Thanks - yeah I already put the nodes in conf file - gets stuck with sync though

have now deleted all except .dat wallet file and resyncing the whole blockchain but its getting stuck

maybe I just keep restarting it and hope its gets to the end sometime.

I'm wondering who the Dev is here - I have been in VTC since about 2 years ago and still have some on old wallets gathering cobwebs.

As far as I can see jamesl22 was the last Dev - but he has not been here since 3 Dec 2015?

It dont work!  Can the Dev fix it up please?

Although the coin looks ''dead'' the market is pretty active i have to say.
The volume is pretty consistent with some days with more than 20BTC volume up to 119BTC on 14 feb.
I would say, have patience and you will be rewarded.
James will get back eventually after the jump.

Well I was serious - and now I have my wallet synced - so all good.

Yes - I resurrected UTC after the Devs went AWOL - just handing it back now to the previous "leader"

I am in the process of rediscovering and cleaning up all my old alts - and VTC is on the list.

UTC was on that list too - It was one of my old favourites but it was broken.  I had to step in and fix it up.  VTC is also one of my old favourites.

VTC looks like it needs a bit of a spruce up too.

I strongly recommend PressTab as a contract Dev - if James does not come back sometime soon.
Is there any "leader" here for VTC - who arranges things and gets things done and fixed?  Who talks with James etc
