Crap ..

For testing I sent a BTC payment of 2BTC somewhere with 20block confirmation set, to see how long it would take vs the usual 5..

It's been stuck 'unconfirmed' for f'ing 6 hours now..  Undecided

LOL

Never had an unconfirmed stuck before. Will it eventually 'return' or is it considered gone ??

Go Big or Go Home.

I had 1BTC get stuck for 18 hours once... Just have to hope that a lot of CKPool blocks are found to confirm.

Beware of scammers.

Might consider changing the pool wallet address already since some one thinks its cool to keep spamming it with dust.

That's what I was complaining about earlier...the BTC system was not set up to be something that had to be manipulated to get it to work properly.  Those mega pools that blindly do SPV mining and zero transaction blocks have changed the landscape to the worse...and getting more and more crappy every day.  That's a great thing about the Kano CKPool and Solo CKPool...they are doing it right...only we need a much bigger percentage of the network to make a real improvement.

You picked a bad day to try this.  Almost every block today has been full and there has been 5000+ transactions left in the mempool.  As a result anyone sending BTC has been doing so with VERY high fees.  At one point i saw 15000 transactions pending with over 3 BTC worth of fees.  Seems like the lower fee transactions just keep getting left behind.  Eventually when the transaction backlog clears up your low priority transaction will be included in a block.

Every day I read where someone is trying to get BTC excepted as a mainstream currency...that will never happen when this is how Bitcoin transaction work these days.  Anyone else see the irony in all this?  Thanks to Kano and CK for a bit if sanity!

Surprising that with almost 20PH we have had worse luck than with 10.
Seems like the higher the PH, the lower the luck . Could it be an issue related to rented hash?
I wonder if the block withholding thing is going in effect here lately..

Is there any way to test for that Kano?

Go Big or Go Home.
