It's been many days since the hot wallet issues most recently surfaced.  Has *anyone* been able to withdraw over the last two days?

Yes, I could yesterday.

People have been withdrawing without any problems for several days now. We're filling up the hot wallet when it's needed. Did you succeed in withdrawing by now?

I'm still not able to access my accounts after the email/password login system was implemented - have sent you multiple messages and posted on here.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks

I could not find a user with your email or similar nickname. The problem with email confirmation should not be an issue anymore since we no longer require email confirmation. What happens when you try to login? Please PM me information so that I can identify your account!
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

This use to be the best bitcoin gambling site, now just turned into a scam. I a not playing here anymore. I am sorry for the people that invested in the bankroll, I don't think they will be able to recover their investments.

There's 800 BTC withdrawn the last week and we have solvency. There's another 210 BTC sent to the hot wallet but waiting for confirmation!

I was analysing the recent bets data shown in the website and I've noticed some of the last rows are not being updated. The whole data is updated scrolling down bet by bet but sometimes last four or five rows stay the same. Randian, can you fix that?

We are aware of the bugs in the recent bets list and the next update of the site will address this!

yesterday I couldn't withdraw btc... when I pressed on the tabs(cahout, bet on house etc), nothing happened.
is this possible because I used TOR browser? in the end, I lost everything... Grin

Yes, the current website doesn't work properly in the TOR browser unfortunately. The next version of the site will address this too.

Randian Hero does a great job, in my humble opinion.

It's just that 1 person can't provide 24/7/365 support. I expect there will be less issues in the long run, thanks to the new login system that includes password reset.
Also each iteration of DDoS attacks only hardens the site. I'm optimistic and reinvested BTC into SatoshiDice.
Place has been around for years. This is the long run.

Whatever you want, but if I deposited 0.15 BTC i cannot bet, invest or withdraw, where can I request a solution? I don't see any support service, and I pm Randian Hero, several times without receiving an anwer.

Is this on the satoshicircle.com or satoshicircle.com website? I have answered your PM.

Please make sure you update the site to request the password at withdrawal.

Else, if you let your computer logged on the site, anybody with access to your computer may steal your coins (there are several possible scenarios how this may happen).

I believe this issue is fixed now. Your accounts were from the time before we stopped requiring email confirmation and needed manual action to fix.

If there's still anyone that wants to withdraw, the deposits to the hot wallet have now confirmed and there's ~130 BTC available now.

Yes, we're going to do this and 2 factor authentication!

I just withdrew successfully too. I just takes 15+ seconds for the site to send the transaction. Enough time to be a bit scared it will get stuck "processing" forever.  Roll Eyes

I like to point out exit scams as much as the next guy but I think these guys are in it for scamming people. Someone seems to jump in every now and then to clean up the mess.

I'm new to the game but it was lots of fun (with small profit) and so is the gambling section of this forum. The withdrawal took a couple of hours to confirm, though.

We just realised that several investors thought they had lost their balance because when they invested, the balance no longer showed in the top of the page. I'd like to point out that investment is now called "Bankroll bet" in order to distinguish it from any kind of actual investment in the site as a whole.

Any funds you put in the bankroll is also displayed in the top right corner at all times!

All good now, but what's up with the bets taking about 1 second to place?

As the total number of bets and users keep increasing, new previously non-existing bottlenecks appear in the system. we're at 300,000,000+ bets and 500,000+ accounts now. We'll definitely sort it out so that bets become instant again.

Welcome to Satoshi Dice, the first Bitcoin Dice gambling site that has now evolved into a full Bitcoin casino.

I see you are now marketing yourselves as a full Bitcoin casino. Would you (or anyone else that reads this) be interested in buing the crypto.casino domain name?

With the increasing number of users, bets have become slower and were reaching 1-2 seconds recently. I have just made a small optimization that brings down the bet processing time to ~0.6 seconds. Further optimisations will be done as soon as possible!

The last 20 minutes or so it was not possible to login to the site. This issue has been fixed and the site is working properly again.
