Since closure of GLBSE I did not received any dividend from my shares. I filled up forms on GLBSE and I received confirming e-mails about my shares and amount of bitcoins in hold.
When I will receive dividends? gigavps, do you have shareholders records with their e-mail, BTC address, login and amount of shares?

You are one of the few people I like on this forum. But you do need to realize there is a high possibility that you won't receive an asset list. You should make a contingency plan and a date to follow through with that plan. Your statement of "I can't do anything until I receive an asset list" is no different than bitcoinica's statement of we lost the database. Do you want to be on their level, keeping customers money because you don't have a plan. You owe more than that to your investors. Your profits off bitcoin must be close to a half a million, if not more. Even if people fill out fraudulent claims I think its better than not paying any of the people you owe.
To all:

GLBSE has stated they would be sending out asset lists and I am doing everything in my power to get the list. My attorneys are documenting every step taken to try and recover the asset list. You should make a contingency plan and a date to follow through with that plan.
As I have said before, this is part of what the attorneys are researching. If GLBSE does not follow through with the asset list, my counsel will determine the next course of action. I have a plan. Step 1 is to try and recover the asset holder list. Step 2 depends on what happens with Step 1. I am trying to do the best I can with the hand I've been dealt. |
