A suggestion for you guys, from what I saw all weekend:

Cryptsy is is the better place to buy it upward. Fewer idiots tend to get in the way (expect quite a few though). Take breaks and let the buying rest (I'd say stop every 10 minutes and rest for a random number of minutes higher than 15) then resume more upward buying. The down time will help you avoid the greedier Trexxers that will try to arb-dump into your buys. My best guess is that those guys don't have the patience to wait a few minutes, and if you just watch - you can watch them fight to cut their own throats trying to undersell each other or frustration-dump into the existing buy-orders.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I spent a good portion of my personal time pretty much all weekend doing exactly that. Used all of my scrypt mining profits (GHs worth) from Friday thru Sunday to finance it. I still had a sell order for some of those bot coins (to recover some of my expense). I killed the sell so you would not have to eat the same coins I'm already taking a loss on. No need for both of us to pay the price...

Anyhow, if some of my other sells in other coins go through, I'll try to pick up where you have to leave off.

Really, thanks bro.

There is only a limited amount I can afford to buy, of course. I'm gonna stop within next 15-20 minutes. Hopefully someone will keep up the pace.
Fu*k the bot. It cannot be smarter than us...

Thanks.
I've noticed that buying at least 5000 LTCD with each increase make a better impact. With increases of between 0.00000025 to 0.00000050 each buy.
So I started from about 0.00000850 and slowly increased to 0.00001150 each buy.

When I tried buying less than 5000 LTCD it only kept price at the same level without increase.

You all have fun. I did. Couldn't wipe the smirk off my face every time the Trexxers coin transfers showed up, new sell orders popping up like crazy, and I stopped buying. The activity stall got to them pretty quick. It took me a few rounds to figure out what was happening, at first. But oh ho ho - once I got a clue, it was pretty fun actually.

I'm off to make some coffee and liquidate some more funds so I can come back and play some more. My plan and motive was and is serious, but man I couldn't help but enjoy myself just a little.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Yes it seems that I managed to increase on Cryptsy up to 0.00001180 at some point but on Bittrex only to about 0.00001090.

That's probably because not many people trade LTCD on Cryptsy and it has much smaller trading volume in comparison to Bittrex.

That *could* change at any moment. Now that the weekend is over, more traders are back at their thing. Some of them are likely to notice where the price jumps were happening first and biggest steps of increase, during the weekend. I was buying entire pages from the sell-order list, not one order at a time. So the jumps won't be difficult to spot on the right chart at the right scaling. Cryptsy might become the hotspot... or maybe not.

Also, at various times, I had some support from other members of the community. I'm not going to out anybody that wants to remain unknown, they can speak for themselves if they choose to. There were some stretches of time where Cryptsy had a significantly higher amount of volume relative to what would be normal there.

That's probably because not many people trade LTCD on Cryptsy and it has much smaller trading volume in comparison to Bittrex.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

It seems that there is someone (or something) on Bittrex, deliberately trying to lower down the value with some pathetic amounts:

price higher as litecoin is good for miners so 90% of them will dump at about .00001 at difficulty about 930. at diff about 450 thay can dump for half price. So if the difficulty will be higher they cant dump at those prices...
