And receive it in March. And also pay the VAT tax, which is high for guys located in the EU area.

That is a good setup as well. HP 1200W (actually max. 900W at 110V mains voltage) power supply for two hash boards and the HP 750W power supply for one hash board and the controller.

EDIT2: All three miners are sold!!EDIT: All three miners are currently reserved to user pasrical, we are currently negotiating about sales.Hello ladies and gents, I'm selling following hardware, because I'm making space for new ones I'm having for a review purpose.
Available right now. Shipping possible right after the deal is made and payment is confirmed ok.
No need to pay VAT taxes inside EU area, unlike if you order one from China. I'm happy if someone in EU area is interested, but I'm able to sell and ship these internationally as well. ____________________________________________________________________________ BW.com BW-L21, 550 Mh/s, 950W Litecoin (scrypt) ASIC miner This includes one unit BW.com BW-L21 miner with HP DPS 1200 FB A server power supply (with breakout board and pci-e power cables). No cables are included. You can see my review/guide thread for more information about the miner and technical specifications: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2118409
This miner was shipped in August 14, 2017. BW.com says that the warranty time is 180 days after shipping, so there is still about two months of warranty time left.
Hashing stable at 580 Mh/s, you can look at the miner status page screenshot that I took in the pictures album (Imgur.com).
This miner has been in a repair service and all power connectors are brand new, repaired by lightfoot in the USA. The reason was a bad quality power supply, which burned the connectors. That psu is now recycled, I don't have it anymore. Miner is ok after the incident and it is now equipped with rock solid HP DPS 1200 FB A server power supply.
Price incl. international shipping : 0.22 BTC
Location: Finland (EU area)
You can pay me directly with BTC or we can use a escrow service. Escrow fee is at buyer's expense.

Previous group buy was tried by philipma1957 and he is the best guy for the job. But the group buy got frozen, Canaan did not want to accept BTC payment. It is better just to use your local official distributor. https://canaan.io/official-distributors/I bought one A741 with controller and psu from my local (Europe) distributor Cryptouniverse and it arrived smoothly in yesterday.

Well that sucks.
I would ask them (Innosilicon) what to do and say that you and few others have posted here at the bitcointalk forum about the issue.
That should get them going helping you.

This might be a really stupid question bought an SD card to do the firmware upgrade, but does not fit the slot labeled "TF card". Is there another slot I am supposed to be looking for or is the card I bought the wrong specification. Those who have done the upgrade via "TF Card" please post the specification of the card you used, or a picture or something.
Does this advice help you at all? See the bold text. If the firmware build date is before 2017.11.24, you must upgrade through TF card. If the firmware build date is 2017.11.24 or later, you can upgrade on the webpage of the miner. http://www.innosilicon.com/html/downA4/I was able to update my A5 firmware via the web configuration page. I have currently the newest firmware version; December 11, 2017.

I used to mine at Nicehash.
I'm now mining at Prohashing.com
to tell you the truth...I'm not sure if www.prohashing.com now is doing any better than www.litecoinpool.orgat 101% payout and no fees. using this calc (which has 101% built-in) www.litecoinpool.org/calcWith bitconnect no longer a POW coin and everyone piling into LTC...it may be a draw! I used to make 15% to 20% more a day on prohashing..but them days seem to be gone .... Yeah it is all changed now that LTC price went up big time. I might look at my strategy again and go mining LTC.

Built in PSU is interesting - I'm guessing they'll be platinum rated too.
Yeah, this will definitely be an interesting solution to see

Canaan is giving the good old A3212 chip one more good go. This is the same ASIC chip that was in the A741 model. They are going to release the AvalonMiner 761. https://canaan.io/product/avalonminer-761/The AvalonMiner 761 is the ROQ Solid Miner, Refined. This smells like a scam and this is the most horrible sales thread opening post I have ever seen..

For that price, buy 3 at 750W each and run like that. Power a board each, with one running the controller/fans which is peanuts compared to the boards. I run multiple, cheaper PSUs on my miner here at home. Think RAID, but for PSUs! Mine On! This is a suitable psu for VRobb's advice https://www.parallelminer.com/product/hp-gold-rated-750-watt-110-240v-power-supply-kit-for-asic-miner/Three pieces of these HP 750W power supplies with 4x pci-e power cables per psu. Be sure that you don't mix psus together in same hash board, they start to "fight" each other. Use one psu for one hash board. Turn on this psu first. Use one psu for one hash board. Then turn on this psu. Use one psu for one hash board and controller. Turn on this psu last.

I used to mine at Nicehash.
I'm now mining at Prohashing.com

Is the fan speed controlled by the Raspberry Pi, or the 741 itself.
Logically it would be the Pi controller...
Raspberry Pi.

Guys, 300 units available at pangolinminer.com. 200 more are coming to be available this week. They said it was unpaid orders. I got 3. Now anxiously waiting for February. Please pangolin, do not scam me. Yeah 93 units available at the moment (February 2018 delivery). www.pangolinminer.comThe price seems to be 1112 USD including the WhatsMiner M3 and also the power supply WhatsPower P3. Shipping costs are added to the total price. I'm in process finding out if I can find hosting available and then buy ten units from Pangolin.

All connection are good. So, the power supply comes with 10 ports but the miner only have 6 ports, the question is does the port has to plug in in orders? ( i don't know which one to which). I will get measure it tomorrow when i get one,
As long as those six ports in the miner are powered, you are ok. There is no specific connection order for the cables. And you don't need to worry about spare pci-e power cables. Also the PSU input is 180/260V AC, so i have to use 220v right?
Yes.

is it possible to customize the fan speed on a 741? like can I specify a range (10-40) in the "minimum fan %" field on config or do I need to get fancy with "more options"
thought I read somewhere you can specify a custom range..thanks
There is no point restricting the maximum fan speed when it comes to the cooling, just let it control the fan speed automatically by temperature just like it does default. If you need to have the miner quiet, you can try and follow this guide by philipma1957 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2245487.0
