so if i want to see when i am at 100% luck i have to set my miner diff to 2^32 (4.294.967.296)
so if my shares at that diff reache the network diff i'm at 100%.

Is that correct?

No

You are assuming you will get the proper amount of large share that show.

you are better off with a diff share setting of 1,000,000

not the high one you want.  It is more likely that you will get the proper distribution of shares if you use a diff like 1,000,000
