We're doing some updates and an unexpected error occurred. We're restoring full functionality in a few minutes.

Is this why I am having problems withdrawing? Can access the site fine at the moment but attempts to cash out are hanging on the "verifying" screen.

Hello, seems we're experience a new down time but working on a solution now. I see withdrawals working up until at least an hour ago so maybe you succeeded? If not, please PM me!

Is this why I am having problems withdrawing? Can access the site fine at the moment but attempts to cash out are hanging on the "verifying" screen.

Withdrawing worked just fine for me yesterday and today too.

I think, if you send an email and read by the owner of the email. It is certain he will check in advance about the problem you experienced, afterwards he will reply to your email to wait for the fix to the problem you are experiencing and after all the problems fixed you will get email updates that your problems have been fixed. And if more than 24 hours you send emails but no reply email owners most likely very busy, so please wait alone.
