Hello great coin with huge potential..

I have a degree in business and advertising I'm from the Uk and would like to give a little advice on what i believe will make this coin successful from what I've learned from other coins.

I believe we need to totally change around the donation system If for example we were to raise 1,000,000 PC by the community then arrange a certain date to drop them off to a certain cancer organisation preferably Uk as it would be easier to attract media attention than in the states to encourage more investors. This route should bring more attention to the coin as it did with aura coin meaning price will raise as we have a date to look forward too and as its for a good cause i can imagine a large price increase.

Also at the moment mintpal is irrelevant Poloniex is the step up to and the easiest way to get on to mintpal once we create large volume on pololniex we will be added to mint pal so at the moment Poloniex should be the only exchange mentioned.

+1. We need to get serious about marketing this coin to reveal its true potential (thereby attracting more investors and increase in price) so it gets automatically added in Polo & then Mintpal rather than we banging their doors.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It is working quite well actually. We have had it open for public testing and keep nipping all the little bugs in the butt.

The reasons behind not actually launching are solely the team not being 100% content with it as a whole yet.

The devs are on anon solely, while others like CryptoCayce and qiwoman are doing amazing jobs at getting the marketing balls rolling.

So let's keep the positive vibes going and stick with the Pinkcoin code of love.

mmmmkay!

thanks for signing up to provide your input and making the Pinkcoin thread your first stop Cheesy

the community appreciates your feedback and I think you are onto something with a Pinkcoin donation and airdrop on a physical brick and mortar charity, potentially in the UK. I think that would be a great idea and add a lot of value and real world exposure for our coin.
would you be willing to take charge and help lead this effort on behalf of Pinkcoin??

along with the great idea you raise I would like to point out something that I think a lot of people are making a mistake about.

I believe we need to totally change around the donation system

This sort of thinking implies that the 2 efforts are mutually exclusive, that is to say that if we are participating in one effort we can not participate in another effort.

things are NOT mutually exclusive, there is no "This OR that"  we can have "this AND that".

we need to stop limiting ourselves to thinking that there is one correct way to do things and that everything else is wrong. If you think there is a better way to do something then by all means please go ahead and test that hypothesis and share with us your findings and in the process you will be greatly benefiting yourself as you are likely to be holding pinkcoin and by extension the whole pinkcoin community.

how about a logo contest?
the logo is good
but not impressive great

Dude... how many times we going to go over this? The logo stays. At this resurrection and awareness stage, its counter productive to change the logo, even if the new one is better. The logo is getting familiar with people and the image needs to sink in. We're changing it only if we need a branding overhaul. And we probably might once we're rubbing shoulders with Litecoin Smiley

Yes, I love the logo, let's keep it and focus on more important matters!

We need to expand our community and let more people hear about this coin!

I'm in for another million later today!(:

You think people will give you coins or what? They are cheap enough, buy some, do a investment Cheesy

If we can grow into a tipping community like Doge on Reddit, the Pink will soon be flying everywhere!

enlighten me, why is this shitty coin good?

I'll quote you what I said to the Poloniex Team earlier today in their new irc chat.

"The primary innovation that we've already done is rewarding direct-to-charity contributions with our coins. We never touch the money, it all goes directly to the charity through our fundraiser page that is 100% managed by a third party hired by the charity itself.

Second is our unique website based implementation of anonymous transactions that allow more flexibility when sending and receiving coins. A receiver could just as easily anonymize their receive address as a sender could anonymize theirs, using our system.

We very strongly hold that a coins value should be based on what it delivers, and not what it is currently developing, and that's why we are also making it a priority to not hype upcoming features, and literally just to drop the bomb when we complete them. "

Pair that with the dedication, attention to detail, transparency, and level of quality that our team has shown since relaunch, and you'll start to understand why we people are so confident in the long term success of PinkCoin.
