1721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: fee reached 500 BTC. on: May 19, 2016, 09:45:16 PM
i really dont get what you are talking about? fee reached 500btc? what does that mean?

It means that from 7,500 unconfirmed transaction 500BTC are spent only on transaction fees which is pretty much. At the moment there are 3,700+ unconfirmed transaction and 4,863BTC+ are spend on fees, Unbelievable!
1722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: fee reached 500 BTC. on: May 19, 2016, 09:31:18 PM

I accessed this link now and i see that the fees are ~1BTC+, but i have read in the past that a single transaction had 200BTC+ in fees so it is possible to see these enormous fees(but it is not usual)
is hard fork can be the cause of this happened ?

I'm not sure about this, knightdk shorena or others who have pretty good knowledge about this can answer you, btw the total fees now are ~320BTC, what's happening?
1723  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTB] VirWox Level 2,3,4 accounts! on: May 19, 2016, 09:27:51 PM
@n691309, thanks.

You are welcome, hope you will get a deal with him. When you finish the deal don't forget to lock this thread to prevent further spam from others.
1724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a victim of TeslaCrypt ransomware? Decrypt Files Using Master Key [Free] on: May 19, 2016, 09:11:19 PM
Hehe, you beat me to this, was going to start a topic (this popped up on my news feed) but got distracted with a reply. Was going to put this in Press, btw.

This shows a great deal of maturity. This doesn't excuse the initial fuck up (theft), but surely the Lord smiles on a contrite soul.

Good shit Smiley Although I wonder if legal pressure didn't have a hand in this 'act of mercy'.

I believe that lots of people are/were infected by this ransomware and i found that this is a good news and I hope someone will benefit from this thread.
1725  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTB] VirWox Level 2,3,4 accounts! on: May 19, 2016, 09:05:34 PM
Hi

So, like I said in the title, I'm looking to buy level 2,3 and 4 virwox accounts.

Anyone that is willing to sell, please PM your offer along with level, origin country and asking price for the account(s).

I'm trading only through an trusted escrow.

Please don't PM with stuff unrelated to this subject or to ask for money first. JUST ESCROW!

Payment: BTC.

Here is someone on the forum selling a virwox account Level 3, last post of him is today so the account is probably still for sale: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1471363
1726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Are you a victim of TeslaCrypt ransomware? Decrypt Files Using Master Key [Free] on: May 19, 2016, 08:51:50 PM
Are you a victim of TeslaCrypt ransomware?

Instead of paying $500 in Bitcoin now you can decrypt the files for free.

One of the developers of TeslaCrypt posted on the TeslaCrypt Dark Website:
Quote
"Project closed! Master key for decrypt: 440A241DD80FCC5664E861989DB716E08CE627D8D40C7EA360AE855C727A49EE. Wait for other people make universal decrypt software. We are sorry!"

Didn't know where to post, so mods are free to move to the correct board
1727  Economy / Auctions / Re: REVERSE AUCTION - Bitcoin Penny™ Signature Campaign on: May 19, 2016, 08:43:21 PM
0.06

You are not eligible to win this bid because the OP has very well stated that The winning bidder's account must be at least thirty (30) days old with a minimum of one hundred (100) forum activity at the time of bidding.
1728  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk - COMPLETE AVATAR Campaigns [06-May-2016] on: May 19, 2016, 08:39:29 PM
RedCoinCrow is in serious issue right now, so is their avatar campaign. people should be warned about it, maybe mark it with a red mark like in overview of signature campaign thread, or remove it.

If they are having issue paying the participants then if i were the OP of this thread then i would remove it, let's wait for azguard.
1729  Economy / Economics / Re: 2016 Has Brought a Bitcoin Awakening on: May 19, 2016, 10:01:33 AM
I feel like bitcoin slowed. Maybe this feeling is caused by unusual stability of the bitcoin price lately?
I know that adoption is progressing (Steam!) but it seems like there is not so many innovative bitcoin startups anymore.
Maybe bitcoin awakening means that we will see less fluctuation and stability?

I think the oposite, the "new" Satoshi Nakamoto that was showed on TV recently made people to be interested more in bitcoin, also this year is the halving which awaked the community and other people.
1730  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Unconfirmed Transaction on: May 19, 2016, 09:40:24 AM
I'm having trouble understand what is going on with this transaction:
https://blockchain.info/tx-index/5eb2af95d344387e4db7fae5b47f7e1a2732672b06078f32df5aa28267eb1732

This has gone unconfirmed for over 3 hours and I have never had this problem before. It appears to me that I have become a victim of double spending. Can someone please help?

Thank you!

Why this transaction is not yet confirmed is because of the size of it which is    852 (bytes) and the transaction fee of    0.00015 BTC is not enough for this transaction, hope someone will push this transaction to their node.

1732  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Does anyone here go to Bitcoin Meetups? on: May 19, 2016, 09:34:58 AM
I was wondering if anyone here goes to Bitcoin Meetups and how it is in your area?  I am unfortunately not in a large city right now and in my area there is a Bitcoin Meetup group but it only meets 1 time every other month and it does not seem like a lot attend.

Unfortunately near me there is not meetup about bitcoin, don't know if I am the only one that know about bitcoin and use it lol, but maybe if i meet anyone that knows about bitcoin i will organize myself a meetup.
1733  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Adding unconfirmed transaction to mining pool on: May 19, 2016, 09:33:10 AM
Can anyone add unconfirmed transactions to their mining pool for a bounty?

I think you're searching for "bitgo instant". I came across this when I've withdrawed some btc from bitstamp the other day. They offer it as an option.

http://www.coindesk.com/bitgo-instant-bitcoin-transaction-tool/

I think he meant to include an unconfirmed transaction into a block (maybe because of the low fee), OP you can push it by getting the transaction raw hash, can you post here the transaction id?
1734  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long is Bitcoin life? on: May 19, 2016, 09:28:12 AM
BTC is going up and up daily..
May be come down also in the Future.
I want to know How long is BTC life?
what is that important thing that will control BTC price?

Thanks

Nothing will last forever but bitcoin has a great potential to have a longer life than other coins if this trend of development will be with bitcoin, it should stay alive at least until 2140 when the reward per block will be zero.
1735  Other / Politics & Society / Re: There IS life after DEATH: Scientists reveal shock findings on: May 19, 2016, 09:23:52 AM
I don't know how scientists can confirm that there is a life after death, i don't think they went there and came back to tell us? It is very good stated in the QURAN than there is a life after death and it is no doubt about it.
1736  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: May 19, 2016, 09:21:45 AM
Voted for the first one, as i didn't have any other choices, "It's going up" I'm using it also for personal needs like buying trading online but also i consider bitcoin as a good place to invest my savings.
1737  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price lowering a bit on: May 19, 2016, 09:18:44 AM
So the halvening is close (yay) and the price is probably going to go up then (my speculation). The price of BTC today was $460.48 and now is $458.15 which is a -0.29% drop. Do you guys think it will lower more? I think so.

Today the price decreased a bit too from $455 to $449 a change of 6 USD or $0.78, i think we should not worry much about this decrease because i consider it as normal. Everything 10% and up we should worry about it.
1738  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where can I buy an SSL certificate anonymously with bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 10:09:43 PM
If you don't find any alternative then you can buy a virtual bitcoin debit card (for example ecoin) and load it with bitcoin, and purchase the SSL cerificate from any website.
1739  Economy / Goods / Re: Anyone selling/own a Nexus 5X? on: May 18, 2016, 10:07:14 PM
Decoded i checked locally the price of this phone and it's around 350€ + shipping to Australia (don't know how much is it), if you are interested let me know, but i think that you got better deals online.

Is that the 32gb? Because if it's the 16gb, hah. $320 AUD no extra shipping costs is what I can get here. Shipping's about 15€ afaik.

Still, I can get the 32gb for $420, which is is alot less than 365€

Unfortunately it is the 16gb one, i will check tomorrow the 32GB model but i think it will not be cheaper than ~$420. I wish you good luck finding one, i had it on my hands and it's a good phone, much better than nexus 5.
1740  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are floppy disks safe to store wallets? on: May 18, 2016, 08:58:56 PM
There are some floppy disks that can hold 128GB of data like this one, and i would suggest you to make a floppy disk like this by using an SD card and store the wallet but don't forget to make also another copy:

[/img]http://core1.staticworld.net/images/article/2016/02/sd-card-floppy-drive-100647369-large.png[/img]
I never heard that floppy disk now can put sd card inside of floppy disk.. But for me its still not recommended because life span of sd card is limited so its  not recommended.. maybe this link will help http://superuser.com/questions/17350/whats-the-life-expectancy-of-an-sd-card
To know sd card have a limited life span..

This is a self made floppy disk by modifiying the real floppy disk and integrate SD card into it, (who will think it isn't a floppy disk?)
Btw, i do not recommend to have only one backup but multiple backups, btw SD cards can hold data at something like 10 years or more sitting idle.

Here's the link how to make a similar floppy disk using SD card: http://www.pcworld.com/article/3038787/computers/sd-card-hack-breathes-new-life-into-this-old-floppy-drive.html
