Thread Title still is "HOLD & GET DIVIDENDS in BTC/$" LOL nearly worthless AMBER coins is what you get Investment protection doesn't cover reinvestment because it is not a part of any round. Payouts will not affect round price. This option is only available if you buy shares from company during one of the rounds.
From the beginning option of investment protection was used several times. As far as I remember 6 or 7 times.
Thats a shame, that investors get coins at 3 time-higher price even without investment protection. I wonder why they did't just set a buy wall at 5-8k sat - it will be filled very quickly. There were many sell offers at 0,02-0,025$. So what is the advantege of getting dividends in Ambercoins at 0,05$? There is no advantage, Sir. Only a fool would buy @0,05$ when he can buy for much less almost everywhere. HECK even i would sell at 0,025$ , that´s a HUGE 50% discount , anyone interested?

So I found one Ambercoin address that has sent Amber to nearly 30 different known shareholder accounts. Any thoughts? Maybe a c-cex address maybe they reuse their addresses? How could this be? The address is not registered as a shareholder but has moved a lot of AMBER.

What's the address? Could be amber trade's c-cex account... Up until dividend delays they sold most/a lot of the coins on the exchange

Yeah I also want to see the address b/c if mine is one of the receiving accounts then it is either suprnova's mining wallet or c-cex because those are the only two places I have gotten AMBER from

The wallet address was set up on 7-8-15 the original coins came from Shareholder 97 who has since liquidated all his coins. Maybe nothing, I've emailed c-cex to ask how they handle there Ambercoin wallet addresses.
I did get an email back from Amber Trip 2016 confirming Amber Trade LTD will be there though so that's positive. I'm trying to get a real person's name in the mean time.
What shareholder are you socal?

According to @Ambercoindev, the investment protection doesn't work in this case.

for like the fifth time... my dividends alone would've wiped out the 5 cent amber at the exchange. i might not have been the first to receive coins. i might not have got cheap amber with my dividends. that is exactly why i chose that option the first time. i voted for btc the 2nd time, because i wanted those who didn't choose amber to get what they wanted. plain and simple my thoughts on my decision.

Company decided to make a small pleasant surprise for those 30 shareholders who has used reinvestment option for Q3 2015 dividends.
Each of them will get a silver AMBERCOIN as a gift.

Just as I've written several times - there were mamy offers at 0,02-0,025$; after price agreement the seller would send coins to the exchange and buyer would buy it. There is little coins to sell at the exchange because they are hold at registered addresses. So is there another reason of such a decision?

So the investors that wanted company keep its word: "BUY, HOLD & GET DIVIDENDS in BTC/$" would be disadvantaged twice: first they won't be given BTC, the second they won't get souvenirs as the others. I wonder why did company ask investors, what they wanted to get? (I mean the first choice, not voting). EDIT I would understand if the company said: "Sorry we have to invest money for development, so we can't give you money right now."Instead of this a strange spectacle was performed.
