We're experiencing downtime for the emails and also the slot game will be down for a couple of hours. We're doing our best to get slot and support mail back in order ASAP. The Dice game remains functional.

yeah some people think that they had become scammed as soon as the website is down.

Yes some people are very silly and lose their heads over something before even giving it a chance to see if it is indeed a scam.

Do you get error when you try to recover password or you just do not receive email?
Maybe it is wrongly put in Spam folder, check it.
