I think a couple of hundred's is enough. No one knows what will happen in the future, so start saving some bitcoins now and maybe in the future it will cost more than a million dollars too.

There is no set amount that you can set you to retire all you can hope is that you can get 1 btc and it shoots up to like $150,000 per btc haha but that's jsut a dream so keep your hopes up and earn btc from running investments.

You would probably need a good 500-1000 btc to retire in 20 years depending on how old you are now.

Better have a plan, without plans you may face finance crisis.
You can start saving some bitcoins now because at the moment the price are getting lower but after July I think it will grow up to 800 or a thousand dollars. So I think 150-200btc is enough to secure your future if you retire in 20years.

Well i am sure that you should have atleast 10 bitcoins,  or if their price will drop then you can buy even more, like 20 bitcoins to retire

As if bitcoin price in 25 years(or more) will be 50000$ then you will have 500000$ so i am sure that you will be able to buy house car and so on

yeah probably depends on your age as well now for the amount that can you get. I think if you're young aged between 20-25 years. you can collect more than 500 BTC or maybe 1000 BTC You can collect it within a period of 20 years. then you can retire young and live comfortably at the age of 40 years

Probably, sounds like a really good idea but it definitely is hard as hell to gather up 500-1000 btc because the price fluctuation with it being such big highs and lows lately i dont really know if i could rely on that as my retirement fund.

If you have right now $300-600,000 of cash available to throw at Bitcoin then I think it's a given that you've already got your retirement sewn up.
