Allen Shinners, the GAWSuit genius seemed to be "throwing" the case all along.

At the same time he started the GAWSuit, he posted a FAKE picture of himself on his own "Prestige" Roll Eyes website with 2 GAWMiners Criminals.

First he filed the GAWsuit in Texas, where lawsuit winners can't even collect damages most of the time, then he moved it to Connecticut.

We all thought he was "taking a dive" for Garza --  maybe that's just what he did.

I would NOT be surprised if Stu paid off the 4 litigants & all the other customers get to twist in the wind....forever.

Maybe that's why Shinners didn't collect the 10% upfront from the SUCKERS.  Now he owes them nothing....

Without informational facts to backup the alligations I'd like to see a little more respectfull tone. You're making assumptions based on other unrelated info. The pic was probably just a tempory... i buy photoframes all the time with these in it. In your logic he put up a fake picture to mislead people thinking he was the guy on the picture? Who cares....

It's not unreasonable to expect a cartoon or something like that as a placeholder, but a stock photo of a real face is taking it a bit too far. Why put a picture up at all if you don't anyone to see your face? Certainly misleading, intentionally or not.

Respectful tone?  Maaaaan, I've been HOLDING BACK!

Shinners was seen in the email leaks posturing for a big payday position of employment with GAWMiners.
When he didn't get the gig he wanted, he turned against them, with good reasons of course.
But then he teamed up with the GAWMiners crooks on his "Prestige" web site & then "objectively" directed the lawsuit against GAWMiners & Garza?
Now he's dropping the long-mismanaged GAWsuit against Garza with no updates on the web site since August.

What deserves a "more respectful tone" here?

P.S. You spell like Garza too:  "tempory, respectfull, alligations, photoframes" & no question mark....   Grin

There may be some strategy at play here, I'll concede.  Just too much coincidence with the SEC case dates.

If it was temporary why does the webpage still exist, with the fake photo (smiling-man.jpg) and still show a connection with someone who could have saved all the geniuses money by telling everyone that the hashlets didn't exist?

No clue why any of you geniuses trust this guy.

Rdewilde, massive shill never quits

Shill for what now? Shill for asking for factual information instead of writing a reply full of unpleasant words? Anyone can do that, will only leave us more puzzled.

Saying someone is a scammer/#$%£×! just because using a placeholder face pic, while he put many (!) hours into a class action lawsuit and even more hours communicating all stuff, is not right it me.

These are the typical keyboard warriors who will potentially take the full compensation when they turn out to be wrong not leaving anything behind for the man that put it all into works ;-) I hope I am wrong here ofc

Allen said there good progress in the case, but he's not allowed to share any details at this stage. Believe it or not.
