1001  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: $50 Worth of Free Mining When you purchase +$200 of Hashpower with NexusMining on: December 12, 2014, 08:20:23 AM
thank you Guy, I have PM'd the OP with my concerns and removed the posts I had previously made in this thread.

However, this is not an apology and I should also state, for the record here, I am yet to be convinced by this operation.

Potential investing customers should still do their own due diligence when sending funds to any new business.

I will look forwards to some form of transparency from Nexus Mining before I decide to endorse their offerings.
from the info we currently have, it's still a 7 on Puppets ponzi scale. I hope the OP can furnish us with the info I have requested in the PM to him.

regards,
I fully agree with everything you wrote.

1002  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: $50 Worth of Free Mining When you purchase +$200 of Hashpower with NexusMining on: December 12, 2014, 08:19:22 AM
- Nexus Mining is legit, they're currently white labeling a respectable cloud mining provider.

How does that make them legit? They claim to buy the hardware and operate multiple datacenters.  Are you saying they are just renting hashrate elsewhere?
Besides, I think people will want to make their own judgement on who is a respectable provider. You might call GAWminer respectable, many would disagree. If nexus dont disclose who they buy their hashrate from, what their deal is (like contract duration etc..), this is meaningless. I could rent 10PH on nicehash for a while and resell perpetual contracts based on that. Would you call me legit ?

Disclaimer: This is not an endorsement to buy Nexus Mining contracts.
Disclaimer: Spondoolies-Tech doesn't have any stake here.

Nexus Mining is a white label re-selling of other cloud mining company.
I know that other cloud mining company offering. The hash-rate, all of it, come from mining hardware. At least this is the situation until today.

I prefer not to reply regarding other claims they might have made (I didn't read the entire thread).

Puppet: I respect your work very much. You're very good at uncovering Ponzies. Regarding Nexus Mining basic offering, you're wrong. It might look suspicious, but it's just white label on another service.

Edit: I would like to disengage my involvement here. I was drugged into it. I would not reply publicly anymore in this thread. Please PM me if you want to continue the discussion.

Our company name and my private name were dragged into hot debate, so I need to comment:

- Nexus Mining is legit, they're currently white labeling a respectable cloud mining provider.
- We're in an initial stage of evaluating Nexus Miner claims towards possible ASIC cooperation. We'll verify the performance and test results of their FPGA design.
- Raskul is indeed a dear friend.

They got solid hardware, and they are marketing the right way IMO. Most experienced miners know what they are getting into, and like anything its a risk with a possible reward. If BTC suddenly jumped to over 2k per BTC, then the mining is worth it. So its a growing market still with the blockchain tech being a huge part of it.

At any rate these guys have done right by the community. So I welcome the reviews by the legendary contributors.

You call it marketing, the rest of us will call 10 posts of reviews about the same product "SPAM".
I like it when people are using the Royal We.

So much bitterness.

Another quick question for you spondoolie,

When it says within three days,  would you like us to run them for a specified amount of time before we write the review. I am not sure how accurate a review would be if cranked out within three days. Is it ok if we RUN the device for at least 3 days first, then post the review within the week?
Yes

oh well I missed being a legend by a few weeks.
I have 4 of them.

I did a big thread for free.  never asked for a review unit.

I  did not get much love here.

How about a t-shirt and a good discount on my next one I purchase?

Oh I just setup 2 sp20's on my evga 1600 p2  early results are  1355 watts at the k-watt and 2473 gh

that is .54 watts a gh  and just under 2500gh on 1 circuit

I will post results in my unoffical  sp20 thread.

Sure. PM me your email, contact details and phone and we'll send t-shirt.

Dont want to sound sore because Im not a "legendary", but I have to point out a legendary account (gusti) was recently sold and has been used to legitimize a scam: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=887578

Id appreciate you add as criterion a legendary account with no negative trust or something along those lines. Unless you like being endorsed by known (even if, legendary) scammers.
Don't worry.

Signed up as well. I've been getting into mining lately, but older equipment has been murdering my electric bill. I'd be happy to try out the hardware.
