1501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unique sentence in Spain: judge rules that a debt must be paid in Bitcoin, not € on: June 07, 2023, 10:07:51 AM
I do not like to take legal rulings in a kind of generalization, so unless you know the details of the case and why the judge ruled that, you may end up doing something illegal that you think is legal and vice versa..What is legally acceptable in this case may not be suitable for all subsequent legal cases in the same country, let alone in different countries of the world.
Your way of narration suggests that bitcoin is acceptable as a medium for trading, but the same thing may apply to commodities. If you borrow a certain commodity from a person, it may not be enough to return the value of the same commodity in dollars, but rather the same commodity, whatever its price.
1502  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Atomic Wallet hacker sends crypto to mixer used by Lazarus Group: Elliptic on: June 07, 2023, 01:24:50 AM
It depends on the mixer manager's fear and the extent of his feeling that the police may knock his door or initiate a lawsuit against him, or is in a country that can extradite wanted persons to the United States, all factors that may suddenly make the mixer owner decide to leave and stop providing the service The lagest Bitcoin mixer is about to stop working.

The question is, will the atomic wallet users get their money back because just a portion of that fund is traced to a mixer what about those that have been filtered into various other coins and currencies, I guest there is no form of insurance to cover this and is going to take a long time and process trying to get the mixed bitcoin back even if the mixers the hackers used is cracked down which is not something that can easily come by.

They have a large line in the terms of use that avoids the legal issue, so it is possible that one of the developers knew some backdoors and suddenly decided to collect the free money for his pocket. Here lies the danger of these closed-source wallets in the fact that you trust a developer who can withdraw your money and you cannot make any legally thing.

I don't like to say it but leaving your money in a CEX exchange may be better than using a closed source wallet.
1503  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Introducing Echangere a brand new Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Cryptocurrency Marketplace on: June 07, 2023, 01:12:14 AM

you need to update TOS page and Legal page
I assume by the code looks outdated that you refer to the GUI/interface and while it is different and not follows the newest trends, then we feel like it provides simplicity and clear understanding on what is going on. If you create an account, you will see there is a lot more to the platform as logged in.
We are aware that other p2p platforms have shutdown lately, however we still feel like Echangere has its place among the current once as our approach is a little different compared to others.
We hope to welcome you on Echangere Smiley

Not only that, but your site contains a lot of tracking tools for Google which indicates that the site was compiled rather than written from scratch.

Let's take as an example that you have a link on Github even though the link is empty https://github.com/echangere
Therefore, you may need to re-check and delete the incomplete things.
The https://echangere.com/termsofservice page is general and does not indicate professionalism. no new users have been registered since the last time you visited the site, and therefore you should check with the marketing team.
1504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mining difficulty at an all time high on: June 03, 2023, 02:00:10 AM
because there is a higher return for mining, you get the block return + higher fees + the block is full, which means more transactions, and the cost of bitcoin is low. Finding a new block, everything will change after the network adjusts itself.

The fees now seem reasonable compared to the previous weeks, so I believe that the difficulty will decrease with the passage of time, and what happened is a reflection of the past 10-30 days.
1505  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice to a Friend on: June 03, 2023, 01:47:59 AM
The technical changes that are taking place in the recent period are very accelerating, but you do not need to understand everything new, but rather to know whether the new will affect you or not, so far I have not gone into the details of BRC-20, but I am aware that it is not the update that will bring about a change, but rather like other things, people deal with it for a while and then They are looking for something new, the real development of Bitcoin takes a long time and you can safely track these changes.

The advice is to watch credible YouTube channels and check out some of the events, and you will find that your information is up-to-date.
1506  Economy / Services / Re: I will provide profitable NFT trading wallets on: June 03, 2023, 01:22:57 AM
you reminds me of the advertisement for solutions to baldness problems, do you want your hair to grow within 3 days, those advertisements that sell you illusions.
Try as much as possible to attract the minds of investors and not their greed, present the portofolio well, offer free copies to trusted members and based on their evaluation of those free copies, you can provide paid services here. Otherwise, you will be considered a scammer.
1507  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Introducing Echangere a brand new Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Cryptocurrency Marketplace on: June 03, 2023, 01:03:47 AM
What caught my attention most about your platform is the honesty in the numbers. The platform shows a number 22 Users registered which is a good thing, I know a lot of platforms lie about numbers of users, trading volumes and a lot of details. please hire someone who writes the code again, because the code looks a bit outdated.

I do not want to disappoint you, but most of the peer-to-peer platforms have stopped due to either poor liquidity, lack of trading volumes, or high competition. Therefore, after rewrite the code, you need a very specialized marketing team, and I wish you success.

you need to update TOS page and Legal page
1508  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Any exchanges that are sweeping unconfirmed funds with CPFP?? on: June 03, 2023, 12:51:23 AM
There is no point using RBF since I would still need to pay the minimum block fee when I bump it so wouldn't be saving a penny with this and right now that's all I care.
I know I'm asking too much obviously but, at least asking is free!
If exchange is good, they will not need that. They charge withdrawal fees that are higher than required, and the real withdrawal fees are low, given that the number of inputs is one while there are several outputs. exchange may own a mining pool or have a connection to a mining pool, which enables them to include transactions in the nearest block they mine without paying high fees.

Most platforms do not process the withdrawals of individuals separately, they are batching all in one transaction.  your withdrawal transaction will have one input and more than 50 outputs. This transaction has low fees, for example, 20 dollars, while they ask 15 dollars for each of the 50 outputs.

if the fees suddenly increase, all they do is suspend withdrawals or manually edit fees.
1509  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for June on: June 03, 2023, 12:22:07 AM
My predictions for the month of June are positive. Markets always go against expectations. If we thought that 29K is the old 9900, then we will be surprised that we broke that barrier, but I do not know whether we will hold above 30kfor a long time or not.

Many people are waiting for its market price to fall for them to enter with a huge price discount. If it is general possibility then there is as evident with the CME Gap.

Those who wait for the price to drop are those who will not buy at a low price, you will always find them afraid of the price drop and they want to buy at the lowest possible price, so if the price reaches 25K, they will wait for 20K, and if it 20K, they will wait for 15K, and so on until the price suddenly increases and they regret.

If you did not buy when the price was less than 20K, and although all indicators say that the bottom is near, you will not buy when the price is above 26K, and everyone believes that it may decline.
1510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin is dead, long live ... what? on: June 03, 2023, 12:10:39 AM
If Bitcoin dies, then we will most likely find it difficult to buy these cryptocurrencies because it is difficult to find an exchange that lists them, and therefore their price will be lower, which means more centralization if the demand for the currency decreases. It is true that Bitcoin is not ideal, but the reasons you mentioned are more fears than real problems, and the most altcoins has lower fees or less congestion in the blocks because its blocks are large and most of those blocks are mined empty so you need several blocks before your transaction is considered secure while in Bitcoin, one confirmation is enough.

By taking some analysis, you will find that zcash is not a currency of privacy, and here you will find yourself between Dash, which offers acceptable privacy in exchange for ease of use, and Monero, which represents better privacy with difficulty in use.
where you will buy them and how you will sell them in the future with all the current legislation  Monero terminated in Italy, along with other privacy coins
1511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Robert Kennedy Jr a True Bitcoiner or a Pseudo Bitcoin supporter? on: June 02, 2023, 03:11:00 PM
What makes the United States gain political and economic strength is that it relies on three things, weapons, the dollar, and intellectual property, and it is a state of institutions. Therefore, even if the current or next president is supportive of Bitcoin, the dollar must be valuable, and therefore no candidate will go far in Bitcoin. And by far, I mean that Bitcoin will not be a legal tender, but the most that he can do is enact some positive legislation related to Bitcoin, which is something that has already happened.

mentioned some of the mining legislation in the United States and the first clear regulatory framework for European Union countries as allies of the United States.

Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA) discussions
Mississippi & Missouri lawmakers propose laws protecting bitcoin mining

the most Robert Kennedy Jr can do is to support Bitcoin ETF.
1512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The effect of Bitcoin on children on: June 02, 2023, 02:59:00 PM
I hope that the story is true, but the financial knowledge that is represented in Bitcoin is not that it is a tool that achieves quick wealth, but rather in the decentralization of the currency and that it is your bank. The more people believe that Bitcoin is the currency of quick wealth, the more they misuse it.
You must teach your children good financial basics, knowledge of the nature of money and the importance of saving, and then you can teach them about bitcoin, otherwise their trust will be greater than their age.

Teaching them Bitcoin directly now may not be useful to them. Buy them as much Bitcoin as you can, and that money may suffice for their university life in the future.
1513  Economy / Economics / Re: You are not prepared what's coming quick analytics exacly of situation on: June 02, 2023, 08:56:19 AM
It is true that the Federal Reserve was harsh to curb inflation, but all the moves it made were expected, or at least it was too transparent, and therefore the markets were anticipating the outcome of the meeting before it happened, and therefore it built its plans to confront inflation accordingly.
all countries that buy gold do not buy gold to fight inflation, but rather to diversify their economy so that they have the preference to buy more dollars, or at least to strengthen their local currency.

The citizen does not have many options to fight inflation, at least the citizen who spends in the local currency, but he can and by using some tools and learning more from the economy to be in a better economic situation.
1514  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for June on: June 02, 2023, 08:45:25 AM
June = Moon is a sentence that bears many questions. The moon, as understood, is for Bitcoin to break the highest barrier, which is above $60,000, and this is impossible. The moon may mean that we will rise to levels close to $60,000, which is also impossible.
So the moon, even if the moon means that we will rise from the close of May, you are using it in the wrong place.

During the middle of the year, trading is usually slow and trading is boring. Therefore, if we maintain these levels, the matter will be great, and I do not expect any rise above the $35,000 level.
1515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im coutious about xrp warning on: June 02, 2023, 07:37:10 AM
The reasons you provide are emotional more than being based on an investment analysis. Everything that was taken by the SEC is not final resolution, and I expect it to end with the payment of compensation or some pledges. Indeed, the price was affected by 30%, but the currency has proven to be stronger than a legal suit.

It is not in defense of XRP, but it remains better than currencies that do not have any future project or roadmap, and XRP is a project for high-speed centralized transactions, and is not a fast earning cryptocurrency or high APY staking altcoin, so it is closer to investing in high-risk stocks, as the probability of profit is small and loss High.
1516  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA) discussions on: June 02, 2023, 07:21:13 AM
We will hear of many platforms that will begin to exit the market due to insufficient reserves and may enter more serious platforms instead of those that use customer funds for personal purposes.
I recommend anyone to withdraw their coins from centralized exchanges temporarily.

The bad side (perhaps the good for some) is that the next stages may include staking and central financing, which means that most proof-of-stake coins may not be able to continue because they will be taxed or some restrictions.

Do you know what the final version of the law is? Or the amendments that have been made to the draft law?
1517  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC/LTC pair. Buying LTC Halving on: June 02, 2023, 06:59:24 AM
Charlie Lee is the creator of Litecoin, If he is not enthusiastic about the Litecoin, then absolutely no one will be. All the articles you will read about him will contain some kind of bias.
Do your own research. Does LTC Halving really influence its price so that you can make profits? The answer is no. During the past years, the price of litecoin was not linked to Halving, but rather to the price of Bitcoin. Historical data does not show any linkage or any long or short term effect on the price.

the price rose after many months, and that rise was related to the rise in the price of Bitcoin.
1518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Monero terminated in Italy, along with other privacy coins on: June 01, 2023, 10:03:07 AM
It is only some time before all centralized exchanges stop accepting privacy coins. You will not be able to deposit or withdraw. decentralized one will be your only option if you want to enjoy some privacy.
The funny thing is that many currencies, which used to take privacy as their slogan, have tried to stop that.
Does anyone know what happens to currencies that have privacy-enhancing features like Litecoin or Mimblewimble? I didn't find it on that list
1519  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Failed DCA Strategy When Buying Bitcoin on: June 01, 2023, 09:02:47 AM
What I am surprised is that countries like El Salvador made similar decisions to buy Bitcoin and we discovered that they did not make a good amount of profit, or at least they could have made more profit if they counted the purchase date, so understanding the appropriate strategy for you and the trading period is much more important as the DCA Strategy is for long-term trading and using it With the intention of obtaining a profit within less than 5 years, it may mean a loss.

The strategy has so far proven to be successful for those who want to buy and wait. Whoever bought during the year 2017 lost during that period, but it is an excellent investment if he keeps it until the year 2021 and so on.
1520  Economy / Economics / Re: I hear de-dollarsotaion over and over again it's funny on: June 01, 2023, 08:51:39 AM
The dependence of the dollar as a global reserve currency took more than 100 years, starting with the end of World War I and continuing with variables, including the oil crisis, the real estate crisis, the Nixon shock, and therefore removing this dependence will not take place within a week or even a month. It is a slow processing process that may take a long time. countries will gradually begin to reduce dependence on the dollar, so instead of all trading in the markets taking place in dollars, local currencies will replace them, and instead of all reserves in central banks being dollars and gold, that reserve will be dollars and other currencies in addition to gold.

Transforming countries to these standards may require more than 20 years, but it is starting to happen, and the snowball is slowly rolling, but it is accelerating to form an avalanche. Grin
