yes!! but then nothing happens, says processing but does not have any mail.

Did you check the junk folder? did it get stuck saying "processing" forever? Which browser do you use?

Is there a friggin ignore button on this site, are you blind?

No, the account you are referring to remains unchanged. Someone successfully used the password in the beginning of this month and this mean the real account owner that knows the password is out there, and funds remain safe.

You couldn't use the password anywhere without accessing the funds i.e. withdrawing bitcoin or divesting/changing the password.

So if "someone" has done this, you are not being honest here/haven't checked what exactly happened have you? because tell me now if any divestments/withdrawals/password changes have been made. If i find my lastpass backup somewhere and it works you'r a liar.

Randian Hero: seems to be quite a common problem; where would the Investor Password have been entered on the previous site? I have no recollection of ever having entered one, only having deposited funds? I've attempted to register, but obviously it is now highlighting the Password issue.

I can deposit a small and unique amount of your choosing to the account, to verify ownership, if necessary? Or provide a history of deposits made to the secret-url account.

Some very old accounts did not set passwords, but the previous version were forced to set a password in the investor section before deposit address was shown. Please PM me the first few characters of your secret and I'll check your account!

There is a small bug at Withdraw field: "Amount is higher than current investment" when I enter less than 10 BTC, when I clearly have more than 10 BTC invested.

I do hope the cashout function will still require a password, else is very very unsecured against leaving your computer without logging out.

I also consider the account system safer for inattentive users. The old secret URL system was effective but might have been confusing to some.

EDIT: Your new e-mail system seems to ignore mails with a hyphen in them, e.g.
john-doe@aol.com
Your validity checks are probably too strict. That's better than the opposite but still please fix it.

Just want to add that I got my account converted fairly easily. I like this more than the secret-based. Still waiting for my previous problem to be fixed, though.

It's currently unsupported/undocumented. Lots of API calls remain available, though.

Why? Because they are no more than common criminals. What has occurred here is that there was no fair warning on the website that this change would take place. Also, what is there to say that when we enter the passwords we registered with the system denies them even if they are correct? Then the owners can run away with the entire bankroll (around 5,000 BTC or $3 million) as it was before the change and have no compunction or recourse to anyone, having Costa Rican registration. This precludes a federal interrogation of Voorhees or his associates in the United States, which I would otherwise heavily push for.

This elaborate heist can be repeated over and over again, extracting millions from those that invest in the bankroll and have unused balances in their Play accounts.

It's a sham; a well-conceived and ornate one, but a sham nonetheless. Give up; you will not see your money again.

One can only hope in time reputational damage will undo them in a corporate sense and increasing globalisation with attendant information sharing will lead to jail time.

They already stole over $6,000 from me, let this be an early warning to you guys. They are after our bitcoin and finding every excuse to keep it.
