1001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ♘ Bellacoin - [Android Chess Game] [Poloniex] [Bounty] on: November 21, 2016, 09:13:48 AM
see the pined tweet comment section... they answered  the same issue

Okay, saw it, thank you very much.

In regards to comparing Belacam to Steemit
Belacam follows a similar business model to Steemit, so it is logical to compare the two. Despite a declining price, Steem's market cap is nearly 100x higher than Belacoin's. If Belacoin is able to reach the same market cap as Steem currently has, an investment in Belacoin would provide 100x returns. That is, 1 bitcoin invested today would return 100 bitcoins.

Still, we want to compare ourselves to the peak market cap of Steem. At it's peak, Steem's market cap ($412 million) is 1,373x higher than Belacoin's current market cap. A rise to that market cap in Belacoin would bring Belacoin's price from .00001468 to .00202000.

Please note that this represents one of the best case scenarios. Our belief is that if we shoot for the moon and don't quite get there, we will can still bring the project to a multi-million dollar market cap.

Moreover, if Belacam gets acquired by some larger player, that company will have the funds and the resources to continue to grow Belacoin and Belacam, keeping it away from a declining stage. Whatever the hope, there is little doubt that we have months of hard work and growth ahead of us. Belacoin's market cap is around $300,000. Once Belacam is released and we are able to publicize it well, simple business calculations tell us that value should be added to Belacoin's market cap, increasing the price.

The declining price of Steem should be considered more seriously if you want to completely compare Belacoin to it. According to Poloniex chart, Steem has decreased from 0.0071707 to 0.00012598, that is a factor of almost 57. If Bela follows the same path as Steem, it will be a disaster (for some investors). We all know that markets are not that logical and that such a strict comparison doesn't really make sense, be it on the upside or the downside. My point is: A potential investor who doesn't only want to sell at the peak and then exist might not be attracted by a Steemit-like project.

Of course all the other scenarios are possible.

By the way, your tweet said:

1002  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: November 20, 2016, 12:55:05 PM
1. For the first byteball distribution, is there only one snapshot at the btc address balance linked to byteball address (on 25th december)?
2. Is it possible to claim byteballs for instance for each device in which you have installed byteball wallets? for example PC, laptop and mobile phone? or one BTC deposit is only allowed to claim byteballs for just one device once?  I do understand that there are more distribution hopefully every 2-3 months after.

From the first post:

Since early December you'll be able to link your livenet bitcoin and byteball addresses.  Livenet launches on December 25, snapshot will be taken from the first block of this day, and the distribution will be proportional to BTC balances on the linked Bitcoin addresses in this block.  10% of bytes and blackbytes will be distributed on this date, the remaining 88% will be distributed in subsequent rounds, see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1608859.msg16569906#msg16569906.

So:
1. Yes there will be only one snapshot for the first distribution.
2. If you link another BTC address to another Byteball address (on another device) then there shouldn't be an issue, maybe you are talking about linking the same BTC address to multiple devices, this would make a good testcase Smiley. See the quote above, for details about the distribution.

click on the tweet button below each pic , it lead you to the twitter profile of the advisers

Didn't pay attention to that button, thx. The button under Dum points to http://belacoin.org/# ... Anyway, thanks to your suggestion I found their Twitter profile.

@belacoin said they will message first 500 re tweeters on sunday

Can you point me to where they said it please? I can't find it here and the tweet says 300. Thank you.
1004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ELE] Elementrem - Ethereum fork smart contract BlockChain on: November 20, 2016, 09:40:02 AM
Here is what I see on the the important news section of my dashboard:

16.11.2016
The following coins will be removed from exchange if their average daily trading volume for last 30 days will not exceed 0.2 BTC. It will not be possible to retrieve these coins after the removal date. Removal date and coin list:

30.11.2016

AnarchistsPrime [ACP], AtenCoin [ATEN], BiosCrypto [BIOS], BowsCoin [BSC], CryptBit [CBIT], CryptoEscudo [CESC], PayCon [CON], DigiEuro [DEUR], Droidz [DRZ], EmiratesGoldCoin [EMIRG], FastCash [FCH], FujiCoin [FJC], FutCoin [FUTC], LinkedCoin [LKC], LiteStarCoin [LTS], MobileCash [MBL], NucleusChain [NCL], PiZZAcoin [PIZZA], Revenu [REV], ResumeoShares [RMS], SportCoin [SPORT], Syndicate [SYNX], BitZeny [ZNY].

I don't see Elementrem in the list.

The google cached page http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:https://c-cex.com/?p=ele-btc from November the 18th doesn't show it either.
1005  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ♘ Bellacoin - [Android Chess Game] [Poloniex] [Bounty] on: November 20, 2016, 09:22:40 AM
1) It's nothing spectacular, so we don't want people speculating upon some big surprise with it. It contains a brief overview of the Belacam project, the Bellachess project, some statistics about Belacoin, some short information about the Board of Advisors, a contact form, and a little more.

The website matches the above description. About the advisors, I looked for Dum here on Bitcointalk, stopped at page 5 of the returned results Smiley, didn't find them, can you publish a link to their profile (on any social media)? I found the profile of notsofast, here it is if anyone's interested https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=339189. By the way, maybe your advisors could leave a word here.

4) When each retweeter receives $1 worth of Belacoin on Sunday.

That will be only 300$ (if I count the 300 first retweets) ... By the way, should Twitter users expect you to leave them a message asking for the address?

Looking forward for the "major news" Wink.

5) Steem, which follows a similar business model as Belacam, reached a peak market cap of $412 million

Given the way steem price has been falling for months, I don't think that comparing your project to steemit will bring any good. You talk about a peak, but what happened after this peak, free fall. Does this mean we should expect Bela to peak and free fall after that?
1006  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CROWDSALE IS ON] NODIO. A first blockchain router | 10% Bonus on: November 20, 2016, 08:45:03 AM
IF this is real & is delivered with just 100 btc then this will be bigger than bitcoin & the investors will walk on GOLD flooring Cheesy .But i doubt it, cause IMO this is just a simple scam.

Please clarify this, I dont know if there is a scam project or not.

Well, for the time being nobody knows Smiley. The last news concerning trust, was that apriyoni has contacted 2 Bitcointalk escrows and is still waiting for a reply.

As for the 100 BTC, apriyoni did say that Nodio doesn't count (solely) on the amount gathered during the crwodsale i.e. the project will also be funded from other sources.
1007  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KMD][dPoW] Komodo ICO - Zcash Zero Knowledge Privacy Secured by Bitcoin on: November 20, 2016, 08:25:05 AM
This is such a trap for BTCD holders. No buy support and all I want is to GTF out of this KMD swap.... what a joke. I dont want KMD and I'm stuck with BTCD or have to sell so cheap its a total fucking disaster. Sorry for all who invested. The price is going to tank like Steem after it hits exchanges. I just hope I can recover some of my initial BTC investment into BTCD waaay back when.

Is there going to be buy support wall for those who want out? I sure hope so.

i dont get it.

You get a better price then during the ico and (maybe) a final and working Plattform at the end.

Selling now doesnt make much sense to me.

If the price doesn't fall under ICO price or falls to a given extent (proportional to the gap between what you paid for BTCD and the final swap rate), then your KMD will be worth more than what you paid for them. With BTC's rise, and in the case it continues to rise, then there is a chance that KMD (and BTCD) will be negatively affected in the short term.

Some people are probably thinking this swap is only killing BTCD. The pice is at 40 for a month now due to the constant dumps. Just place your sell order at the fair price. Someone will pick it up eventually.

I personally don't find it easy to define "fair" when it comes to cryptocurrency prices Smiley.

1009  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: November 20, 2016, 07:10:41 AM
I lost the distribution?

I cant belive on this Sad

What do you mean?
If you meant that you missed the distribution, then, no you didn't miss it. For now, the distribution process is being tested on a testnet (with testnet bitcoins and test byteballs). The linking is on-going and the testnet distribution will happen by the end of Novemeber. After that, livenet linking will start until 25th of Decemeber, the day the real distribution will happen.
1010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DECENT Announcement - Decentralizing Content Distribution on: November 20, 2016, 06:59:41 AM
When will be signature campaign rewards will be distributed?  Any one know the date?

It will be distributed in stages after the launch in Q1 2017. I don't remember an exact date being set.

2. Has the signature campaign really stopped or is there a "post ICO" campaign where people will earn more if they keep their signatures and for how long will that run if there is a post campaign

Do you know if there has there been any statement from DECENT about a "post ICO" campaign?
1011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ♘ Bellacoin - [Android Chess Game] [Poloniex] [Bounty] on: November 18, 2016, 11:49:12 AM
No, nothing happens. Just the winnings on the chart disappears.

Okay, and on your wallet, you don't see the amount in gray waiting to be confirmed?

As you say: "just like that", there is no guarantee the price will go up (that much) ...

I wasn't talking about the price. I was talking about how people see this coin as a profitable investment. They don't see the value of the coin, they just see the value at the exchange charts...

Okay, my bad, I misunderstood what you were implying. For now, given the fact that Belacam is not yet launched, the only immediate concern would be the price. As for the original vision of Bellacoin, I think it will(has) fade(ed) away ...
1012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ♘ Bellacoin - [Android Chess Game] [Poloniex] [Bounty] on: November 18, 2016, 11:30:56 AM
Did you know that the game has a issue with the cash out? I played it several times, I clicked to chart and cash out but nothing came to wallet.

The last time I played it was working fine, sometimes it just needs time to sync ... Do you have an error message? What exactly happens? Is it possible for you to provide screenshots?

I think it will be fixed everythink after the release on Weekend.

Bel(l)acoin is now heading towards another direction with another project. I don't think this weekend's announcement (I don't remember reading about a release) would affect the chess app.

But now I see some comments just like that "we hit this weeken 0.00004"...  Sad

As you say: "just like that", there is no guarantee the price will go up (that much) ...

P.S. I'd like to know what kind of privilege Sr. Member account can give to our campaign? Trust?

A line of thought would be that given the fact that your account has been around for a year, it wasn't created just for the project by someone who has never been involved in the forum/community. According to that line, having an active account may serve your project better than having a brand new or a newbie account.

Not true.Check out ICONOMI, Antshares, Komodo etc threads and you will realize they all created newbies accounts for their projects.Need I say they were all succefull ICOs?

I didn't say this was true Smiley. I said that this might be a line of thought - a particular way of thinking that is characteristic of some individual or group - It is not my personal opinion, as I stated in my previous comment https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1666609.msg16910943#msg16910943 Wink.

So, in order to be successfull project someone must be involved in the community? But it sounds not very realistic at all. I don't think that some Sr. account with shitcoin will succeed instead of some newbie with awesome project.

Actually, I do share your point of view and I personnaly do not think that activity on the forum is related to trust or to proposing a good project. Having said that, at first glance, seeing a newbie account might put off a handful of users.
1015  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Mass Network on: November 18, 2016, 03:55:19 AM
You can find a list of known escrows in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.

I meant real people. A person (or a group of people, we never know) behind each one of these accounts might be cool, but this is too unconventional for us; it that case this is us, in our turn, who'd need someone to once again guarantee the safety of funds once keyed out to these legendary btt shadows.

The btt shadows Smiley referred in the escrow thread seem to have earned the trust of the forum users/community, that's why I suggested to take a look at that thread. Having one of them escrow the funds may attract more investments from Bitcointalk users. Having said that, I understand your concern, I unfortunately can not suggest anyone specific.

Having it wouldn't be downgrading, of course. Trying to get one - will. Asking for such stuff certainly downgrades you in the eyes of your colleagues in a broader industry sense.

You know what, offer someone who is good enough. And who's ok with that. We'll consider that person as an escrow holder. Seriously.

You can find a list of known escrows in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.

Wow makes sense,I think you are an exception to the rules, why would you need an escrow, when you have been transparent and people are reputable in their field, escrow are only for newbie sponsored Ico..

Generally, any project that is looking for a crowdfunding has some kind of escrow. For instance, the crowdfunding platforms (like kickstarter or indiegogo) only charge the participants once the goal is reached, no matter how advanced the project is or how qualified the people involved in it are.
1018  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DECENT Announcement - Decentralizing Content Distribution on: November 17, 2016, 09:40:29 AM
Hello everybody, I'm sorry english is not my language and I'd like to ask you all, what does it mean change or remove the signature. I 've  subscribed the ICO and I've got 12000 DCN, what is that do I have to do now? Can I leave the DCN on the website?....I don't understand what is the signature. thanks for the answer.

A signature is something related to your account on Bitcointalk, you can set it in Profile > Forum Profile Information. Generally, projects offer bounties for users who wear a signature to promote them for a given duration. So removing/changing the signature just means removing/changing it from/in your Bitcointalk profile, it has nothing to do with your ICO investment. I think you just need to wait for DECENT to launch in Q1 2017 (I think) and for instructions on what to do with the tokens you bought during the ICO.
1019  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CROWDSALE IS ON] NODIO. A first blockchain router | 10% Bonus on: November 17, 2016, 09:15:28 AM
I've been watching this project since the beginning of the crowdsale. apriyoni was clear about having Gleb Korlinov as an escrow, I don't know who he is or if that's true (as I am not aware of him confirming anywhere that he escrows this project). Some users expressed concerns about wanting a reputable escrow from Bitcointalk and I think some suggested SebastianJu. apriyoni then confirmed that they were negotiating with SebastianJu but nothing final was decided. So, for anyone who follows the thread, and/or who invested, it should've been clear that SebastianJu isn't escrow, that apriyoni is negotiating with them and that Nodio claims to have Gleb Korlinov as an escrow.
My (objective) 2 sats about the escrow issue.
1020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] | FLASH | next-gen ad network - crowdsale starting soon on Bittrex on: November 17, 2016, 08:54:20 AM
culexevilman, I contacted you a while ago about having trouble logging into the website, you told me that you were working on it, I am still enable to log in ... Is there any update concerning this issue? Thx.

I can not get to the office on the site.
when you try to change your password writes:
"Error
Cannot get security questions. Please contact Flashcoin support to resolve this issue."

culexevilman, can you give us an update on the "can not log in" issue? I think this is a serious one as people can not access their accounts/wallets which, as far as I know, is the only interaction they have with Flash so far. Thx.
