I trust that you'll be fair with your estimates A few of the other team members and I also did the same and incurred some losses along the way, It was a big learning experience for the whole team, so we're trying to make sure that nobody got hurt too badly while we were learning. Like I said, I really can't estimate what was lost. The hashing, I don't really see as a major loss (although it would have been nice to keep all that crw that was building up from almost solo mining CRW Saw stonehedge on there and we were pretty much competing for hashing at the start, so I can verify that they most likely suffered large losses as I believe they were trying to support the proper chain) If need be, I can dig up the list of their tx's/txid's. (I'm not overly concerned about my losses on the mining aspect, just the users of mergemining.com). The thrones, well, lets just say thats up in the air. 4 of them I can bring back today, the other 10 are hosted, and it doesn't sound like they are coming back anytime soon, since it sounds like the entire setup needs to be cancelled and re-setup. If anything, I guess I'd like to see stonehedge compensated as he was a major contributer of hashing yesterday. I'll just suck up my losses.

I'm asking for 0.25 BTC worth of CRW from the dev fund in lieu of this. Its up to the team, no love lost if not appropriate.

We're working on stonehedge too I'll keep you updated with how that goes, like i said quite a few members from the team put out for hashing, originally on infernopool, then on mmpool after i fell asleep and infernopool crashed lol... stonehedge rented around the same as you did, so i'll keep an eye on his final losses. and base a payment for you off of his? I would like to make sure that nobody got killed too badly. we're all trying to make sure that losses we're minimal. and a bit of the dev funds is being used to keep everyone happy

Throne Monitor has been updated. I've just tested with some new addresses. All looks good. Please let me know if anyone has any issues and i will get straight on it. Also, well done on the fix from yesterday guys. Really impressed on how quick you got everything sorted. Even more impressive knowing that the main dev is in a completely different timezone.

I've just updated to the latest version (120061) and verified I'm on the correct chain. But when I try to do a "throne start", I get:
Not capable throne: Could not connect to 51.254.131.226:9340
I verified that I can actually telnet to this IP and port (besides I've not changed anything on the server except for updating the client). What is the issue here?

Is the throne.conf stored in the folder crown or crowncoin?

Anybody here used Vagrant with LXC and the different cloud plug-ins before?
Just starting to play with it as a way to manage thrones. If you think about it -- one could probably figure out a way to daisy chain some open source tools like this together and make the networks of "thrones" less static... more elastic... where capacity could adapt to demand through the configuration of "trons" (sort of active thrones -- and hey Hal Finney was the game designer for Tron, but nobody caught that link in the papers... which just means no one has actually read them -- LMFAO).
The trick to this model is that it assumes that a node operator is able to trust the network enough to have what is functionally automated access to his/her account on different cloud platforms... so this wouldn't be "step one" and may not ever completely make sense because of legal complexities with the contracts from the cloud providers -- but it is one of the possible combination out there.
But for now... just starting to play with Vagrant -- any tips appreciated.

If you are not on protocol version 70040, then your on the wrong client. Looks like some nodes still need to get updated. Thrones on protocol version 70030, will not be chosen to be paid by 70040 nodes, So it is advised to update any nodes that aren't on protocol version 70040
