1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: Worldcup qualifiers - CAF. on: Today at 01:50:51 AM
Yea in times past the African football games were really lacking goals in almost every match played bit recently things have really changed which depicts improvement in the games among the stars.

Watching this Nigeria v South Africa match to night am very impressed with the  Super Eagles performance despite them not winning the game as it was all hard luck for them in the second half missing those creative chances. I love the attacking variant coach Finidi George is bringing into the team  but I'll also advise they put a stronger defense in place too to balance the team.

South Africa on the other hand had a good defense which held Lookman still that he couldn't have a breathing space to attempt to shots he made in the Europa league which could have perhaps changed the scores. Nice one!

I just hope there won't be any sentiment between the manager and some players in the squad. The Super Eagles should start believing that they too can make other nations struggling to get a goal, I don't seem to understand why they can't see South Africa team as a country they can beat without stress? The Super Eagles always struggle against teams they're bigger than just because their opponent have a developed league or something? Why can't we beat these guys like they're nothing but instead we concede first and beg for a draw. They played well but with all the players who have made names outside the country I don't think a draw should be the outcome of this game, is best we lost rather than the draw we played, SA shouldn't be giving us this hard time.

Of course there will definitely be some corrections but back to $65k I don't think so, don't really know your suggestions but currently BTC price is still at $71k, to me if there seems to be any correction now it might get back to $60k not the $65k you said but if we have the price get to $78-$79k it will get back to that exact amount $65k.
You sound so much like a trader in this comment. This is basically the problem I have with trying to predict the price of bitcoin because you will end up being disappointed especially if you take those prediction into action such as investment decisions. Right now, I am not looking for any serious correction again since we just left one few weeks ago. You can confirm this from the continued rise of bitcoin above $70k and holding strong at that same momentum. If this remain for a while, it will just take any positive news for bitcoin to make a new ATH. The wise thing is to continue to buy as many bitcoin as possible in this sub $100k price as no one know when the price will be set to begin the major moves.

How in Earth can you tell if I'm a trader or not judging by my comments 😁? Well it doesn't matter.
Weather you like it or not there's going to be some corrections and is something that you can't stop or avoid concerning Bitcoin movement and I agree with you that is best to buy and hold, it will do us much good if we think of holding more than we sell. Pressure of losing makes holders sell when they're not suppose to, with the market price and how it has been roaming around $69-$71k I feel in less than no time we might be having a new ATH maybe before the end of the month but I hope it won't cause another distress in making business move smoothly.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Road to 100k? on: June 06, 2024, 06:32:13 PM
Don't just wait for Bitcoin to reach 100K, because you have to invest and then wait. If you observe, you can definitely see that, as the price of Bitcoin increases, huge benefits are gained. That is why Bitcoin investment is quite useful and now is the best time to invest. Because after a few days, the price of Bitcoin will continue to increase gradually, so you should participate in the investment quickly. Those who are still away from investing should definitely invest in Bitcoin.

Is good to start early to invest but at the same time the price movement can be discouraging to some who don't know how Bitcoin works when the price starts going up and later fall back the a familiar amount. Is best to forget what the market price is giving us because any moment from now we won't be seeing the price roaming around $60k to the current price which is $69k but $70k is going to start making a run towards $80k.
At some point I thought we won't be seeing Bitcoin price getting close to $70k without any obstruction dragging it back to $65k. Is best to advice people to invest in Bitcoin now but let's not forget on how to also give them the basic tool to get started because we can't be shouting start investing when they don't know how to go about business.

I doubt that you are giving the best advice when you are prefacing your statement about preparing now with suggestions that the BTC price might correct down to $65k if you are also not suggesting that it might not ever correct back down to $65k ever again.

It seems that the better advice for any low coiner, no coiner or beginner into bitcoin is to just keep stacking and/or preparing for UP, and yeah, if they stack and stack and stack, at some point they may well start to feel that they are sufficiently and/or adequately prepared for UP... yet any newbie investor could take 4-10 years or longer to get to such a point, unless such person might be able to frontload his/her investment into bitcoin.. otherwise getting a sufficient/adequate stake likely takes time and no need to spend too much time considering corrections but instead just regularly stacking..

The mindset of many can make one assume they have arrived in terms of holding and waiting for the right time but when is the right time? Do newbies need to wait for that long (4-10years) before they can see themselves as ready investors? No time is appropriate to begin, whenever you find yourself ready financially is the right time because time waits for no one.

You could be right or wrong. If we have a statistics about merit earning from the gambling boards including the ration then I think there will be a chance to agree in an agreement. Otherwise it does not seem both of us will have the same agreement. Spammers are not only in the gambling section but all over the forum. When you see a spam you can help the forum by reporting the spam posts [if you care].

I know spamming is one of the major battle everyone who wants the Forum to grow is fighting against but I've been asking myself, what is the way forward to stop it? How can members avoid (I think is very hard for many) it because the gambling section has been marked as the number one area where spamming do take place (correct me if I'm wrong) that's why merit hardly shows up there. Is there a way to say fine if a member uses this method you're spammer and mind you, some don't take note of all these things that are against the Forum rules and regulations, they just do their thing, is there a better way to skip it? People only think of what they want to post without putting first the rules of the Forum and it becomes a bigger problem for everyone.

The way Manchester United are going about business concerning their players is some how going to affect them, in the case of Greenwood I think the guy would have been a better addition to the squad, with all he did this very season in the Spanish league even UTD fans would want him to come back and also Sancho has a bigger role to play in other to make the Red Devils stronger than we saw them play last season.
I still don't know what is holding Manchester United from making a decision on letting these guys back to the team especially Greenwood, I mean he's better than Alejandro Garnacho and Antony but they still use his past to keep him (Greenwood) off the senior team, would it be wise to let Greenwood and Sancho go because that's how it looks like, is it a wise choice to make from the UTD board? To me I see it as a terrible choice that's if they let both players go.
I have always questioned Manchester United business ideas since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club. Manchester United has never made any young signing which they will let her sell at high price in the future. Rather they go on to buying people that are up to 30 years and in the end they will not sell them high. Some of them will end up leaving the club as free agents.
Apart from the mistake which Manchester United made about greenwood, they also meant and similar mistake in where Cristiano Ronaldo is an also concerning Jordan Sancho. Looking at the success of this three personalities in their different clubs, you will agree with me that Manchester United made some horrible mistakes. If there is a clear chance of bringing mason greenwood back to Manchester United, I will surely encourage that because it will help the club come back to timeline. If Rsshford and Garnacho should manage the left flank, Greenwood will operate from the right flank and that will be a very good boost for the club.

Manchester United have lost every business ideas since the big boss left, talking about Sir Alex Ferguson. He was the master mind of how things are being done at Old Trafford and the board respect everything he said, even while he hunts for good players they give him the support. Imagine Manchester United thinking of how to extend Jonny Evans contract, they know they can't get any quality defender this transfer window and the 36yrs old defender need to stay because he might be a better option since the other defenders are injury prone and they can't rely on Casemiro who's 32.
Manchester United are confused and things are falling rapidly falling apart. Who knows with time Rashford might even leave the side and they'd be left with Garnacho who's not serious, no Greenwood or Sancho, so what would they do to make UTD great if they don't start up a better plan?

My mind is made up completely, Mason Greenwood should be sold out completely, it's same way they're pushing for the exit of Erik Ten Hag, t's same way they're also doing for Mason Greenwood who I consider a better and more serious player than Marcus Rashford and even Antony.
He would have been a better option for back up player for Rasmus Hojlund not even a winger because he is too selfish lol. I want him to use that left leg to send it shots in the back of rhe net.

Jadon Sancho is a twat, I'm my opinion, it's either he says sorry to Erik Ten Hag or leaves completely.

They'll be making profits from him during the transfer window, say no more... They should let Sancho go he is a very lazy and overpaid player all they do is go clubbing and do unnecessary stuff's when the time comes to play for the club.

Common brother, Greenwood can help Manchester United and if care is not taken they might end up not getting a quality player to fill in the void in this transfer window. Greenwood is better than all the wingers in Manchester United and the combination of Greenwood and Rashford would have been a better one. Ever since Sancho left I feel Rashford has not been himself and you'd agree with me that ever since that issue between Erik ten Heg and Sancho the squad went totally blank even with Bruno's form, it dropped, no respond when they're losing, they can't even play as a unit.
About the Sancho situation I support UTD to let him go because I don't really see much effort from him since he came to Old Trafford and he prefers playing outside the club better  than playing for the Red Devils, you'd agree with on that. Take a good look at how he put in his all for Dortmund. One thing about Sancho is that he is one of the over hyped players when UTD was hunting to get him, well that's England for you, much expectations was on him but he couldn't deliver, I think he should leave and Greenwood should stay that's if I'm the one to decide.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What can we do to make Bitcoin hit $100k on: June 06, 2024, 08:14:08 AM
I believe if there's something we have to do just to see Bitcoin hit any amount we want I think we would have done it a long time ago even before the halving. You can't beat the market movement to where you want it other than hope and even pray if you feel like because I don't think you can do anything other than have patience just like you're waiting for a bus at the bus station.
Is a gradual process even if some of us want it to be very fast to get to $100k and I don't see why we should be in a hurry, since Bitcoin is here to stay I believe it will get past that $100k. The main thing you should be concerned about is how to get your investment right on track that's if you haven't started yet.
I think it is pointless to try to control Bitcoin price. Market decides what happens and we just have to wait and see. It is like we are waiting for bus it will come when it comes. Some people want Bitcoin to reach $100k quickly but there is no need to hurry. What matters most is that Bitcoin will be around for long time and I believe it will eventually reach that price. Well instead of worrying about when it will happen we should focus on making good investment choices and have good plans. If we are patient and make good decisions we will be ready for Bitcoin success in  long run.

I think that if the expectations are high on Bitcoin price reaching $100k we forget to appreciate where Bitcoin price has reached and how better it has been compared to other coins and the major part of it as investors and traders we'll forget those things because we're concentrating on the price to get to where we want, that's greed working and it will make us not to have that patience we had before the expectation.
We can never be satisfied even if Bitcoin price hit the greatest ATH, we still want more. Ever since it got the the new ATH I was expecting it to get to $85-90k+ and I also forgot about the corrections that had to take place, so what's happening to the OP is desperation to see the market price hitting his preferred Bitcoin amount and I feel he's not monitoring his investment that's if he has one.

To me I see it as a terrible choice that's if they let both players go.
Manchester United in the last one year had made two decisions that I think cost the club a whole lot. Firstly, they allowed Mason Greenwood to leave the club and join Spanish club Getafe on loan after he was cleared of all the sexual harassment charges that was brought against him by his partner. We know that most big clubs will never want to associate with a player that had criminal cases like rape but since the England international was cleared of any wrongdoing, the club would've retained him instead of allowing him leave the club. I read a report earlier today that Mason Greenwood is now in the retained list of Manchester United players which means he's very likely to feature for the club come next season but if I'm to get Greenwood, I'll rather leave than to represent the same club that wasn't there for me when I needed their backing the most.
Another decision I think they got wrong was to let Jadon Sancho leave the club on loan to Borussia Dortmund after having a rift with the club manager. Erik ten Hag have been having issues with some of the clubs players in the past two years including the club's former player Cristiano Ronaldo and recently Jadon Sancho. If Manchester United really needs to improve, they should learn how to handle their players in the future

On paper Manchester United want him to stay that's what they want the public to believe and they have also included him on the list of players to play for the club next season but the main question is, the man Greenwood has he accepted to play for the club after everything that happened? Because the board only want what will favor them and I believe Greenwood won't want to play for Manchester United. If he decides to play then he's happy or should I say satisfied with what happened during his time behind bars.
Sancho need to leave on loan since the atmosphere isn't ok for him and I'd blame Erik ten Heg, he has been the major problem of Manchester United since he can't gain control over the locker room and becoming the man who has the final say, at first his relationship with the players was too bad that he can't have a one on one conversation with the players, at least be free to ask what they want, that's why people say the club is bigger than Erik ten Heg to handle, not like Ajax. Ones he can relate with the players I believe things would be fine and they will win games because they have one voice.

Lucas Paqueta is the dumbest player in the history of football... I have never seen such an idiotic attitude as he did with the bookmaker case... 60 people won the prize betting on him... and all the bets were placed from the place he was born, from the bookmaker that sponsors his club... How can it be more idiotic than that? impossible  Cheesy Cheesy

I don't know why some players don't use other people's mistake to learn and what pains me the most is that the player Paqueta is a very good player with a bright future coming from a big nation as Brazil. Brentford player Ivan Tony was charged for this same thing which I believe Parquet should have learnt from, why would he even engage in such act after all they pay him well to be more comfortable but now he'll be without anything concerning football for 8yrs I think, I was even thinking that Pep would get him.

It's very unfortunate of course, because Lucas Paqueta is still young because he is still 26 years old, but Lucas Paqueta is already West Ham's main player. But unfortunately, with a gambling case like this, based on rumors circulating, Lucas Paqueta will get a life sentence. But if this punishment is true, then of course it will be a huge regret for young player Lucas Paqueta who still has a bright future. But unfortunately, Lucas Paqueta himself destroyed his future, because he broke the rules and never learned from the mistakes of other people who had also experienced the same case before.

If they say is a life time punishment I won't feel for him because he has everything given to him but he threw it away, like you said he's the main man for the Hammers and with time bigger clubs would be asking for his services but it seems betting is more better than his football career. If they ask me between Paqueta and Paul Pogba who I'd like to come back without serving the punishment I'd go for Paul. Between one of the two players one is struggling with injury that made him (Paul Pogba) find himself using drugs, at least that's understandable but Paqueta, I have no pity for him.
I don't know why Brazilians end their football career in a disgraceful way, talk about players like Anderson, Adriano, Alexandre Pato (no one knows how he stopped playing) and many more, these guys have so much to offer to the game of football but drinking, drugs, gambling and some other stuff stopped them too early.

Napoli ended the season in a shameful way with a very poor performance, they couldn't finish in the top 4 or defend the title they won last season, with the big man Victor Osimhen still on the team they still struggle and couldn't do anything to maintain that fine performance they had when they won the league.
At some point we all thought Victor Osimhen would've left the club after winning the league but he stayed put to see if they could do it again which we all know how they ended the session.
Conte as the new coach do you think he can make Osimhen stay at the club? Because in as much as Conte has done so much in his coaching career I think Victor Osimhen should leave nothing should hold him back this time around, is time to move on and forget about staying at Napoli. Conte can transform the team but he (Osimhen) has already given his best for the club. Should Osimhen stay or look elsewhere for a new challenge?

14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is lying now part of human nature? on: June 04, 2024, 05:27:57 PM

Can we as humans ever stop telling lies?
Lying is the most hated act in society today, yet people focus on this noble act. When a person speaks the truth, many excuses are made by making the truth a lie. We are often the victims of this lie that is being tolerated in the world today. People are now getting attracted to lies day by day instead of starting the path of truth. And people are getting involved in various criminal activities with most false witness in exchange for money. They have made lying a leading habit in their life due to which people are now afraid to tell the truth. And in this era, if people reveal the truth, instead of prioritizing it, they indulge in lies and this is how people's humanity is changing.

I don't think lying is the most hated act in the society, I said so because we have other acts that many don't take likely. Let's use stealing for instance, is one of the craziest act I have ever seen, that's to me so when you put lying first I don't think it has the amount of anger it brings out of people compare to stealing. Lying can't be eliminated from we humans because it has been there before the beginning of this world and is something our government uses to gain more than they give to the citizens which is more offensive, lying and the stealing I said earlier goes hand in hand in terms of political activities.

It's nice to observe anywhere you are, this forum is mega forum base on It's capacity of containment of members, and secondly i want to make this my article brief for we to understand.

I observed that the reason why some active members became inactive in the forum is as result of lacks of campaigns, I don't know if anyone have noticed that, I don't want to call names of people who has reduce their activity in the forum based their not in campaign...it means that many users will silent forum if signature campaign is not on forum, these is my little observations.

That's true OP, is like what am I coming online for? And mind you that those who lost their opportunity of staying put in a signature campaign will lose interest in the Forum after searching for a new one, is like they don't have what will motivate them, no task to make them stay online and the seriousness of posting will drop. I'd advice that is best to always try to be yourself weather you're in any campaign or not just continue doing what you know how to do best so that the Forum won't be like a new place when you start coming online.

Poverty change people, I never thought as much until i came back from abroad.
I visited my old neighborhood while growing up to see some of my guys in the past, I observe that most of them have changed to something else, from their behavior to how they sees life, and to how bittered they are. Though we still get along well base on the kind of person I am, I don't even sees myself like the rich guy they take me for,  but I also feel their pain because life haven't been fair to them,  a caring and loving guy before is now always bittered, the best I can do, which I did was to introduce them to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
Poverty is a disease that changes people.

You're right about poverty, it changes people and wealth also changes the mindset of people too. Seeing your guys the way they are I believe you can tell if they are ok with how they see you or not because jealousy and hate can get the best of them since you're at the top and they're still struggling to survive but nothing positive is happening. Indeed poverty is a disease, for you to look for a means to help them you introduced them to Bitcoin/cryptocurrency.
To me I don't think that should be the first thing (introducing them to Bitcoin) of thinking to help them with, if you're introducing them to Bitcoin don't you think they need the funds to start the investment with? Since they don't have I feel it will make some if them to look for funds by all means, either by stealing or by selling stuff just to get involved since is all about making it big, they can do anything but never forget to tell them every part of Bitcoin investment, the bad side especially.

Here are the winning chance of each team to become a champion in the next season:

60% for Real Madrid
39% for Manchester City
1% for Arsenal, Inter, Milan, Barcelona, PSG, Bayern Munich, Leverkusen etc. Tongue

Real Madrid without Mbappe can still become a champion in this season, so it's no doubt majority of people will believe in Real Madrid.

Come on @Helena_Yu, you can't do that to the other teams in terms of percentage of winning the champions league, at least not to Arsenal. We know how they have been fighting to get a trophy for the fans and coming to the Champions League since 10 years correct me if I'm wrong, we saw a different team that wants to make a difference, but the teams that deserves that 1% is PSG and Ac Milan, these guys don't have what it takes to win the CL but the others have hope of doing so.
We're always going to talk more about Madrid winning next CL but in as much as they have Mbappe nothing is for sure that they can lift the trophy after all we have seen them fallout in the quarter finals or round of 16 so another elimination can happen to Madrid next season because they're now the target, the other clubs are looking for a way to stop them.

Next seasons Lalliga will still be theirs because they have what it takes to win it again, they were the best in the league last season, and will still be the best in their league next season. They showed their performance and how good they are by winning the Champions league. They were so good and composed while playing that final, meaning they know how to win games,so I don't see what special Mbape will be doing at the club again, but I think Madrid still needs him because they were looking for a striker that can get them goals, and they now have Mabpe. It will be left for Mbape to further his career by going ahead to get many goals and try to win the Ballon'Or.

Do we really think Mbappe is a striker that Madrid would rely on as much as they did with big Benz? Honestly I don't see anything too big where the man Mbappe is and nothing too special he'd bring to the table that we haven't seen other players who are there haven't done, he's a very good player no hates but can he carry the team on his shoulder? Not by playing as if everything is all about him, like carry everybody along, make the team look like the spot light is on everybody, Mbappe can't do that. He gets frustrated easily and things won't be easy for other players while he's around.
We can say Real Madrid will win la Liga next season but let's talk about other teams how they ended the campaign and how they're also recruiting players, no much news about the other teams but things are going on, it can be hard for Madrid and I feel they might miss out on next season's trophy. To me the hype is too much so let's not say because Mbappe is now a player of Los Blancos they'd be unstoppable, no.

The 2nd half of this encounter between Atalanta vs Fiorentina is still going to produce more goals with the 1st half having 5 goals with so much actions, what a way to end the season. Fiorentina are not in the mood to give up each time Atalanta gets a goal and from the looks of things it seems they might end this game in a draw, but I never saw this much energy from the visitors right from the beginning of the season, what were they waiting for before they unleash this fighting spirit?
Both teams are really having fun since is the last game of the Italian Serie A, if I'm to say a scoreline I think 4-4 should be the full time score.

It was a tough match people enjoyed to watch from the beginning till the end of the match yesterday, because the two teams showcased their strategies to ensure they ended the first half 2-3 for the favour of Fiorentina. I thought Atalanta will going to use home advantage to take victory from the match, based on what they did in the Europa League final that made them to win the title but they allowed their opponent to disgrace them in this match. Atalanta players wish to draw the match with their opponent, but the force Fiorentina players use to start the match prove to people that they are capable to win their last match in the Italian league competition, which they did at the end of the match to defeated Atalanta 2-3 to embraced the three points from their home.

A tough match indeed, and a game Atalanta was the better side to secure a win but I still can't get it why the coach of the Atalanta side had to make those crazy decisions by taking the only player (Lookman) who adds more pressure to the defense of Fiorentina, the visitors wasn't as good as to say they deserve the win and winning that game doesn't change anything like making them (Fiorentina) qualify for any Europe competition or at least get a play off in any, is so painful.
Lookman was the main man in that game, if only he had stayed a bit longer in the second half I believe the game would have ended in their favor, let's forget that it was their (Atalanta) last game of the season with nothing big to fight for but still on still ending the league in a grand style would have been better, home and away I don't think Atalanta got anything from Fiorentina, not even a point.
