@djm34
Is there any minimum amount for your latest neoscrypt pledge?
not really... as long as it isn't too insulting It is a pledge for a public release, so as far as I am concerns, it isn't really important how much you gave... and quite frankly so far I got rather big donation from a few people and in case the the pledge doesn't reach its goal, I will probably go private to thank people who cared... and "punish" those who didn't even consider giving a penny... . lol got it.

Private quark kernal for sale. 0.1BTC (stripped down version of my private kernal) (Windows Exe) gtx 960: +300-400khash gtx 970: +300-600khash gtx 750ti: +200khash Pm for details. STRIPPED DOWN MINER-- Is this miner only capable of mining Quark? Or will it mine all the other standard algos at standard rates as well? I'd be interested if it mined Quark at the improved rate, and Neoscrypt at the CUDA 6.5 rate, with the other algos standard. A lot of miners using NiceHash Miner would also be interested. --scryptr x11, x13,x15 is also faster in the private version. Neoscrypt is still slow. yeah actually my cuda 7.5 version of neoscrypt is around 100% faster than yours (corrected the title) HYBRID MINER APPEAL-- Ok, I suppose that I am asking for the hybrid miner compilation again. Is it possible? Pallas has stated that it is a useful technique. Your private miner, s p_ , would appeal to more miners if it were an "all-in-one" solution that could be used with NiceHash Miner. I will be backing DJM34's development fund, but until he releases the finished miner, a hybrid compilation may be the simple solution. I would be glad to contribute for the extra work of a hybrid compilation in your private miner. I have contributed in the past and will continue to support positive development in the CCminer software. If DJM34 has a "pre-release" alpha/beta kernal that you both could share, I'd contribute to both accounts. DJM34 allowed limited release of his earlier Neoscrypt kernel as it was developed once a minimum contribution was made. If all I can contribute is BTC, I'll contribute. --scryptr

My private miner available for sale for 0.1BTC is an all-in-one solution. neoscrypt (same as release 74) X11 is up 30khash (750ti) (+1%) x13 is up 100khash(750ti) (+4.3%) x15 is up 66Khash(750ti) (+3.3%) quark is up 200khash(750ti) (+3.2%) lyra2v2 is up 250khash(750ti)(+6%) (asus strix 5150Khash (with +150 oc)) Why don't you donate 0.1BTC and check it out.

There's a difference between caring and a bad investments. I already get 193kh/s on a 750 Ti compared to 208 and as I said in your thread it all depends on Feathercoin which makes it risky. But it's a pledge, not a private miner so yeah, I just sent 0.05 for caring. If there was a siginificant increase in speed (and therefore profitability) in any miner, I'd gladly donate more. Hell even upwards of 1 BTC if it would significantly affect my time to ROI.

(that's why I was reluctant to release it in the first place...)

SP_ PRIVATE MINER BENCHMARKS-- I have donated and received sp_ 's private miner and benchmarked it with NiceHash Miner and my GTX 960 SC. I have the following results: Latest release of sp_ dot 74+ Private Miner based on release dot 78 Both benchmarks were taken over 60 seconds, even though the Radio Dot on the first is in the "standard" setting. That is just the default position when the dialog box is brought up. Release dot 74 is compiled with CUDA 6.5. Release dot 78 (and the private miner) is compiled with CUDA 7.5. --scryptr

hi all ...
i see a lot has happened with the testing and miner release ...
sp - ill be in the office later today ( and will be there for the next few days ) to get a LOT organized - which includes the 'big' machine ... so testing will begin with what i have currently on your latest ccminer-spmod78 c75 ...
djm34 - i would really like to see the neoscrypt miner running on my system - but i cant put 2.5btc forward to see it ... if there is no other way but to wait to see it - then that is what ill do ... i will ( and have ) donated to you in the past - and will continue to do so regardless of whether i advertise i do or not ...
you ( as are other devs ) are one hell of a coder - but this btc grabbing system that ALL the devs are participating in at the moment is actually making me cringe ...
NOT because you are all asking for payment / donation for the work you are diligently doing ( as you ALL deserve to be paid for this work ) - but for the MASSES of miners out there that are NOT donating in one way or another ... the handful of donors are those that are usually the ones that put the work into the threads and help support devs for the work - but im becoming increasingly distasteful of those miners ( the majority that use the products ) that do NOT donate ...
its actually quite disgusting ... there are MANY methods and MANY avenues to donate to these wonderful devs ( regardless of whether they bicker at each other or not ) and it seems that even a few btc is 'too much' to distribute amongst them ... that really is pathetic ... and yes - im aiming this directly at the miners that USE the miner software and oss kernels and private kernels ...
donation by direct btc address - donation by private kernel purchase - donation by pledge - donation by mining ( whether mining using the granite dbm system or direct address mining ) ... there are SO many ways to donate ... where is the FULL community support? ... it seems only a few handful of donors pitch in with as much as they can ...
come on mining community - sp djm34 pallas wolf0 ( just to name a few ) ALL need our help to continue ... lets get behind them ...
im off to the office now to get some of the masses of work i have piled up - done ... and to think about more ways to open avenues to donate ...
this needs to change ... it really does ... open your wallets people - and GIVE as much as the devs are GIVING ...

Fixed it. Also no need to double space every sentence This is towards the rest of the miners bitching, not you #crysx, GREED seems to be on part of the miners not the devs. It's a donation not an investment, in return for the donation you get a faster miner and support the development of future mining software. If djm34 doesn't work on Nvidia kernals then AMD kernals will dominate neoscrypt. You're keeping the ecosystem healthy by supporting devs, if you stomp your feet like that self entitled benslam character stomping your feet demanding to profit from the work of others without contributing...well you're a parasite and the reason it's so hard to get good devs to put the work in on open source software that benefits everyone. end rant I donated to the last development of neoscrypt, then also bought the miner after that before it was released publicly...and never used it. I was just trying to support the development of ccminer and figured if FTC took a moon shot it would be nice to have around. I bought SP cryptonite miner and tested it but never used it again, just wanted to support dev and the miner is an nice bonus if xmr ever takes a moonshot lol.. Without devs releasing miners to the public it's all over. Most small miners are bagholders and support the alts they mine, and devs going to all private to farms will basically push out all miners pretty much destroying the ecosystem we have going now. bad for everyone..can't believe how greedy people are. Hey if anyone wants a guarantee of ROI why not try treasury bonds

no - it was correct the FIRST time ... these devs would not even think of requesting btc for their work IF they were already getting enough donations / payments from the mining communities ... what is enough? ... well that is for the communities to decide - and then for the devs to decide whether their own work is valuable enough FOR the communities ... so i agree with the sentiment - but not the wording ... the wording was / is correct in its original form ... only a few pages back the devs were at each other for the 'donation' word being thrown around too much ... the miners who use the products need to open up their miners TO the devs - not just to the pools for their own benefits ... #crysx

would be nice if anything regarding the pledge get posted on the pledge thread so I don't have to browse through all that... I don't know where you saw anywhere that I was asking individual miner to pay 2.5btc, I am asking for contribution from miners so I get around 2.5btc in total for my work (knowing that Nicehash will contribute as well to the pledge, the crowdfunded part is less than 2.5btc. Now if 2.5btc for a 2weeks work (and probably more than 8hours/day) makes you cringe, then may-be you should ask a raise yourself, because in my country it comes to a rather low salary...

sp - ill be in the office later today ( and will be there for the next few days ) to get a LOT organized - which includes the 'big' machine ... so testing will begin with what i have currently on your latest ccminer-spmod78 c75 ...
djm34 - i would really like to see the neoscrypt miner running on my system - but i cant put 2.5btc forward to see it ... if there is no other way but to wait to see it - then that is what ill do ... i will ( and have ) donated to you in the past - and will continue to do so regardless of whether i advertise i do or not ...

would be nice if anything regarding the pledge get posted on the pledge thread so I don't have to browse through all that... I don't know where you saw anywhere that I was asking individual miner to pay 2.5btc, I am asking for contribution from miners so I get around 2.5btc in total for my work (knowing that Nicehash will contribute as well to the pledge, the crowdfunded part is less than 2.5btc. Now if 2.5btc for a 2weeks work (and probably more than 8hours/day) makes you cringe, then may-be you should ask a raise yourself, because in my country it comes to a rather low salary... re-read what i wrote djm34 - you have misread it ... i am saying i personally dont have 2.5btc that i can pay MYSELF - because im disheartened by the fact that only a FEW miners in this MASSIVE community of miners donate / pledge ... if i had 2.5btc to give NOW - i would ... i think its disgusting that miners in general ( and i mean the VAST MAJORITY of the community of miners ) USE and MINE with the software developed by skilled hands such as yours and other skilled devs - only to give nothing back to the devs ... #crysx
