30 minutes of orders was processed very fast.Clark moody couldnt even display them sequentialy.Then it was showing 11min lag and now no lag.According to my theory the cooldown prevented the small "no funds" asks to to be recalculated for placement so the genuine orders got processed very fast with no problem as was the case during the hectic trading yesterday.

Horrible... I'd be in support of another cooldown if it gets to 10 minutes, the cooldown could be briefer also. Letting it fly to 45 minutes is irresponsible. A blind market 45 minutes behind is a stupid market.
