Sorry about the long wait guys.

Current status
  • Almost all other support emails are now also answered and the rest will be answered by tomorrow.
  • I have made some tools to quicker help people and what was previously preventing me from handling support has been fixed.
  • All services are running, now with powerful hardware DDoS protection so possible new attacks in the future will probably be mainly unnoticeable.

Is SatoshiDICE considered legal in all of the countries that it serves to?  Also where is SatoshiDICE hosted/incorporated, I've heard that matters in regards to the legality of the service.  I'm just trying to make sure that SatoshiDICE is legal before using it.

Thanks

You need your personal URL that serves as a login name. Please PM or email support@satoshidice.com and I'll help you access your account!

EDIT: I have answered your email now.

Basically you would have to consult a lawyer in the country where you live. And even if so, you wouldn't really know if it's legal before a court case decides one way or the other.

Edit: according to SDice_CTO, there will be an official statement in a couple of months.

Yes, we will clarify these questions in a statement in the beginning of this year.

Nice site, but why the lack of promotions? Many sites here look half as good but are much more active in the forums.

Is this why I am having problems withdrawing? Can access the site fine at the moment but attempts to cash out are hanging on the "verifying" screen.

Hello, seems we're experience a new down time but working on a solution now. I see withdrawals working up until at least an hour ago so maybe you succeeded? If not, please PM me!
