Later, silver will be bought and sold freely, including in the Queen's Pawnshop.

If you bid "5 @ 5" it means that "I am willing to purchase 5 lots of 25 coins each of 12 grams of silver each coin, at a maximum price of 5 million m per lot".

The Ultima Version of CK design was started in June as a response to the V.4 development deviating further and further from the development principles set when CK started:

- Rapid version launch
- Direct access to developer
- Agile development
- Real-time development.

The current release was made in 2.5 workdays. Its database design has taken into account the "final" featureset. The UI and graphics can be changed and/or customized as needed.

The whole length of Ultima project is about 100 workdays. It should be enough for the "complete game" as explained earlier.

We are considering the possibilities whether data could be migrated to the platform significantly earlier.

Please use the newly opened thread for all communication that relates to the Ultima platform. Report actual bugs and errors, avoid to report things that you can reasonably conclude are already in my knowledge, since I will be the hub gathering feedback and directing it to the programmer. For this and the following week, we will be doing this 16/7.

Strange winds are blowing. The King is again rumored to be scheming with outlandish people. Zenon's Castle had been empty and almost in ruins since the earthquake (and practically always practically empty..) but now it has been repaired with piety and restored to be the strange dwelling it is. Lights have been seen from it in the August night.

To mitigate the most ludicrous rumors - everyone knows there is no end to them - a following notice is read out loud from the Platform and sent in writing to all the literate nobles who live in other boroughs (this number is not many .. )

Greetings. Hope you are well as also we are. We want to briefly confirm that indeed the venerable Wizard Developer P.J. has arrived to Town. We don't have wizards here too often, but when we do, they will save us from great troubles. The Wizard is 500 years old and knows mysterious spells that he can skillfully combine to create systems and tools from nothing. It is the same you have seen Us doing, but with double the experience and the result. All the information in the Records is correct. The Wizard is not poor but his wealth in our country does not reflect his great standing yet. He is currently living in the King-owned Wizard Castle (former Zenon castle). We will give to him welcome gifts, and hope that each one of you would also overflow from your goodness to show the traditional generosity of Cryptolanders! Items Credit (IC) conversion is now possible

Repair Projects have given IC to people who have had Luxuries in the buildings, but needed to renew the walls behind, which resets the lux% but gives 1 IC for every 200,000 m worth of luxury.

We now close the loophole that IC could be created endlessly from lux that is immediately scrapped. Only old lux, removed as part of the repair project, counts.

It is possible to create everything that was possible in the AIC phase when it was ongoing. Prices are the same. Exception is that it is not possible to get the various discounts, which were available back then. Price of TS160 12-gram silver coin is 6 AIC. All items must be dated 1600 and are not ancient. If any items bring questions, I am happy to help.

Unique items are entered in /ITEMS_U, fungible items in /ITEMS_F and their ownership matrix in /F_OWN. This tab now includes a marketplace as well - every fungible items may be listed for sale or you can bid from them. Also unique Items may be for sale, in the same way as unique Lots have always been for sale.

The 1600 IC cannot expire. When the year changes, the remainder is used to buy TS160 coins, which will always have a market value.

Note that it is possible to buy many items very cheaply in IC terms. Please confirm from the admin how much they want for the registration fee (this is typically a fixed sum per row, and for example my DB access is so bad that I won't register your items even for 5 million per row but hopefully somebody else does )

Soon we will start focusing on horses, carriages and such things. If you want to increase your horse count, remember that a rider kit counts as 1 horse, and carriages come in both 2 and 4 horse model. As for the King's thoughts of the subject - the more horses, the better.

A thing just happened that interrupted the progress of the development for some time...

The Developer Wizard had been staying in the Royal Palace for a while, in relative secrecy. Then the Magnificent Prince of Soul came from his travels to the tranquil grounds of Malla, all of the sudden. He happened to have a bottle of Bordeaux 1970 with him (the name of the château being unrecognizable from the disintegrated label). We set the table in the Throne Room (gross - We know, but it is the only room with windows in the Royal Palace these days....) and proceeded to take turns for ordering bottles from the cellars to be brought for our enjoyment; just between the 3 of us.

Only the vintages reveal that this happened IRL as well as in the game. When the last wine (Le Mole Organic Orange Wine 2012 donated to the table by the Wizard) is still glimmering in the glasses, it is the time to update the thread concerning the decisions:

HE The Prince of Soul, Dr. Paul Choo Ph.D., swears that until 100x from current levels is achieved, he is not cashing out of the game - his God is either giving him financial abundance or a setback, and he is not going to dilute it by his actions. Rather, he is investing 10 BTC more from his fortunes, to show that this is as good a time to invest for real as the last time he bought CKG (4.-17. December 2014).

The Wizard P.J. is moved from the simple yet Royal lifestyle in the Malla Palace, and decides to invest as much as possible from his wages to the game.

The King is a little distracted from the idea of having to drink such many bottles of wine between such few people, but quickly realizes that he is the one who receives the proceeds from the jewels of the cellars. He already decided to strongly favor buying at this point of the development and reaffirms this stance. Crypto Kingdom is either heading to obscurity or success - only the latter case counts for anything, so it makes sense to by more.

We talked about the most undervalued assets and did achieve certain conclusions. It is no accident that the characters King, Tavastia and Soul cornered nearly all of the land already in March. The Town still has some for sale, but it will quickly become the property of the users. It is perhaps not fully understood how limiting the current land size is, as the playercount grows. But soon you will feel it.

Otherwise the meeting was conducted in exuberant terms, but no much details are available except the Oeil de Perdrix...

I don't understand. Is the game playable now or this is just beta testing?

The game has been played since it started. It is secondary if there is a web client and how many features it encompasses, because the game is so modular that "all" will never reside in a single place. Playing the game has been both fun and profitable since it started.

As for the answer to your question, we currently have two main projects, of which:

Version 4: Reconstruction will go beta testing any day and release soon after.

Version Ultima is developed by agile/scrum and is always visible how it progresses.

Version 3.0: Pocket Economy is still the official and authoritative gaming platform, and its database is in the Googlesheets.

CKG price is hitting new highs (850,000 m), and ATH has been made against everything measurable!

Yesterday's meeting was very good, so the Prince of Soul invested BTC10 to a new character, Jungherr Paul. Earls and higher may start sockpuppet characters who have age 14 (normally minimum age is 15) and are nobles in the L8 - Jungherr (normally new characters are L1 - Visitor). This privilege costs no more than 50 million per such character.

If new players (or existing players who do not have any characters Earl or higher), want to become instant nobles, it is possible: Then the level is L9 Baron and the accreditation fee is 150 million. The age may be in between 21 and 50 years, since 21 years is the minimum legal age to be a Baron.

An existing character who is a noble in distant lands but not in CryptoTown, can similarly prove his nobility by paying the 150 million fee and be promoted to L9 instantly.

All such money goes to the Town.

So, Paul Jr is a sockpuppet to the Prince of Soul, and was started today by investing 10 BTC. It is well known that the Marquess of Tavastia is my sockpuppet character, but it is not generally known how much money I put into him. His starting capital has been 10,000 CKG and 1,000 EUR. Everyone can evaluate for himself, if Tavastia is as bad a businessman as I always claim him to be

Todo list

Unify the Items management in google DB to correspond with the Ultima items specification, so that all items will be directly importable to Ultima.

Classify all "non-item things" (eg. resources, points, decorations, assets) to conform to the Ultima database format and redo the google DB to this format.

Find a way to synchronize the google DB with the Ultima development version DB (or prove that a way can't be found and one-time data migrate is preferable).

Make temporary rules for "1600 Building Projects" and enable building.

Sort the /ITEMS_F and /F_OWN tabs according to item type, enable 2-way markets for all fungible items, merge /CKG_COINS to the same tab.

Have a TC meeting to determine how to spend the incomes between: dividends, devfund, pools, ingame projects.

Establish NewCorp and transfer all the quarry/early-stage land assets from the King, Tavastia, Soul, Thud and HH of NF to it. Advance warning that the company aims to buy all underpriced land that it does not already own and also monopolize quarrying.

Finish Queen's Pawnshop in /trade_silver.

Soul still has money that needs to be invested according to his latest decisions.

At the moment yes, although there have been rumors that XMR withdrawals will be allowed at some point, possibly in the near future.

You would just have to notify myself or another admin to transfer your CKG to the buyer's account when you make the trade.
