2261  Economy / Gambling / Re: new bitcoin casino system on: April 28, 2022, 08:46:23 AM
Hello my boss want open bitcoin casino.

Can you help us with this? what is needed

From your post with not a lot of information I assume that your at the beginning of the process to open a crypto casinos. Are you really sure you want to get into that right now? The online casino market is very competitive, there are plenty of new casinos that entered the market in the last 12 months. Do you have any new idea, maybe offering games that haven't been run by casinos yet? In case you plan to run the large number of existing games just in a new format it will be hard to make a profit.
It also requires a lot of capital to open and maintain a casino. But since you ask for your boss I assume that there is a lot of capital involved and shouldn't be an issue. An alternative could be for you to maybe not create an all new casino, just buy a stake in an existing casino that is already profitable. Like this you wouldn't need to get the expertise to run a casino and can still profit of the hype.
2262  Economy / Economics / Re: The first rule of investing is saving on: April 28, 2022, 08:27:18 AM
Of course you need to save first before you can start investing. Having no money makes if almost impossible to generate any wealth out of it. There are two options starting with no funds, first is going for high risk investment and hoping to make a decent profit. Unfortunately many high risk projects will just make you lose your money. The second option is to borrow money to invest it. That's not a great strategy either, because when you lose some of it you still have to repay the loan. Best is to save first and invest later. What I find very hilarious is that many of these self help gurus with their financial independence books only become rich by selling the books. And for the people it would probably better to save the 20$ instead of buying another book. In today's world we need capital to make a profit.
2263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 28, 2022, 07:18:49 AM
I just heard this morning from a colleague that he bet some decent money on Villarreal yesterday and on the match next Tuesday. No idea how he came up with the idea that they have any chance against Liverpool. Liverpool was already a clear favourite before the match, but the game yesterday was really one sided. I mean seeing 74% ball possession in a professional tournament already shows you how limited the impact from Villarreal was. There is no way for them to come back from this. Real Madrid vs Manchester City looked like a much closer game. My money is with Man City for Wednesday, looks like it's going to be a full English final. The teams look really equal in strength, I would probably stick with Liverpool for the finals, they won their last game vs Man City. Also Jürgen Klopp is an awesome coach, he deserve it
2264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think New Casino Should Partnered With Bounty Managers To Gain Trust? on: April 27, 2022, 10:08:44 AM
Yes of course, it's a good idea to team up with well known bounty managers from the forum. Bitcointalk has been around for so many years, there are some well respected users here who would be a good addition to any new project. Running successful campaigns here on the forum for years gives a huge trust bonus. I think for any new crypto casino it's a good idea to run a signature campaign here on the forum. It's a good way to spread your name and attract gamblers. Also it's the first step to work with a campaign manager here. The only problem is how to get the managers involved, with so much experience they will definitely ask for monetary compensation or maybe a small stake in the casino. Nobody would like to give their name to something that doesn't look like a success.
2265  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin continues to decline, what causes it? on: April 27, 2022, 09:55:05 AM
I wouldn't say it's a big decline yet, bitcoins are still trading around the 40,000 USD level. In my opinion it's a sideways trend we see for a while now. As long as the world is facing all these big issues there won't be any big price jumps up or down. There are always some minor news which influence the price short term, but I don't see anything major happening that could tricker a sell off. The last big news of Elon Musk could have some investors worried that he will try to promote his own Doge coin at the expense of Bitcoins. I wouldn't really worry too much about that, bitcoins tend to always bounce back stronger.
2266  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk makes offer to buy Twitter on: April 27, 2022, 09:29:11 AM
Was a nice move by Elon Musk to buy Twitter. Paying 44bn USD for it isn't even 20% of his networth and since he likes to hold a lot of his money in liquid assets it shouldn't hurt him much. I am wondering why so many people are against this acquisition. Elon Musk is an active twitter user himself, if he has a new vision for twitter why not give him a chance? It seems all the left wing activities are afraid to lose power on twitter. But Elon already stated he wants to promote freedom of speech on twitter. So we might see a wider spread of different opinion and users can argue against each other. In the end it comes down to the readers to remain critical and not believe everything they read online.
2267  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you prefer lots of promotions over better RTP? on: April 27, 2022, 08:04:51 AM
Its all about the personal preferences, some people would like to make a bonus spins because there's a chance getting the jackpot at the highest price of the game, well its ll about the luck with that mostly of course slot games is the ideal for this kind of game. For the RTP its ideal for the large amount of wager such as in the event of the leaderboard highest wage of all time for a day, week or monthly  base they gained profit by doing this kind of activity of course to the people who does not play large wages. I prefer with the Bonus spins.

Bonus spins sounds always nice, but I never heard from anybody who wins a lot of money from these bonus spins. For years I am eagerly jumping on any new promotion that gives away bonus spins. They are fun to use, but my profits are usually just 0.1-0.3$. It makes sense for casino to only give away small amounts during such big promotions. Just wondering if there is someone who manages to score big with them. On paper playing at a casino with many promotions looks very nice, there is always free stuff to collect and keeps us gamblers engaged. That is probably also why I prefer to see new promotion campaigns rather than just plain games with good RTP. But for our profits it is probably better to play on casinos with high RTP games. Getting higher wins on average will likely offset the money we could have gotten from free promotions.
2268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where does your country stand ? on: April 27, 2022, 07:40:35 AM
I was just as surprised as you guys since I did expect other countries to show up here as well instead of the ones that already did but you can recheck the same on the source : https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.worldatlas.com/amp/articles/countries-that-gamble-the-most.html
Other than that US , Canada,. Japan , UK are few of the countries known for their absolute support of the crypto casinos as well.
What about your country as well ??

Is there only an issue for me on that website, or can none of you scroll down in the list? For me it only shows 10 countries that gamble the most. I was hoping for the full list to check out other countries too, or it might just be an issue in my browser. Half of the countries among the Top 10 I wouldn't have expected on that list. For Spain and Greece I know that they like to gamble a lot, but countries like Norway or Finland I always thought of being very disciplined. Seeing them on the list is very new to me. Las Vegas might be very big, but so is the whole USA. For them to be on the list it would probably need a few more Las Vegas all around the States. Doesn't it seem a bit off that the list only focuses on the average gambling losses per adults? So this list should be rather called the countries which losses the most in gambling? Maybe there are other countries who are better at winning Cheesy?
2269  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I started investing in crypto 4 years ago but recently did I made profits on: April 26, 2022, 11:55:34 AM
That's a great success story, I am really happy for you that you managed to turn around your trading results. For me trading was one of the hardest things I got into and I lost countless times money in the past. After so many bad trades I think now it's just part of the game when being a beginner. For me the problem was being too optimistic, I tend to focus stronger on the good possible outcomes instead of the high risk scenario. You maybe also had some luck last year with the general market direction, but that's part of the game. Only when you are invested you can profit of the market. I really like how much you learned in the last few years. That's probably the most important trait of a successful trader, to learn from past mistakes and to not repeat them.
2270  Economy / Economics / Re: Russian Gas ban - A problem for Europe or suicide for Russia? on: April 26, 2022, 09:08:20 AM

Europe & USA have a huge advantage over Russia, this is the education. Where do people go dream to study? In Russia, no! In the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, France, Ireland, Switzerland and other countries? Hell yes! Were top scientists from Russia? Hell no! But from western countries - hell yes.

Sure the education in western countries seems much higher than in Russia, but there is a big issue here in Europa what we don't have and what Russia has a lot of. And that is natural resources. On paper Europe looks like a good continent with a lot of strong countries. But if the whole world trading would collapse, so would Europa. We are highly dependant on imports. The question is on what cost is Europe willing to cancel the gas trade with Russia? Buying gas from Russia makes the most sense for us because it's the closest country and they already have pipelines running to us. It takes years to build pipelines, we can't just change the infrastructure for gas overnight. There is a lot of good ideas how a nation can reduce it dependency on gas and move to other energy sources, the problem is that none of these options can be short term.  Also how long will these sanctions against Russia going to last? Should we never buy anymore gas from Russia? Not even in 5 or 10 years? I don't think it's possible to have forever lasting sanctions. The economic cost for Europe is much higher from the sanction than American or Asian countries.
2271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pay for coffee with Bitcoin on: April 26, 2022, 07:39:21 AM
Nice to see you opened a coffee shop for crypto users in Nigeria, hopefully everything is going well and you make a little profit. It's good to hear that there is more and more demand around the world  for such business.  If Abuja wasn't so far away from me, I would definitely stop by for a coffee  Smiley, but would probably not pay with Bitcoins. At the moment I am still trying to rebuild my crypto portfolio, so paying anything for in bitcoins or other cryptos is counterproductive. It is important for any crypto coffee shop to accept a wide range of currencies, that makes it easier for the customer to pay in whatever is best for them. It would be nice also to maybe once a month make a get together for all the other crypto investors, that could come to your coffee shop and sit down and talk about new trends.
2272  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling exploit (LEGAL) on: April 26, 2022, 06:42:43 AM
I think it's time to lock this thread, because we can only speculate what the OP really wanted to tell us. This was clearly not a serious guy signing up on the forum and just posting 3 times here about an gambling exploit  Cheesy He hasn't been online for more than 3 weeks and didn't post anything specific on that exploit. Maybe it was meant to be an April fools joke, just one day earlier? We all can agree that there is no real exploit here. And to be honest, if there was an exploit to make $200k riskfree profit. Why would anybody sign up to a forum and give away that exploit for free? Once it's posted publicly all the casinos will know about it also and patch the exploit asap. Instead of just being quite and becoming a millionaire he wants to give his secret away for free? Seems highly suspicious to me. The wierd thing is that he didn't ask for any money, hard to imagine his motive.
2273  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders paradise on: April 25, 2022, 11:43:28 AM
If your friend is only showing you profits, but won't give you anymore information than he is definitely hiding something. There is no trader in the world who only makes profits. Even the best here will have a bad trade from time to time. It's very easy to look like a good trader if you hide your losses. Just buy 10 different alt coins, and after 6 months at least one of them will turn into good profit and the rest who didn't perform you just hide. Don't be discouraged by your friend, its very hard to succeed in trading. You already took the first steps, stick with it. But make sure to manage your expections. Getting rich overnight only happens to a very few lucky people. From every trade you will earn something new. For now focus on getting experience.
2274  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you advertise your casino? on: April 25, 2022, 11:06:19 AM
The online gambling market became very competitive over the last 12 months. A lot of new casinos opened up and are fighting over market shares. The old school casinos who are still around today have huge customer base. It's very hard to compete against the industry behemoth. As for your bankroll it depends on your target customer base. If you are looking for average gamblers you should probably limit the amounts of promotions and you jut need 100-200k. But if you target high rollers and whales its better to have at least 1 million to cover short notice withdrawals. For advertising I would recommend running a signature here on the forum. And once you have some active customers you could also put some adds on Google.
2275  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia Was Prepared to Withstand Sanctions. Why Wasn't Europe Prepared to Impose on: April 25, 2022, 10:40:21 AM
I think that nobody in Europe actually believed that Putin would go into a full war with Ukraine. Maybe people now say they knew it was happening and expected it, that seems wrong to me. If the West would have known about the war than it would have been possible to prepare for the sanctions. Russia is the aggressor, they planned everything even if the plans where not accurate they could atleast prepare for the impact of the sanctions. The main problem for Europe they need the gas from Russia. Sure USA would love to sell more liquid gas to Europe, but its more expensive. We can't just ruin the economies in Europe to hurt Russia. Every sanction not only hurts the targeted country but also the country imposing the sanctions. If economy is affected too much, the people will just vote for another party that will loosen the sanctions again.
2276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are new bitcoin users early or late to the party? on: April 25, 2022, 08:19:13 AM
I dont think we're gonna see anymore gains like people of the 2010s and 13s experienced. and even 2017...|

Will btc ever hit a million? Or hundred million?

I kick myself so hard every night going to sleep that I didn't get in earlier. Liek I'll literally have dreams of being in 2013 when I first heard about it and buying some... T_T

You shouldn't worry about these things, there is no point feeling bad about the past. You can't turn back time and change everything. It's also not healthy losing sleep over this. Most of us here on the forum started to get involved after bitcoins where more valuable 1$. We all could feel bad about being go late to the party. But I do think that bitcoins will keep rising long term. There is no way the sideways trend will be forever. The world changed a lot from last year, Russia Ukraine war, rising inflation, worse economic outlook. There are so many problems we face right now and still bitcoins are holding strong. Don't worry so much and try to forget everything for a couple of months. When you come back prices will be higher.
2277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: April 25, 2022, 07:37:44 AM
BLAST Premier Spring Showdowns in Europe and North America are starting on Wednesday 27th. Semi Finals will then be on the weekend. There will be some really exciting games coming up, looking forward to it. Liquid vs paiN is probably the most one sided game this season, who is looking for a small profit could bet on Liquid here, this seems like sure a sure win for Liquid. The payout with below 1.1 seems almost a waste of the funds. In my opinion much better games are Astralis vs Movistar Riders, should be a good win for Astralis. And also NiP vs Bad News Eagles should be an easy win for NiP. They played already last week against each other and NiP won that one.
2278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: April 24, 2022, 08:14:37 AM

Of course there is a big difference between the leagues these teams take place in so it doesn't matter much which one is in the league, because the teams that win all the matches against the simple teams can be very unsuccessful in the European matches (: West Ham are also one of the strongest candidates at the moment and I think we will watch in the final game, they can win their game against Frankfurt. We will watch a good final match Cheesy

West Ham United has good chances of winning against Frankfurt and going to the finals. But after the Barcelona loss I am really afraid to bet against Frankfurt, maybe we will see another miracle. So far I haven't put down any bet yet for the semi finals, maybe I will just skip this round and only put down a small bet on RB Leipzig vs Rangers. The payout for Leipzig winning is so low that there isn't much profit to be made and better to wait for the finals. If there won't be any surprises than we are going to see West Ham United playing against RB Leipzig in the finals. In the finals I will definitely put my money on Leipzig again. Will be close match though.
2279  Economy / Economics / Re: How Capitalism defeated socialism? on: April 24, 2022, 08:04:44 AM
The verdict is in, and contrary to what socialists say, capitalism, with all its warts, is the preferred economic system to bring the masses out of poverty and to make them productive citizens in our country and in countries around the world. Remember this: Capitalism rewards merit, socialism rewards mediocrity. I mean, socialism talking about equality but it is just a beautiful lie , and capitalism is an ugly truth !

I wouldn't really say that capitalism defeated socialism, rather socialism together with communism defeated itself. Looking at the political systems today we all agree that capitalism was the better system. USA grew so much stronger in the last 80 years than Soviet Union or China. Socialism is strongly connected to communism and share a lot of the same principals. On paper it is a good system, it focuses on the common good of a country and helping everybody to have a better life. Things like central plannings makes that everybody should have enough and nobody is missing out. The problem is that people at the top are changing with power. Even if they were very good people before coming in office, once they taste all the power and money they will change. Instead of focusing on the common good eventually the politicians start to focusing on their own good, accumulating wealth and being open to corruption.
2280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a good way to privately buy Bitcoin? on: April 24, 2022, 07:43:53 AM

So is there anything like a decentralized exchange for Bitcoin where you can get current market price and exchange stablecoins with Bitcoin with other people? Or any other good buying option that preserves privacy?

I am not aware of such an exchange these days. It became the norm for exchanges to request a lot of information from their customers to avoid the problem of money laundering and tax evasion. Crypto currencies became so mainstream in the last 18 month that exchange companies need to protect themselves. Being labeled as supporting criminal activities can be the end of an exchange.
If you want real privacy, have you thought about finding similar minded people in your area? You could either look for gettogethers of a crypto community, or maybe maybe some local adds that you want to buy crypto currencies. Doing transactions directly with each other - like paying cash for cryptos would give you the highest level of anonymity. Just make sure you meet somewhere in a public place and verify that the funds are real before bringing large sums of cash with you.
