Did I say I was going to drop a bomb? And as previously promised, it is being announced earlier than we would have normally shared a project.

We have been working behind the scenes on a new system, and are now very comfortable in saying this will be coming to Pinkcoin soon.

The PDF below is more of a "concept" written article as we would really like this system to give back to investors in a different way; for the long term. So we came up with, what we feel is a good foundation for the community to build on and suggest changes and/or ideas before we finalize that part of this project.

So here it is, your introduction to Pay With PINK, and the PINK payment engine.
Read more here: PDF -> http://crypto.pink/wip/paywithpink.pdf

Soon, any vendor that accepts PayPal, will be able to accept PINK!

I would just like to pull this section out from the Pay With PINK concept, as this is the section we need the communities help and feedback on. After all, this is the part that would allow individual investors to profit from this system.

Quote
The current idea is to have people earn variable interest on standing Bitcoin to PinkCoin orders that they place with us. People's BTC is used to fund the PayPal account, they earn a percent of the PinkCoins that accumulate over time, and when they want to cash out, their PinkCoin order gets filled at the current exchange rate. That way, your BTC effectively stakes PinkCoins for you over time, and should you ever wish to cash out, will be converted into pink at the current market rate.

Oh and of course, Keep voting on Mintpal!!!

Finally catching up on the thread since is see wars.pink is showing payouts temp disabled.

I'd say return initial deposit and ban the account.  I feel that taking all their pinkcoin is not the #pink thing to do.  If they dump it (hope I get some cheap), if they don't dump it hopefully they see what a strong community PinkCoin has, admit their mistake, and hopefully change their ways.

Just my 2¢

To hopefully eliminate all temptations to do wrong, we will be changing the rewards, and bid amounts on the game.
  • micro = 100 PINK
  • mini = 500 PINK
  • Classic = 1,000 PINK
  • Royal = 5,000 PINK

Much like the markets, the current setup was too easy for whales to win.

This combined will all the additions to track and prevent attacks, should really return this to the fun state that it was.

So I love the Pay with PINK idea and think this would be huge, but I can't imagine yet where you're converting the PINK to $$$.  Because the market isn't currently very liquid.  So either we need a strong multipool to buy the PINK spent with PWP, or we need to hope that the implementation of Pay with PINK itself creates strong enough demand and trading in PINK to support the conversions.  Which it might, this is pretty huge if it works.   Cheesy

Most of the development is done by Tranzium. He is currently working on Pay With PINK.
Wallet development is done by Sumgye, who is currently working on a completely updated wallet.

Other development by community members being done is by Boxxa, who is doing a mobile wallet, sms sending and some other nice little treats.
And last but not least, is Anoxy who is currently building a Texas Hold'Em Poker site for Pinkcoin.

Cheesy

For the most part, a good portion of the coins received through Pay With Pink will be held. In the event that we need to replenish the $$ pool and the market is not moving enough for us to sell. We will likely pay off some initial investors with PINK and offer the opening for new BTC investors. This is not something that has really been discussed yet, but is a definite possibility. And your asking the question, leads me to believe that this would be the best course of action. Taking BTC investments and dumping BTC for Fiat is definitely prefered over selling PINK.

Great work with being able to approach any merchant that accepts PayPal as payment to seemlessly accept pinkcoin as payment. Also the time that went in to making sure that vendors are not dumping their pinkcoin on the open market very well done. This makes getting real world adoption that much easier.

To the Bee Coinfan how were the last couple lines a personal attack on you it was congratulating the developers on their announcement and thanking them for being open. As I stated I was not sure what was going on but you are right I should have notified someone if I felt something was wrong with the game. The reason i named you personally is because this is an open and transparent community and you were the only person i lost to in pink.wars. After reading your second post on the matter i realize it was probably just my connection as i recieved no error message just a lag that resulted in you being posted in winners circle.

Fair enough mate, Like I said the way I originally read it was that it was in conjunction with the topic in the Paragraph and it seemed to be patronizing me.  Thank you for clarifying as I stated I didn't understand why.  Going back and rereading it with your clarification I now understand what you were trying to convey.

Overall I am very pleased with not only the way the Pinkcoin Developers conduct themselves but also the community itself.  For any investors reading on this is probably one of the most honest and open communities in crypto! A rare find

How to really profit whilst voting for Pinkcoin on Mintpal

Register accounts on these 2 sites, they have 1 hour timers built right into the tabs of your browsers. You will get free Bitcoin, free Dogecoin, free lottery tickets, and free Pinkcoin if you follow this procedure. It can be done every hour, over, and over again.

2 hourly faucets
http://freebitco.in/
http://freedoge.co.in/

Now that you got your free Bitcoin and Free dogecoin, and the timer countdown for 1 hour has begun, go to https://www.mintpal.com/voting#PINK and copy the vote number you just got.

Go paste your vote number here in the thread for Free Pinkcoin:

PEEK inside for PINK  http://altcoingiveaways.com/index.php/topic,1727.0.html

And the last final step, go on Twitter and share your vote number with CryptoRox for some Free Pinkcoin lottery tickets.

https://twitter.com/CryptoRox/status/483636069909688321

By keeping one of the faucet tabs open in your browser, you should be able to maximize both your profits and the amount of votes you get in a single day.
If we come together as a community and everyone follows this procedure, we should be able to skyrocket through the Mintpal voting list, accumulate both Pinkcoin and Dogecoin while doing so.

Oh, I would definitely send there something to help finance the system. Really nice idea with the interest being earned for this "service" from participants. I am just not really sure I understand the part about how is the excess of the PinkCoins going to accumulate there. Perhaps an example of how the whole process could work would be the best.

I really like the way you are taking. Just don't forget to try end up with a decentralized stuff, otherwise you end up opening a PinkBank and issuing fiat credit PinkCards.Smiley Well, that could be something anyway.Smiley

Why are the big bags not doing some little deposits on mintpal, if a few starts the ball rolling then the coin will be moving higher to. First real, don't be greedy and sleep 0.05BTC to earn back 0.10BTC.

Update on wars.pink :

The player that was behind the DDoS attacks was banned, and returned their deposit. The remainder was added to the faucet aspect of the game.

We have put many different solutions in place to prevent this in the future. We do not hold anything against the attacker, as we all know how appealing and tempting a large sum of Pinkcoin can be. We hope that they understand our approach, and respect it. As we strongly believe that the way the game was setup, was asking for this to happen. And we can not blame this person for the actions they took, as we expect most people with these abilities would have likely attempted the same thing.

At the end of the day, we have one goal, and that is to keep a fair, level playing field for all people involved in Pinkcoin. So hopefully everyone can go back to enjoying the pleasures of http://wars.pink/ with no worry or concern about being taking advantage of.

PS. For those of you who have been waiting for bios, checck todays thread regularly, as some of us have already completed our write ups, and will be posting them shortly. Starting with the #pinkdragon himself, the man behind most of the coding for anon.pink, lottery.pink, wars.pink, and soon to be pay.with.pink; Tranzium.
