Nice to see a little action here blockwise. Perhaps we can catch up on our luck to the "expected" number.

I plan to add a bit to my hash rate pointing to this pool with 2 A7's if the controllers ever show up.  They somehow got separated from the main shipment and floated around in Japan for 6 days.  The FedEx trace reported that they are in the USA now and will be delivered tomorrow but I'll believe it when it happens...and I'm usually a very positive person.  Undecided  Maybe I should have ordered the RPi 3's from Amazon?

[I really dislike FedEx International shipping but there was no other choice offered when I placed the order.  sigh...]

I can't find the image for the RPI... looks like not yet available on their website. Maybe someone could share an image of the controller. You might required a Version 3 but I don't see why it wouldn't be working on version 2.

I would give it a try while you're waiting for the other one.

Finally units are working!

Hey Kano,

Can you guide me on how to apply the changes you mentioned?

I am not a computer savy and need to learn.

So guide me step by step
SSH login to your RPi

Important all below is CASE sensitive

Then type the blue:
vim /etc/crontabs/root<enter>
N.B. <enter> means press the enter key
Then move your cursor to the right, with the arrow keys, until it's over the '5'
Then type the following keys to change the '5' to a '2' and save the changes:
R2<esc>ZZ
N.B. <esc> means press the esc key

Next the monitor:
vim /usr/bin/cgminer-monitor<enter>
Then to find the text we wanna change:
/Valid<enter>
Then type the following keys to change 'Valid Work' to a 'Share Time' and save the changes:
RShare Time<esc>ZZ

Done.

I don't understand why everyone makes such a fuss about how great this pool is, because all the other pools give this kind of support, right?  Wink NOT!
Step by step instructions...how awesome is that?!

that is really annoying.  worse then my story.

my 2 have been running since yesterday.

I have had about 50 or 60 dollars worth of aggravation.

a 25 dollar fee to pay in btc.
a 12 hour wait for fee to clear
a 3 day delay due to customs
and I forgot the solar array has a 192.168.1.1 router  not a 192.168.0.1 router so a one day delay

Yeah I told canaan they should change the RPi image to default to DHCP after I got mine and had to change that (as I posted before)
Hopefully they'll have a new image will all the changes -ck and I have done/suggested in the not too distant future.

Hi,

I'm having a small problem and I would like to know if anyone one can help me?
I have a s9 working on the Kano CKpool, when it was using the firmware version1 it as at "full speed" on the pool, but when I made the upgrade to the firmware v2 the speed went down:
http://dfagundes.com/ebay/outros/ckpool.jpg

but in the miner the speed is at full speed:

Can anyone help me with this?

All the best,

Geotete

Well considering you are mining to 3 different places at the same time, there's no way you'd be able to work out reliably what the numbers should be at just one of them Tongue

Your miner shows it's mining to 3 places, so of course the first one wont have all the hash rate.

Also if any of those other 2 are not BTC (or are *hash) then you can expect more problems.

I removed the names, but they are all at Kano except the ports that are different ex:443, 8080, just as insurance.

I would add the hash rate from all three pools to see where you are at.  With highs at 32TH/s and lows at 19-23TH/s, you obviously have more than just an S9 which would only be 13TH/s.  Why not look at the one S9 on the chart by putting in .yourS9workername on the Shift Graph in the Worker2 box and hitting Update.  This would give you a second graph line on this chart just for that S9 and you would get a better picture of what you want to see. I've got two payments from the pool still showing as "pending" in my wallet. No confirms yet. Is there anything I've missed pool wise? Or is it just my wallet acting up. Two more payments after have confirmed no problems.

Total is the same though.  I have too many transactions to do the math on it but I also neglected to compare the total from blockchain.info to blocktrail.com back when the transactions were showing unconfirmed.  Apparently the total was correct even when the transactions were showing as unconfirmed.

Mine are now showing confirmed aswell. The blockchain wallet I use has always showed the total including any payments that have not yet been confirmed.
