* December 08 Good stats. It shows how much interest there is out of crypto space about Bitcoin. Today there is less then it was in November last year. So much for those that expect new ATH any moment.
It was bound to happen, the supply of people interested in cryptocurrencies isn't limitless. There's also competition in the form of discord/reddit/telegram/twitter/facebook. It'd be better to compare real cumulative volume across all cryptocurrency exchanges to get a clearer picture of actual interest in Bitcoin/cryptocurrencies. BTW, forum ad stats also give a rough view of forum activity: https://bitcointalk.org/adrotate.php?adstats

I'm not PM'ing admins, we have global mods for such things now . And what a funny statement "If someone is not answering to PM, that's mean no". Community deserves to hear detailed response in ban appeal topic. I think it will be honest way.
No one is entitled to anything. Plagiarism is also a very serious offense here, very few people are lucky enough to get unbanned if they are caught plagiarizing so it's best not to hold out any hope for that.

W sumie to masz rację. By uczynić świat lepszym itp itp itp.

And what about quality and speed of responding to ban appeals? If it go up as a quality of discussion, i'll vote for it! Markiz is waitingIf you PM'd Cyrus and theymos more than once or twice and they aren't responding I assume the answer is a 'no'. We have to agree that the majority of traffic comes here for signature campaigns and other money earning services. The moment signature campaigns are stopped, the traffic will look for alternatives and this will give rise to another forum where signature campaigns will be accepted. Due to the lack of traffic, services will gradually move to an alternative as well. Yes, we would not have spams but it will affect the forum's ad revenue as well.
Advertisers care not only about traffic but about the quality of it, I'm not sure (I don't lean either way) if people who visit bitcointalk solely for signature campaigns are worth as much as users without paid signatures.

Co sądzicie o nowym IEO binance?
Edit: No i firma Binance promuje swoją marką kasyno ... Średnio to odbieram.
Kiepski deal, testują na ile sobie mogą pozwolić Co złego w kasynach? Będą to legalne biznesy z licencją w Curacao (bo łatwa do uzyskania).

Co panowie mogą polecić w rozsądnej cenie i o rozsądnej jakości? Pozdrawiam

I do not understand the policy of the forum administration. They do not prohibit the advertising of dubious and fraudulent services or companies against which criminal proceedings are instituted in different countries of the world (for example, YoBit Exchange). There was a time when scammers would be branded with a SCAMMER sub-rank, for all to see, and some of their forum privileges could be revoked. But that was when the forum saw significantly lower levels of activity, so in 2013 theymos designed a reputation system called Trust which is largely supposed to be self-sustaining, allowing him to spend more time on other stuff. A centralized approach to policing scams would require theymos to hire dozen(s?) of full-time mods, probably start charging fees and acting as an escrow, and institute tons of restrictions in doing business on bitcointalk. Basically, it would turn the forum into ebay2. And you'd still see people getting scammed and losing money lol.

I'd be less inclined to trust a company that moved to Malta than one that stayed put.
Many businesses don't even have a choice, if they want to continue operating they have to relocate out of their own countries and move to friendlier jurisdictions where at least they'll be able to keep a bank account (you need to if you run a legit business that pays taxes or if you want to accept fiat currencies from your customers). The alternative is spending loads of money to provide a subpar quality of service.

At this point it's best to specifically ask a given service if they can envisage asking for KYC at any point or circumstance. And monitor their website for changes in their stance.

A side note, seems like he was pissed when I started to talk hard but in your case he offered you the payment first. Possibly it's because he know you are a staff and possibly in the DT network. He knows he can use it to sell his idea or perhaps scam people. He offered the 0.01 BTC to the first person to take up on his offer, I was lucky enough to be there at the right time. The other person who posted in that thread didn't make it on time or didn't bother at all. This is the thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5162029.0;allYeah, I've been on DT for about 5 years now, which should be enough to tell my ratings and Trust lists aren't useless. (and no, I won't leave a rating just for getting a free bitcent )

It is unfortunate that challenges like these are so complicated and that only a few people with specialized hardware and knowledge can take part in this. We need challenges like this that can give open participation to a lot more people, without specialized knowledge to garner a lot more publicity for Bitcoin.
Earlier on the puzzle was accessible to everyone with a cheap computer, if it was any easier a single person could have quickly snagged the whole prize. Making each key progressively more difficult to find ensures the challenge will remain open to all for a very long time.

I did not approach him with the offer. The offer was available for everyone to take, and seeing no one was taking it I took it, thus far it only speaks of OP that he's willing to send free money. It's not a review when I haven't even bought or listed anything on his site yet.
I have also criticized his site, his business model, and pretty much called him a scammer in the other thead (as other users did, too). I told him trust takes time to build, as most users prudently take the caveat emptor maxim to their hearts.

Where have you seen wire transfers processing instantly? It takes 3 days minimum. This is the traditional banking we are speaking about. Who the hell told you it is instant??? There are some countries with systems in place to allow instant transfers. The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) are in the process of setting up a European wide payment processor called SEPA Instant Credit Transfer ( https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/what-we-do/sepa-instant-credit-transfer) which should allow instant transfers between accounts at any time of day or night. Whether or not exchanges will start using this is another matter, but it is certainly possible. Most SEPA transfers reach no later than the next business day these days, and depending on the bank/country transfers under 15k EUR are near-instant as in your link. It only applies to EU/EEA/EFTA+microstates, though, other European countries such Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the Caucasus, and a handful of Balkan countries aren't covered (...yet).

sadly, i'm not sure this means much for the victims. to hear vasilev tell it last year, he had completely lost control over administration of the exchange. i doubt he even knows who controls the wallets. (or what's left of them)
The money is likely long gone, but there are suspicions he was spending way above his means and that the money he was spending came from btc-e/wex.

For what it's worth, I can confirm I got a free bitcent (0.01 BTC) from itcoinbay, he first sent 0.02 BTC to me, and then I've sent 0.01 BTC back. Other than that I've no association with him or his site.
