I think SD should interact more with their clients, the complaints keep piling up and no responses yet.

However for me the site still works fine, so i cant imagine what is being wrong on your end guys.

The only fault of SD so far is lack of comunication, but for me the gambling service is working fine.

However for me the site still works fine, so i cant imagine what is being wrong on your end guys.

You can verify it on your own:

1. Broken leader boards.
Check out https://session.satoshidice.com/globalstats/index2.php?n=lb3
All playerHashes and nicknames are invalid.

2. Prizes not given out.
https://satoshidice.com/leader-boards/

3. support@satoshidice.com is unreachable.
Either send an e-mail. It will bounce. Or check the SMTP port.

Code:
$ host -t MX satoshidice.com
satoshidice.com mail is handled by 0 mail.satoshidice.com.

$ nmap -p 25 -sT -PN mail.satoshidice.com

Starting Nmap 7.00 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2015-12-18 19:49 CET
Nmap scan report for mail.satoshidice.com (46.28.204.52)
Host is up.
rDNS record for 46.28.204.52: hosted-by.solarcom.ch
PORT   STATE    SERVICE
25/tcp filtered smtp

Was their e-mail server down before, or is it recent only?

I see that there are technical problems, and usually they should notify people about it, but maybe they are working privately on it and dont want to alarm people with minor error issues. If they would announce every bug, then people would panic, so i can understand that too.

Of course I do not monitor it 24/7 Smiley But people sent e-mails in the past and nobody complained about bounces.
There is no reason to panic.

It's just not good practice to leave features in a half broken state, for a site that handles over 4000 BTC of investor money.
If the leader boards are broken, they should just disable them until they're fixed.

I don't think is minor, I have 90 BTC stuck there, cannot withdraw.

Yes, I have an account with about only 0.01 BTC that is locked.
This happened in the past and was resolved then.

Even though I'm not affiliated with SatoshiDice, my guess is this:
It's their protection against denial of service, and that is overly sensitive. The code falsely detects more than 3 parallel bets and locks the account.
The lock should remove itself after a period of time but doesn't.

I'm 99.999% sure it will be resolved, as it was in the past.
Unfortunate but you will get your money.

One of my bets (blockchain) is stuck since a whole month.
I wrote three mails to support (Sep 29th, Oct 4th and Oct 12th) but never got an answer.
The coins are unspent so it might be a technical problem. But support is very bad.

@SatoshieDICE_PR: This is still an issue. Would you please take a look at my problem?

My problem still hasn't been resolved. Did some more blockchain bets which went smooth, but the bets from the transaction above are still not processed. Please take a look at this!

I am having the "Cannot place more than 3 bets at a time" in my account since some hours ago, please can you fix it? My deposit address is 1tYt5ZLHitrmeQXzT6Bwqaas4m6P9vKJ4. Thanks

Message sent to support:

Hi,

I cannot play in my account since some hours ago, the message "Failed to place bet at a time" appears every time I try to place a bet and I am not able to withdraw also. Could you please have a look at it?

Username: Observer07501
Deposit address: 1tYt5ZLHitrmeQXzT6Bwqaas4m6P9vKJ4

Thanks,
Observer07501

Dear Satoshidice, Are you planning to fix my issue soon? My gambling traffic is going to another site while you don't solve my issue, and I am starting to like the other site... I don't know if you understand this but this represents losing future gains for your company.

Problem fixed

I dont understand. You say you have 90 BTC invested in satoshidice and you cant withdraw?

But you are saying that on blockchain.info the amount is showing up, but on the website it's not?

Did you tried withdrawing? Do you have password on your account?

I'm saying that my account shows a wrong amount; and I'm not the only who has / had that problem (look user jimwin) . But these satoshidice guys give a shit about their users; so they don't react in time.
