Try pulling that shit in real life, and you'll find yourself in a body bag pretty quick.

 Roll Eyes Lmao.

ASICMINER really needs a better place to find the latest news and updates than this thread. 666 pages of nerdy internet warriors.

Those defending Lophie's avatar, put it on a t-shirt and go for a walk downtown. Then come back and tell us it's merely a buddhist peace sign.
Does this apply to those of us who live in a Buddhist country?

Fair point but is it necessary to list all the possible exceptions, those who can't walk? those who don't live near a city? those in a boat? those who are actual nazis? etc.

The only ones giving the Nazi R-Swastika any meaning and power these days are people being offended vicariously by it. If you're not offended yourself, the best thing you can do is to ignore it and let it go so it loses its hold on society and culture.

Give it a rest and give me information about ASICMiner. Smiley

If you wanna be judged by burocracy and other stubborn people for using swastika symbols independently of their historical meaning or their personal meaning for you come to Germany. There they have to deal with a not so ancient history linked to that sign. The rest of the world should be more open minded.

my guess for this weeks div is somewhat between 0.008 and 0.009...

I see dividends at the same level as last week (and two weeks before that). Sells are still very good, many resellers are reporting that they are out of stock even when friedcat is sending like crazy

If the Buddhist symbol was something else, it wouldn't be waved around so much as people like you try so desperately to protect its innocence.  It just seems like someone is trying to advertise it, wave it around in our faces while saying "OH BUT IT MEANT SOMETHING ELSE 10,000 YEARS AGO".  It's testing a line, and it's disrespectful.  Try pulling that shit in real life, and you'll find yourself in a body bag pretty quick.

Hello, might I remind you that you are using the internet? You are bound to see things from the other side of the world that don't know anything about you and frankly don't give a shit about your existence. Not everyone here is trying to make a point and most of the things you think people are trying to do to "prove something" or "test a line" are just delusions of your ego about self importance.

Now please, back to ASICMINER. Board members always had more info than other shareholders. Any news from any of them about what is happening?

About divs. Low but expected I presume? another week of spending the coins on more shares?

Will take me a while to climb up again, But where is a will, there is a way...

I tried to resist the temptation to participate in off-topic, but failed miserably.  Sorry, please bear with only one swastika-related post from me.

1) Swastika is totally okay whichever way it's turned or rotated.  Only morons can be insulted by a mere symbol.

2) Instead of raging against symbols, they should instead rage against actual neo-fascist and otherwise neo-totalitarian regimes currently emerging, particularly neo-fascist USA and neo-soviet EU.  Just look at these regimes and try to extrapolate the current trend of their development.  It may be too late to revolt when Orwell-ishness of the state becomes obvious enough for the brainless majority to realize.

3) And about this cheap propaganda...

It's funny how so-proclaimed "religious tolerance" doesn't extend beyond Abrahamic religions.  To those who are at least vaguely familiar with satanism, this phony picture is even more laughable than Reefer Madness.

Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. There is no spoon. Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

Seems highly unlikely that bitcointalk is full of Buddhists.  It seems to me that people are simply testing the line, because they are anonymous and won't get shitkicked as they would in real life.  Smiley

I'm not buddhist, but I'm aware that the swastika in question is a Buddhist symbol. Draw whatever lines you like, but it really just shows ignorance on your part.

And what would it tell about the people putting him in a body bag?

In India they have no problem opening a shop named Hitler so I doubt they would take offense at that.

i hope those that are ignorantly seeing all Swastika-like symbols as the same would think how similar M and W look.  instead of harping on the similarities and ignoring the stark differences you could actually LEARN something that was outside of normal western knowledge!  wouldnt that be great if we could all learn something today?
