Nice, that should help a bit I'd imagine.

Oh Loaded, who art up in Mt. Gox, hallowed be thy name!  Thy dollars rain, thy will be done, on BTCUSD.  Give us this day our daily 10% 30%, and forgive the bears, as we have bought their bitcoins.  And lead us into quadruple digits

Yessirree, by zooming in or out and scrolling/panning graphs, you can make anything look like anything else. :-D The maker of this graph, though, might have actually thought he was making a coherent, logical point. How sad.

They didn't say what size array...could be 64 drives in a RAID 10 array.

I am salivating over the prospect that they have made a mistake when writing the new trade engine on a tight time frame.

Knowing gox I wouldn't be surprised if it's compiled for the first time 5 mins before going live with a couple of errors ignored and no testing at all.

two things you forgot to point out:

1. Your dotcom chart doesnt show the price rise in its entirety

2. Your time frames on the graphs are hours verses days. Hardly comparably time frames.

That confirms it, Mt. Gox is trolling for sure.

It would be hilarious if they are buying coins or something, or somehow removing asks.

Apparently $128. Its going up randomly all the time, though.

The unlabelled axes is grounds for immediate dismissal. Like I said it wasn't serious.

I'm thinking a settled price of 75 and eventual rise over the weekend with less volume. The only thing that could prevent a rise are any walls.

Trading is halted until 2013-04-12 02:00am UTC to allow the market to cooldown following the drop in price. Read more details on the support. Additionally trading fees will not be charged within 48 hours of trading resuming (until 2013-04-14 02:00am UTC).
