I have a late May unit, and it's only averaging ~1300 GH/s at the pool (BtcGuild) using the "turbo fans, highest rate" setting. Is there anything I can do to increase performance?
This unit is running in a data center using 208v power, and temperatures are good (27C front, 69C back). I was expecting a bit more, so hopefully there are tweaks I can make to increase performance and this isn't just a low performing unit.
There are some manufacturing difference between each miner. We can offer you additional miner at a considerable discount.

Anyone found a good set of Rack Ears in the USA for these?
Spondoolies wants $25 per set, and that just seems a tad high. Standard rack ears on eBay are less than $10 shipped.
The rack ears were designed and manufactured specifically for the SP10 The $25 is mainly to cover shipping costs Your website has two options for the rack ears: No Shipping - FREE DHL air freight + insurance - $193.00 We'll sort it out next week.

We're selling the SP10s very fast now At this rate, we'll sell all the units we produced in May in the following week.
We've temporarily stopped accepting new hosting requests, until we'll finish out data center enhancements and expanding work.
June batch production will start around the 10th

You might want to change the marketing specs to 1.3 TH to 1.45 TH to not disappoint 120v buyers. All 3 of my miners on turbo is averaging 1320 GH/s @ 25C
On BTCGuild, reported rates are averaging 1250 GH/s each.
Rates were slightly higher when I posted before but it looks like they dropped a bit after a day or so.
It's in the +-10% usual margin. Contact sales@ and we'll work something out

Dogie, is 1250 GH/s reported on BTCGuild (1320 GH/s on the miner) @ 25C normal for us 120v users?
I'm kinda disappointed at these numbers. These are expensive units and makes a lot of noise. Was willing to put up with it if I could get 1.4 TH. I didn't know they had to limit it. Should have advertised as 1.3 TH to 1.4 TH. Can't help but feel a bit cheated/baited.
Contact them asap. They will make you whole I am sure either help you get the rate you should get or compensate you. They noted that in their thread if I am not mistaken. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=521520.0Correct

Hosting clients:
We're doing enhancements and expanding works in our DC. During the work, you might notice hash-rate drop. Keep an eye on your loses, we'll compensate you.

Holy cow, you got a good one! How can temp front be lower than room?
I dont know. Unit only runs for 2 hours, i will check the next hours... Type: SP10
Temp Front / Back 20 °C / 27 °C
Room Temp: 23 °C
Mining Rate: 1.91Ths
What?? 1.91Th? That's amazing. What settings are you using? 27 degrees back? Wow...something is really weird there. That are the setting which iam using. i have another unit which has diffrent stats. Mining Rate: 1.78Ths Temp Front / Back 20 °C / 41 °C Same Setting. Is the Back Temp to high ? and why some much difference ? The units are in the same room ... Post screenshots. Also, reply with your order #

Those numbers can't be true. Do you read them in the Web UI or on the pool ? If on the pool, wait 30 minutes

For some reason after multiple successful fedex deliveries... my next order was shipped DHL?
We got the order too late for Fedex. DHL are more flexible with picking up in our side. We prefer to ship instead of delaying Monday flight.

Thanks Spond for putting the rack mount ears up on your shop. Do they come with the screws to attach them to the SP10 as well? Yes

SP-30 Home Edition? So... 50% of the hash rate of the SP-30 is 2.7TH/s running on a single PSU? Quiet? Wow... effectively double the hash power of the SP-10 that I don't need to have a personal data center to run. Um... yes please!
Actually 3 TH/s Caveat: September delivery

Hey SP-Tech, you've got two customers already for SP20, lets get the ball rolling :-)
3* +4 We can do SP15, which will be one ASIC board in SP30 2U enclosure with only one PSU. Better name will be "SP30 home edition", it should be quiet under "Normal" mode. Due to the management board, enclosure, etc, the cost will be 60% of SP30 and the hash-rate will be 50% Will such product make sense ? could a home user get 2 of these sp15's in enclosures rather the an sp30 assuming the "noise' issue? which i think you said will not be bad on an sp30? i think? you are getting 2 psu's on the sp30's anyway? just a thought from the sidelines SP30 will be much quieter than the SP10. Home edition will be even quieter. The (still) theoretical SP15 is SP30 with only one ASICs board, so the answer for the first question is not.
