1322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for interesting projects on: April 29, 2018, 05:34:54 PM
Hey,

I'm actually looking for help taking my new website to the next level. The unique idea here is crypto raffles. No tokens, ICO's etc, just simply a website aimed at helping different experience levels of people and given them a chance to participate in raffles.

Website has crypto news, guides etc and I think it could be something big if i'm able to find the right person to work with.

Check it out and let me know if it's of interest www.bitshopping.co.uk

Cheers

Anything that has to do with gambling seems pretty dicey to me. ( Get it )

So unfortunately I have to pass on it, seems cool though and if you stick to news and guides you will have a good ride.

1323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: OmiseGO on: April 29, 2018, 05:19:32 PM
I do not have much idea about omisego. but I started to see a lot in the forum. I'm thinking of investigating. maybe it is beautiful. If your investment is nice.

it is as good coin, it has good developers, but i do not like their roadmap, it seems that the developers do not have much "experience" in terms of cryptocurrencies, they have beautiful linkedin profiles, but in terms of tech, they are just newbies.

How are they "newbies" from a tech standpoint?
1324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for interesting projects on: April 29, 2018, 05:16:20 PM
Lots of interesting ICO projects. You just have to search for a little bit on the Internet. I found this one interesting https://www.scidex.co You can take a look here. All the best!

Not interested in ICO's.
1325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coindesk and its drama on: April 29, 2018, 04:48:49 PM
Seems to me like another sign of coindesk not doing their due diligence.
And they shouldn't take things like this too lightly.

They certainly need to fix their procedures, especially since they are going to be held at a high standard.
1326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to Invest. Which ICO and Why on: April 29, 2018, 03:22:03 PM
Every ICO in the world and you pick Blockchain Hotels.... I wish you the best of luck.

Hi Tim,

I just launched CryptoGO, an app that gives trading indications based on market data analyzing.

Here is the BT thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3415798.0
And the project's webstie: https://cryptogo.tech/

Best,
Martin

Unfortunately, I am not interested in projects with tokens...
1328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coindesk and its drama on: April 28, 2018, 04:43:42 PM
Coindesk have proven its worth at providing information on people, however for providing a false information that lead to people having scam with, I surely doubt by now whomever they working with this time does not give the people a good hindsight to its own shaded activity.

They need to really reflect on what happened and take full responsibility. Looking the procedures and policies for sure.
1329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Potential on: April 28, 2018, 03:57:05 PM

1331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: #stopshere on: April 28, 2018, 03:32:11 PM
This isn't all just about "scams" which I would guess means people stealing your money. However, lots of projects are in the grey area where they are raising money, and obviously, cant build what they say. It can be hard to tell if they are exactly spending the funded money legit.

But this to call all of the bullshit projects out.

1332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: #stopshere on: April 27, 2018, 11:29:40 PM
How can you determine what's a scam and what's not? WE CAN'T KNOW FOR SURE.Not every ICO is a scam(albeit most are). It's really very hard to proof an ICO to be 100% scam.

If you are really worried about this, then do a research and give us the reason to support you.Tell us which all ICO's are scam and why.Just making a post and creating a hashtag isn't going to help.

Of course, not everything can be found and this isn't 100% bulletproof, however, if you stop posting bounties without doing minimal research then it helps. I will surely go more in depth with this and help locate scams. It truly isn't hard though, if you put in the time to research and know what to look for then it can be quite easy.
1333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub X Verge on: April 27, 2018, 08:47:25 PM
This PornHub Verge partnership deal actually came as a surprise to many market watchers and Verge supporters. I guess many of them were expecting a kind of different deal announcement and was shocked when the partnership announcement was made. This I think triggered some sort of dump in VRG price by those who wanted to make profit from the earlier pump in expectation of the announcement. However, I don't think that the deal was a bad move at all. It will definitely impact Verge value positively in the near future. Getting in now won't be a bad idea.

The "partnership" wasnt really a partnership. So obviously it will have a bad effect on the price.
1334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WHICH COIN WILL MAKE ME POOR, LOOKING FOR -1X! on: April 27, 2018, 01:12:46 PM
Shitcoins such as the doge or tron, pumps of the type of various forks, even eos can be attributed to coins which will continue to fall off. But there are still a lot of muddy coins with an unknown future, but so far promising. So that you have enough to zero.

Actually, Doge has been quite stable. There is 0 expectation for it to perform, nobody takes Doge too seriously. It's still used as the native currency in some exchange trading pairs, which helps stabilize its value as well. In fact, I think Doge is due for a pump later this year as well.

Tron and Verge can really make you poor, in my opinion.

Both projects are so overhyped. They may be good technologically but honestly, speak to any brainwashed Tron or Verge believer, they claim that it's the best thing that ever existed. Both coins are pump and dump coins that just end up being really high up in the market cap list because of the hype alone. I definitely wouldn't recommend investing in either coins to anyone, even if they may make short term gains.

I certainly agree with tron and verge, both are going down.

1336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain Going Mainstream? on: April 27, 2018, 02:50:30 AM
I sure hope so, its tough to say really which blockchains will be the leader though in lets say 10 years.
1337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / #stopshere on: April 27, 2018, 02:29:06 AM
It stops here.

Stop supporting obvious ICO scams. Don't add them to your signatures. Speak out against them, and stop defending shit coins. If we want to get more people involved in cryptocurrency, let's stop spreading these absolute shit coins and spend our time on what matters.

If you support this and are ready to stand up against these obvious scams by not selling out your signature to shit coins comment below.
1338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coindesk and its drama on: April 27, 2018, 01:23:46 AM
Coindesk is a popular news site, that just recently posted an article on Omisego and had a scam airdrop link. Lots of people are upset over this as they should be, including Vitalik and Omisego who are boycotting this year coindesk consensus meeting. Another issue is that in response to this, Peter Rizzo who is the Editor in Cheif has been quite unprofessional about this.

What are your thoughts?
Despite whatever the current situation may be, Coindesk is the go to premier site when it comes to regulatory news regarding the crypto space. Now is the time to pay attention to the law and policy makers, because it is they who will decide the fate of crypto.
Crypto and fiat must make a seamless transition forming a unity or crypto may fail. Not all regulation is bad, some is good because it protects investors.

I know other sites that are better imo. Coindesk has done a lot of things wrong. People/companies make mistakes, but this is out of hand.
1339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Business opportunity on: April 27, 2018, 12:23:07 AM
You should try and get into something outside of ICO and tokens. Some of the most interesting projects are without coins.
1340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: OmiseGO on: April 26, 2018, 10:24:18 PM
Omisego is now being traded on Bithumb which is likely the cause of the surge. Tomorrow the chat with JUN and the airdrop details will be launched. ( ELEC airdrop to omg holders )
