Absolutely. That is exactly where bitcoin is headed, and you can clearly see this in the confirmed and verified data, especially Chinese and Russian data sources, which are more robust and accurate on all the time-lines and technical analysis charting algorithms. The thing is, when (not if) bitcoin reaches $1,000 again, you won't want to buy it. Shorting is going to be the longer term play for bitcoin as it dives toward $0.
What data sources? Can you cite them? I can agree about the 2nd part, if it ever gets this bad, this will probably be the end of BTC and it will keep diving lower and lower. 'confirmed and verified' lol, permabear nonsense unless proven otherwise

The CET (crypto escrow team) is no longer escrowing. Lauda's thread also leads there. minerjones still has an active thread: here.

Flash crashes aside, if the price ever goes that low (globally, not on one exchange with some issues), it would probably be the end of Bitcoin. As it would be the 2nd biggest decline in BTC price historically (the largest one was in 2011 when the price went $32->$2), with the whole ecosystem more mature now, there would probably be good reasons for people losing confidence in Bitcoin, and it might not see a recovery.

You cannot beat the edge (except in the case of bustabit) regardless of how much bankroll you might have.
It hasn't been possible for a while now, the bonus system has been removed when the site changed ownership as most players weren't trying to take an advantage of it, so now the EV is the same for everyone. As for OP, since it's summer, my guess is he had a 'lucky' streak going for a while until he lost everything and believes he can start winning again but needs juuuust a little help ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

It's summer, people are going to vacation, not much is happening during the so-called cucumber time of summer. So we get these sort of articles which aren't even trying to elaborate why a negative stance towards zuckbux from some politician should have an incluence on BTC price.

"Sprzedał" w sensie jakiemuś słupowi, a sam zniknął z kasą.
No to się zgodziłem. W kwietniu spotkałem się z panem Marcinem w Jankach. Pogadaliśmy chwile. Namawiał mnie, żebym wpłacił więcej BTC. Ale nie wpłaciłem. Chciałem zobaczyć, jak się to rozwinie. No i zobaczyłem…
I doksięgowal. Jestem w trakcie rozmów z prawnikami.
„Art. 286. § 1.

That's why I said it's barely an auction. We could do with some basic rules in that section to rule out ambiguities.
Was that topic locked from the start, or was it locked later on?
I didn't handle that report, just explained why it was handled the way it was.
|
|
|
It's barely an auction, but it's still technically an auction, as no (global) mod or admin has decided to designate and enforce any section-specific rules:
"Price: 0.015 BTC Open for serious bids"
If the OP wanted to sell the account for 0.015 BTC, he wouldn't have added the part about 'serious bids'. Since he did, 0.015 BTC should be treated as a starting price of the auction.
tl;dr the report has been handled correctly.

Q: Well, let me get this straight. A company you didn't buy until 2014 is listed as a beneficiary of a trust document you claimed was formed in 2012?
A: No. You have put documents I don't recognize.
Q: Documents you produced in discovery?
A: Yes, from other machines in my organization

Problems resolved and I could buy what I wanted to, it's better not to wait until the sale is ending if anyone encounters a similar problem, as the balance is updated once the bot sends the funds further and those funds confirm. Shouldn't take as long next time from what I've understood.
|
|
|
Thanks, understood.
I still have a problem, I've sent more initially because I saw the !bank option on the previous page, but I can't seem to be able to use the remaining balance after my first purchase.
I get these messages:
"Failed to perform balance check. If you already have balance in the bot (!bank), please wait for the next balance check before sending a transaction. Please send 0.XXXXXX BTC (X USD) to 1XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Please allow up to 60 seconds for the bot to register your transaction."
"You currently have 0.000000 BTC (0.00 USD) in this bot. (0.XXXXXX BTC pending)". (there is more than 0 BTC left)
And now:
"Discovered pending payment of 0.XXXXXXXX BTC. Gift will be sent to you once the transaction(s) have been confirmed by at least 1 parties."
Any ETA?
BTW. to the bundles part, I can actually buy it as a gift, maybe this bundle is just not giftable in your region?

I haven't read the full transcripts and haven't been paying much attention but perjury for a start (assuming theymos isn't actually one of the many DPR's ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) ). I'm really hoping the court actually goes after him for these lies. Asking for any sort of proof of half of what he's saying would be enough. He basically just keeps lying to get himself out of another lie and he's going to slip up under pressure and contradict himself if he hasn't already. I was thinking more of what's the endgame here for him? A small fine? A huge fine? Prison? The latter two? He doesn't seem to be planning more than several weeks ahead...
