1001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Spectre.ai information - Trading platform now LIVE! on: June 29, 2019, 01:48:02 PM
2 usd was in previous bullrun. At those time almost all coins and tokens cost in 10x or even 100x more than now. We should have another huge altcoins bullrun for siuch price

BTC was close to reaching $14k 2 days ago and we know that altcoins are also dependent on ETH and BTC so anything is possible. $1 also would be possible but now recently it dropped badly. It is not even listed on big exchanges which is why we can't see a good price of $0.5 too.
1002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 29, 2019, 01:41:06 PM
Pak can easily win today as they just need to chase 228 runs unless they start playing carelessly which is likely not going to happen. AFG have not managed to win a single match so they will be even more desperate to win these last 2 matches like they did with India by restricting them. By getting an easy win, they can even improve their net run rate to positive.
1003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 29, 2019, 07:35:09 AM
I don't even see Pakistan qualifying with currently 7 points as 2 matches are left and they can max get 11 points and there are already 2 teams with 11 points each who can get even more points in upcoming matches. If Eng lose against Ind and NZ, they will be out so Ban and Pak can fill that spot but I don't feel Eng may lose against NZ. SL qualifying will be a miracle and I don't see it happening after yesterday's loss.
1004  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Questions regarding ledger on: June 29, 2019, 07:28:44 AM

are there any risks of the hardware wallets being bugged so they can steal funds later from all users?

If you buy Ledger from an unknown seller or if your your seed can be accessed by someone else besides you, you can instantly lose your funds. On Reddit, we can keep seeing users who either leave their seed at home or save it in their email and then some users who have bought it from a friend/seller online and they get their wallets hacked. Trezor is the same in this case and these wallets are not safe as you have the seed which can be lost as well. They should have some more security features so that even if someone gets access to the seed, funds can still be not moved.
1005  Local / India / Re: What is the best way to buy and sell in 2019 on: June 29, 2019, 07:20:59 AM

After the ban of Exchanges, P2P exchanges are doing good in India. Among all P2P, WazirX is clearly the best choice. It is very easy to buy/sell on WazirX.
Just deposit your Bitcoin in WazirX wallet, then sell it against USDT pair and finally sell USDT for INR on P2P. The volume is pretty fair. If your amount is below 20K INR, it will take 10-15 minutes maximum to clear all your order. If your amount is more than that then it might take little more than hour to completely fill your order.

I have heard many times of WazirX and I thought they send INR to the bank but if you only get USDT and then finally have to go for P2P, what's the point of using WazirX? While dealing with INR, P2P is not at all safe.

SA are winning this match so comfortably. SL's performance was quite bad today since the first ball. I thought they would barely score 150-160 but they atleast reached the 200 mark.
1007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 28, 2019, 08:24:56 AM

I was actually talking about batting order particularly. Those names you mentioned are good but I am talking about including some more who were experienced perhaps like Simmons, D Bravo would have been much more helpful to get a hold in situation where they lost wickets and need to get some runs.

I don't know why they did not use D Bravo as he is also an all rounder just like the Indian team did not take Jadeja. Taking Gayle is a huge mistake as he fails most of the times in such matches where they are under pressure. Their performance yesterday was the worst in WC.
1008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 27, 2019, 01:35:13 PM
I was expecting 25+ runs from him from the last over LOL

Anyway, not a good performance overall considering a team like India. WI may have a good chance to win this match. The top order needs to perform.

25 runs lol
I expected 20 but 16 is not bad considering Dhoni is not in his best form. I wanted him to start hitting big shots in the 49th over and get a score of 275-280 but Shami getting out was a turning point. Glad he did not take 1s else we would have a score of 260 max.

Why is Jadeja not playing?
1009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 27, 2019, 01:25:46 PM
268 runs thanks to Dhoni's 16 runs in the last over. Felt so bad for him that he couldn't give the strike to the bowler and had to hit out or get out. Loved his two helicopter shots.

Why elected by bat? Again a low scoring match. Hope Virat can make a century today and get a score above 250 atleast. Only 18 overs left so hopefully Virat doesn't get out.
1011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 27, 2019, 08:29:23 AM
Four teams are in contention for the final semi-final spot: England (8 points), Bangladesh (7), Pakistan (7) and Sri Lanka (6). And believe it or not, out of these four the chances are the brightest for Pakistan. They have weak opponents for their remaining matches, while England will have to defeat both NZ and India to reach the semis. It's going to be tough for ENG.

I don't see Eng not being able to qualify as even though the opponents are tough, these days weaker teams have been able to win matches. Even India struggled before AFG and yesterday Pak was able to defeat NZ which is the strongest team after Aus. These low scoring games have changed everything. Eng need to pull up their socks and bat well. It's better to choose fielding first these days and restrict the team to below 250.
1012  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Need help with missing bitcoins from Ledger wallet. on: June 26, 2019, 11:53:55 AM
Another story appeared yesterday, one user of Ledger claims he has lost 30 BTC, he has seed stored in two places, and one of them was online in e-mail, what a stupid move, $300k+ is in hacker pocket.

https://www.reddit.com/r/ledgerwallet/comments/c4mfwg/lost_30_btc/

This guy had it on a piece of paper in his home and when he was not in the country, his money was stolen. It's most likely the case that someone stole the paper from his house. He had jumbled up words in his email draft and it's tough for anyone to first hack an unknown user's email and then wallet unless they know the user had 30 BTC. It's like the hacker knew the victim.

No trading volume at all. Admin says updates are coming but I don't see any development still.
1015  Local / India / Re: Lets assume the worst. What's next? on: June 26, 2019, 09:25:31 AM
It's simple, stop dealing in bitcoins and leave the forum too. There's no point of holding something that can land you in prison. It would be similar to holding any other illegal products.

1017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am I screwed? on: June 26, 2019, 09:02:28 AM
I sold at $7550, am I screwed or will it at least go back down to $7500?

BTC can even go down to $100 and I was a part of the community when it was $100-$200 so no, you're not at a loss. If you feel that way then you will never really manage to deal in bitcoins which is highly unstable. People who has bought at 19k are still waiting for 1.5 years holding their coins. Imagine how they felt when BTC reached $3k.

Here is the ANN I had created: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5158387.0

I checked the website and tried to find info on the team members. Noticed most names aren't listed on Linkedn and the OP said the team is new. The media links don't work too. Hence, I deleted the content of the ANN and locked the thread and also sent the user a refund.

I have nothing against Erikalui, just know that user which I suggest will do not anything if they find any scam possibility.

What does this mean?

Yeah but by that time some people would have already got scammed due to your ANN thread and you'd have already made your pennies. If anyone gets scammed by that thread, I'll be the first one to create a flag against you.

Do your worst. Why don't you open now? Smiley I care for the law not few virtual flags that you are threatening me with. When bitcoins gets banned in India, I'll be the first to stop dealing in it unlike you.

Since the years you've been stalking me and abusing me, I understand what you are capable of.  Wink

There was. Yahoo62278 was taking the responsibility when the campaign he managed running away without any funds left for pay the participants, so he pays from his own pocket money. Don't remember which campaign, but i'm sure yahoo still remember it until now.

I worked on 2 projects Yahoo62278 managed and both projects failed or turned scam God knows. I did not blame him for the project's failure. Similarly, I've participated in many campaigns run by Sylon, irfan pak10's so many projects turned scam but I did not blame them too as they aren't the ones to be blamed. No campaign manager can ever know which project can turn scam from the beginning as for that you need to verify each and every detail and even go to the office and do a background check.
1019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 25, 2019, 08:20:09 PM
I have been longing to see an Indian match and I can see that there are 4-5 days gap between the matches that India plays compared to the other teams. Is it me only who thinks this way? As mostly other teams have played 7 matches and India has always been the team playing less number of matches compared to others. I think it gives them an advantage of practicing during this time but I am too impatient.
1020  Economy / Services / Re: BTC unconfirmed/stuck Anyone able to help? on: June 25, 2019, 07:57:19 PM
Thank you for your advice's and help. I try to do something so I can get my coins fast. Btw anyone know any good and fast paying BTC exchange? I'm European, so if any of you know any place where I could sell coins and get the money fast to my bank account. Huh That would be very helpful too.  Smiley

Thanks!

Have you tried coinbase? Here is the list of supported countries: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1392031-what-countries-are-buys-and-sells-available-in-

You can buy and sell here but money would take time to reach your bank account. It's not instant.
