I agree that Liverpool is in bad shape and they are not doing that well at all, there is also the fact that they haven't been good at all this entire year. The difference between "not good" from Real and Liverpool is that LFC is nowhere near the top whereas Real is still winning games left and right.

I agree that it was a huge disappointing game, and PSG is now known as a team who fails to win at UCL games, and they may look good in ligue 1 (which they don't this year) that is basically showing how weak ligue 1 is and nothing more.
