It has not been very long since our last newsletter, but we are certain that ‘bothering’ you with the news that we have reached tape out of the GoldStrike1™ ASIC chip is something you will forgive.

The tape out means that the GoldStrike1 chip now is well under way to production and the last piece of our TerraMiner puzzle is now in place.

Aside from the news of the tape out we will also be launching our CoinTerra Forums to the public in the next few days. The logs show many network connection errors last day. I now restart p2pool software in case python/application in strange state.

Thank you for your PM. It is correct that NastyPool charges no fees. We are using alt-coin profits from merged mining to support P2Pool development and pay server costs and donate to nastyfans. I work on nastyfans web interface to report these data.

I really don't understand why the share of this are still dropping so rapidly. Weird considering I bought my first shares for 4BTC back in the day but I guess people oly see how many btc they get out.

I agree.  I've tried to promote it, but 1) the interface isn't ready yet & 2) I'm obviously far from a good promoter.  I have a feeling once the nastyfans pool interface is ready, nonnakip's hard work will be the best promotion.  In the meantime, join us in the pool and help spread the word!  There are only 4 or 5 fans currently mining on the pool.  I know our club member count is above 100 so we're getting a pretty poor participation rate.  I say if you are reading this, switch to our pool and give it a shot!

I think it is mostly due to the BitFunder & BTCT closings (aside from dwindling BTC distributions).  There were funds that held several hundred seats that are still trying to dump them.  Add in the panic of people who just got burned on BitFunder & BTCT and you have a mad rush for the exits.  The timing isn't so bad, because once the pool's interface is ready, our silver physical seat coins are ready, & we have our next generation of miners, I have a feeling this could be an attractive entry point that could open the club up to new fans.

It was at 3% before the server upgrade and implementation of merged mining.  Now it is 0%.

I totally forgot you had a public node ... I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I can't get any of my Mining clients to point to your url and work.

It's working.  Are you sure you are pointing them at nastyfans.org:9332 ?

Yes I currently have BTCguild and slush working fine with BFGminer in "Load balanced" tried adding yours but keeps saying pool is dead.
