Thanks  Grin

Ya he included a thicker bracket for holding the cards than the originals which keeps the cards from falling but still allows them to slide a bit. I used zip ties to keep the cards from sliding.

He contacted me as soon as he saw my pictures for any input. He was disappointed the new design didn't work 100%. The next batch of these cases will have rubber in the clamp and a 3rd screw in the middle Which should eliminate the need for zip ties. Like I said he's a great guy and really wants to make a great product.

My guess is just short of 16kw just by doing a card count and estimate.

 Shocked

Man, that's a crazy dense and clean setup. Is that 5 5850's on each rig? I'd really like a close up

Nice furniture movers on the feet lol

My spreadsheet says around 17Kw but it looks like i over estimated according to my power bill.

Here are some more pics. Below is a closer look at the rack.

Here are some rigs getting burnt in before being moved over to the DC.

10 rigs with 5 5830s at 965/300. 1560Mh/s per rig. 15.6Gh/s total.
3 rigs with 5 6950s at 860/500. 1750Mh/s per rig. 5.25Gh/s total.
4 rigs with 4 5970s at 825/500. 2210Mh/s per rig. 8.84Gh/s total.

29.6Gh not including a lowly 5850 hashing away at my house.

Those 5970 really blow the hot air out the 'front' of the card, so will you be mounting these new rigs in a reverse direction then all the others?  so the house fans blow the air from back to front?

All of the hot air on my 5970s blow out the metal end of the card where you plug in the monitor. If you look at the bottom of the rack in the picture above, you can see they are sitting reverse from the rest of the machines. All of the other cards rely on pressure in a normal computer case to help blow the hot air in the right direction so when they are in the open, they don't do what they are supposed to.
