hehehe..yeah that "it's over 9000" was a rather geeky quote from an anime series I used to watch when I was a young lad - Dragon Ball Z

You must be mining gold in them there rigs to have to prop that table up.

Time is money. This means that if you have spare time, you can use it to make money.

Modular, open, and stack-able miner case.

Can someone give me some tips on running 6 cards on this motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R

What are the "extension" cables I'd need? Anyone got a similar setup? what type of case / test bench do you use?

Looking to start with 6x 5830 / 5850 / 5870 mixed in and run a linux miner

so, assuming 5830 = 165w x 6 = 990, I'd need about 1200w worth of psu, any tips on that would be great too

I have enough parts/rigs arriving later today to start a pool on my own.
Will finally take pics of my rigs and upload.
I have some rigs offsite though, won't be able to pic those until later.
Look forward to finally showing the forum what I'm packing. Cheesy

I thought I knew which board that was, but I can't seem to find it right now. Another one you might consider is this one.

What I really want to know is, how do you secure the fan on top of the video cards? Surely it isn't just lying there?!?

Thanks, and it looks like its just sitting there to me... and probably rattling quite annoyingly as well.
