I'm # 4. Still same, no body contact me to resolve it, till now my money is lost!
Any suggestion about it?
Regards

I can only help once they get online over here. I am hired by a competing dice site. I can only help with what I can.

These are the people identified to be of SatoshiDice:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=520402 handsoff
and
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=116564 SatoshiDice_PR

If you had already emailed their support, also PM both of them with the txid of the deposit and the deposit address you deposited into. And if you had created a custom username or remember it add that too.
They have not been active for some days here.

Only the syncing balance issue has been fixed yet, since it was widespread and fixed many. All others issues esp. those requiring individual attention haven't been taken care of. Even after they promised to check the thread everyday from now on. Seriously incompetitive. Sad

That said, they haven't jumped the ship or anything. They will continue operating, only as usual the support just sucks.

Edit: None of your money is lost. You will probably take some time to get it back, give it a month or something, but it can be recovered.
If you have proof of deposit in blockchain, that is solid proof.
Move on. But keep checking back.

Definitely not because They are pretty much just providing a bad support service and that is all. This is a quite big site and there will be always people that wager there , so what they done is pretty much just leave the site and hope people will lose there without caring on their players . They do check on issues but not regularly ( after complaints )

Some references : http://dicesites.com/satoshidice

totally shows that the site still has some activities although the wagered amount seems to be lower, could be that they are either having a bad week or that some people are leaving because of their horrible support service and some not creditted deposit issue

Bad support is kinda abandoning ship.. if they really would want to keep it up and make some good profits their support should be alot faster..Their way of business atm is only losing current and potential players.

Not literally right. Some top sites have a bad support as well but that doesnt mean that they are abandoning the ship ( you must be aware of which one Im talking about ).
Having a bad support only means that you dont know how to run the site properly which might resulted in the loss of a few player but then for a site that has such big "reputation" and is on top of the google search for the SEO then you can expect there will be always playing coming in and out to play despite of all this lousy support

give it a month or something

For a lousy support like this ,a month is totally possible Cheesy

There are plenty of Satoshi games claiming to be the best and not seen really one that close to be the "best". Let me know if there are more valuable once.

Hi

My friend deposited 3.564BTC (or $1000) into SatoshiCircle. On 2015-06-17

His bitcointalk profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=539628

The balance never updated.

Requesting to fix this issue.

Also strange that it shows bets he is sure was never made.
http://i.gyazo.com/f36f8eb505bc8e74d2edcfac94f0c78e.png
He is positive he only deposited, never made bets.

This was also the case for the $15. But with this deposit, he couldn't confirm whether the balance was updated or not since the account was in his home PC and he was abroad and couldn't find the secret url.

I had asked him to wait and make sure, and today he confirmed it.

PM sent to handsoff and SatoshiDice_PR.

Please fix it asap.

To be frank, I am only aware of what he said and what the site shows.

There is no record of any withdrawals that I can find on the site.

Adding deposit, deeducting bets and adding payouts,

3.564-0.004-0.004-0.004-0.037-0.04625-0.0925-0.06475+0.005+0.04625+0.0925+0.06475= 3.52BTC

http://i.gyazo.com/f36f8eb505bc8e74d2edcfac94f0c78e.png

Deducting the tx fee, gives 3.52-0.0005 = 3.5195BTC

Amount checked.

Time checked.

I'd say you are right, and whatever he said is false.

Probably a confusion on his part (I hope so).

LOL! Cheesy
Anyway, do add some recent deposit and withdrawal info on the site. Almost every site got that.

Thanks for your time. Smiley

Why dont you verify this with him before? Didnt you say that he is your friend?  Huh too bad someone is trying a false thing to get a refund or to blame the site and this is a very cheap way.

What do you mean verify?
He gave me the link, I checked everything there. There is simply no record of any withdrawal (as opposed to clear blockchain record for the deposit), and with the recent bug in syncing balance, I thought it was true. And his explanation of what happened makes sense (that is if I didn't have the withdrawal tx)
There is no blockchain connection to the withdrawal either. It is virtually impossible for me or anyone to verify (except their staff of course), and I of course thought he would be saying the truth since the Support staff could easily check that. So, I posted here.

He could have got hacked, which is also a possibility, though I am assuming he didn't from the timings.

Every other thing that got reported here is 100% true.

Ok, time I stop helping. Not unexpected from a DD hater. But quite expected from you. Tongue

Been here from Aug 2013, not from March '15. You ought to know the difference.
shulio was talking about thedumjohn. Not me.
And I am talking about SatoshiCircle, not SatoshiDice.
Been around for a long time, and I am only helping because I would have otherwise. Bye. Smiley

Edit: You can still contact me directly for blockchain issues.
And thanks handoff for fixing almost all issues reported.

Edit2: Again, it is NOT possible to verify. Create and check a SatoshiCircle account yourself. Tongue
I could verify the amount only because handsoff posted the txid. Otherwise, it is not possible.
The staff understood, if you can't do at least research it yourself. Last post on the thread.

Edit3: He still insists he didn't make any bets or withdrew. Huh
Anyway, I will ask him to post directly if he want to.

Edit4: tx referred to: https://blockchain.info/tx/8b1e6349af846a04196130d3949839d4cc320e018420eebdd4209dae13b212fa
Amount went to https://blockchain.info/address/1CuYJsj6NZSufEs32KGBgu5g3t8gr2CHw8
and subsequently to addresses:

and
https://blockchain.info/address/1JNwN4ohCBF12A8J29RuLLJREacARqKHqj
Who does that belong to?

If you keep saying that it is not you who withdraw or play here then this means you are lying or someone hacked your account. You may want to scan your computer for malware because you are the only one reporting this so it must be that you got a malware and the hacker know your secret url and then withdraw the bitcoin
