On a tangent how are you guys in general reacting to the German news https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=277282.0(As a note this is in relation to the safety of bitcoin stocks which is why its not a true off topic in the AM thread) Not that you guys haven't gone on a tangent now and then

Wow, must be a f'n big whale to be able to buy ~15,000 btc worth! Even over a time frame that is a huge boost in my confidence of the stock.
I would bet it is TAT, I will do some analysis on the block chain Wednesday to try and figure out who it is if they do not come out themselves XD.

I'm seeing share prices drop on most securities across the board, are people cashing in due to the USD/BTC price going up?

It's most likely due to the mining space becoming more crowded with new products like HashFast, Monarch, etc.

I kinda doubt that, especially the Monarch bit. All that did was piss people off. It is more likely that the fiat price has shot up overnight and people want to lock in some profits.

Seems like a definite possibility, though it really doesn't make much sense IMO. A higher USD/BTC price makes the mining stocks more valuable. It's fine though, I'll keep buying and enjoying the 34% yield at current prices..

And as well on german quite main online media: http://www.spiegel.de/netzwelt/netzpolitik/a-917151.html ... I see this as a strong signal for the world markets and investors, what is imho the main reason for bitcoin prices to raise. For some reason, AM share price is more connected to fiat, so BTC price of shares lowers accordingly. Not one to one, but in an observable manner. Best, "wo0x

The addresses cover the "last" weeks group buy addresses from 3 major resellers that I can see on the boards. There's also someone selling the miners for paypal. The BTCs from all below address (and paypal) is approx. 5200 BTC. Note that some of it might already be paid to FC around last weeks dividend (You can track the out going payments to FC's address in some cases). Group buy 20/21 from CannaryInTheMine 1BywWhaLuHfoK4Hwi2ppPVRSCsxRb91cAS Started taking orders on Aug 10...ended around Aug 18th... ------------------- Group buy 9 from SilentSonicBoom 1FrWLVfxviiWFo88g3LA4YGSVZGn67rY3m Started taking orders on Aug 10...still going on ------------------- Group buy 10 from silentSonicBoom (only for Blades) 18AhmgfZT2q67Ji3E3hH7EpEuYn8m4A5Yg Started taking orders on Aug 9th...still going on -------------------- Group buy from Arklan (.175/USB miner for previous buyers) 1FhKvN9VB9AhJ3pfsEMa7ZDpuifSh5JXNo Started on Aug 10th... ended now. ------------------------ Paypal group buy threads Current one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276908.0Order size: 112 (@ $45/miner) previous one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=271438.0Order size: 118 (@ $45/miner)
