I gotta say that I love this pool! I just started mining here about 10 days ago and I love the group. I just purchased 3 more S7's @ $300 each and will be adding them to the pool very soon, and as soon as another batch of S9's come out, those as well.
Welcome to Kano CKPool! Were these used S7's or new S7-LN's?

That's a good price on your S7s...ROI should be good, especially right at the moment (ie., until the halving, and then it's sorta kinda up for grabs). We're all looking to see what transpires with a coding issue on the S9s that, to my last knowledge, made them unsuitable for this pool without going through some machinations. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=789369.msg15109073#msg15109073

Glad to hear it, though. Way too much drama otherwise...

... and just for those of you, who may not have been around here as long as others, wondering about block lengths A little CDF table of block expectation: 0.39346934028737 50.000% 1 in 1.6 0.63212055882856 100.000% 1 in 2.7 0.77686983985157 150.000% 1 in 4.5 0.86466471676339 200.000% 1 in 7.4 0.95021293163214 300.000% 1 in 20.1 0.98168436111127 400.000% 1 in 54.6 0.98991584601961 459.679% 1 in 99.2 0.99326205300091 500.000% 1 in 148.4 0.99752124782333 600.000% 1 in 403.4 0.99872735771441 666.666% 1 in 785.8 0.99908811803445 700.000% 1 in 1096.6 0.99966453737210 800.000% 1 in 2981.0 0.99987659019591 900.000% 1 in 8103.1
So, yep we expect to average, over time, one block 459.679% or bigger every 99.2 blocks. The last "459.679% or bigger" was ... that horror run of 3 blocks and 2 orphans back early in May 144 block ago.

as for the Antminer S9, My official stance is ..... ohhhh definitely I'll bite for several units.... BUT.... not now, probably not until Batch 4 or 5 so the prices get a little lower and the bugs of field implementation are fixed and new revisions rolled out. Of course, they will be pointed at kano.is :-) Till then, eat CHICKEN! and be happy. wonk wonk! I'm bbOOmm ... and I approve this message.... (with plenty of Tequila) .................................... now, why did I log into bitcointalk.org? ?? Damn tequila

Ahhhh, Kano, good Sir....
for future reference, for the newbs, or for those impaired by substances suck as tequila etc.... would it be possible to list all the kano mining servers either at kano.is (Miner Configuration) or on the 1st message of this thread? Newbs probably don't know to search the thread for such a thing and excessive summertime happyness substances tend to make people say "fook that, I aint searchin'" when intoxicatedly adjusting their miners .....
Thanks

Interesting. Maybe enough people turning off their S7 miners to try to sell them and haven't received the S9 miners yet to replace them? just a thought.

Hmmm ... I'm seeing see the # at the left and a B at the right on the BLOCK STATS page .... I'm abit confused which is the number of blocs found by the Kano pool, briefly scrolling through... I'm not sure what to make of it. I was thinking the B on the right was the number of VALID blocks found... but now I'm not sure. Anyone with a definite answer?

Anyone with a definite answer? if you look at the B on the right and scroll down you can only see to block 25.. if you add 25 to 989 it gives you 1014, which is the block we are on.
