I'm just starting to work with Hypermist to resolve the problem I found with our official block explorer a few months ago.

I couldn't work out how to handle burn transactions.

Hopefully we'll have a nice fully featured block explorer up and running in a few days.

This is awesome.

I remember the problem being the genesis block and or another issue around block 400,000 was it?

That wasnt specifically related to crown. U misled the points raised by someone else and mistakenly came to a conclusion that there was a minor blemish in the crown codebase while they were talking about RENOS. Thats what made u bamboozled about non-existing flaw u urself pictured in ur imagination.

Sorry, I have no idea what you are talking about.

The problem is that Iquidus explorer does not not support burn transactions which means that the indexing process fails when it hits the first transaction that burns coins for the named address feature which is roughly block 400k.

The only problem relating to the Genesis block that I have found is that I keep forgetting to update my scripts with the correct value which messes up the indexing process!

A problem between the chair and the keyboard rather than a chain issue.

Ahh that's it, thanks for clearing that up.

Seem's as though I need to step my post's as to stop such scrutiny of every single word.

Stop bitching about ur destiny, little girl. U are almost a bachelor but acting like ure 15. The pitfalls of forensics are unpredictable and could make the investigation last longer than expected. Since u are into crown u should know that having a doctorate degree is a must. If dont have that and are new to crypto technology ure unlikely to know what to analyze and where to find the origin of code bugs.

Undecided

Does anybody know if we can get Yobit to delist us? They haven't updated their wallet for two major releases now and won't answer support tickets.

I don't want CRW supporters to lose coins and if they're always going to be this unprofessional I'd rather not have Crown on there at all.

310 Trons online

I am glad Tron numbers are going up every day: 324 now, means almost 1/3 of the coins are locked and making money

I agree, its a nice thing to see but I'm sure the Tron number will drop for a while as soon as price rises and some people cash out. I hope that happens to be honest, its always good to have churn in your distribution.

Working on a throne docker pre-built container and also the dockerfile to enable building from the script and then syncing the blockchain yourself.

The docker throne file is around 4 GB, and already has the blockchain sync'd so one would just need to install docker and do docker pull, then update the settings in the crown.conf file.

Would this be useful to folks?

I have two community members who want to set up 10 and 20 Trons. Since node vps is running at full capacity, looking for an alternative Tron hosting service. Anybody?

Android wallet APK is now available https://github.com/Crowndev/coinomi-android/releases/tag/v1.0.4 Currently still in beta as we're working on getting some more electrumX servers online. But as long as you have your recovery phrase you'll be just fine. Enjoy and if there's any issues just let us know. The quickest way to communicate with us now is in the slack channel https://crownpay.herokuapp.com. Or if your uncomfortable with slack. We have a slack -> IRC bridge setup. You can join us on IRC at http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=crowncoin

Be great if the community could test our Android and look for any possible bugs so we can proceed on getting it on Google Play. Unfortunately I am an iOS guy  Grin

When I think about what we have achieved in the last 3 months I'm feeling really optimistic.

  • The core team flew to a meeting in London to meet in real life and hold a workshop on development plans.
  • The Crown Whitepapers have been released, giving a feel for what we are aiming for (the moon, on a stick Wink )
  • Crown.tech has been redeveloped and is looking fantastic.
  • We've added several new members to the core team.
  • We've completed the Dash and BTC core updates, providing a solid foundation for us to blaze down our own development path.
  • We have released a brand new wallet.
  • We've launched an Android and iOS Tron monitoring app.
  • The community has launched its first Tron hosting service and we are hopeful to be announcing another one soon. Fingers crossed!
  • We are in final stages of testing an android wallet and ElectrumX.
  • We are making progress on CRW images  being available on various hosting platforms.  Think Docker, AWS etc
  • The core team have privately discussed and agreed a development path with various design and prototyping actions coming from that. These actions are underway.

I have a feeling that the next 3 months is going to be even more productive. I do know that we will hopefully have some nice announcements to make next month about CRW support in third party apps.

My unofficial but realistic wish list for the next 3 months:

  • Working prototypes of Crown Revolution with demos of API.
  • Get added to a new exchange.  Please, please make some noise on social media to draw attention to us from Bittrex. They are waiting to see if we have community support
  • Increased liquidity as the price rises to encourage more people to get involved.
  • First partnership with another company or project to assist with development of API

This is a shout out to the Tron operators and maybe miners  Grin out there not to dump on the market, but rather set sell orders and let new investors to buy in. The market is still very fragile as it is in its building phase and I would love to see more strong hands.

Just my two cents  Cool

My scripts place my throne earnings in sell orders on c-cex in the hope of providing a little boost to liquidity.  Its only a little contribution but every bit helps.

Good.

Maybe I am too idealistic - but I would like to see the Crown community a community of people who work together and not against each other on the market, I would like to see strong hand investors who believe in the future. If we work together and watch our backs this will be a strong project.  Smiley

In the meantime, we just keep delivering our promises and hopefully the market will wake up and provide some liquidity for people.

It will be interesting to see whether being on Bittrex will make a difference when the day comes.

Hoping to announce a couple of new services to support Crown tomorrow (02/03/2017)

I'm a bit bogged down in moving what I've been working on into production but I'm hoping that both new services will be operational tomorrow.

Mongodb is a bitch, that is all.

I'm delighted to announce that Crown has been added to the Blockfolio portfolio tracker app.

In my opinion this is the definitive app for tracking the value of your crypto investments.

If you own a few coins and want to keep an eye on the value of your portfolio, I highly recommend it.
