241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PEPE AI Scamcoin ? on: May 12, 2023, 12:20:49 PM
Is the PEPE AI scamcoin or another memecoin ?

Who knows. To be honest i would not touch anything with Pepe in it's name. Those are all just stupid and non creative tries to get some money out of the whole attention that the launch of PEPE generated. They just took PEPE and also added AI to it. That is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. They just slapped together the two biggest buzzwords at the moment and really expect that people would take this project seriously. I know that a lot of people have become rich with PEPE but stuff like that only happends once every 2 years or so. The last time was with Shiba Inu and now Pepe. Just stay away from all those meme-coins now.

Do you have any source/link to this news which i think is completely false, Real Madrid aren't trying to sign Mbappe again, at least not now, it is going to be almost impossible for any club to sign Mbappe right now, Mbappe is under contract thus PSG are going to demand an outrageous amount for the transfer fee, then there is his salary/wages. Jude Bellingham is the 'Galactico signing' that Real Madrid want to make in the summer. Having said that, Vinicius Junior is one of the best left wing forwards in the world right now, why should Real Madrid even want to sign Mbappe, who is going to be the makeshift player between the duo if that deal goes through.

I also think that this year a transfer of Mbappe to Real Madrid (or to any other club) is very unlikely. As you already said Real Madrid is probably going all in for Jude Bellingham because he will cost a transfer of 120 to 150 M€. There is no chance that Real is doing two such big transfers in the same transfer period. That being said, i am pretty sure that Mbappe will definitely want to leave PSG in the next years. It is pretty obvious by now that the chances of him winning the Champions League are not that high if he stays at Paris. Messi will be gone after this season and so far the officials of PSG have failed to build a good team. They have spent and ridiculous amount of money on the very big names in football but they did not build a team that is strong on every position and that has a good chemistry.

No dybala, No smalling, No wijnaldum. These are important players owned by roma but they were unable to play against leverkusen while at the same time leverkusen is coming with its best squads. Roma was in disadvantage in this case.
Leverkusen may be going fully offensive against roma.

I did not even know that AS Roma has 3 such important players missing for the match against Leverkusen today. Usually 1 or 2 players that are missing should not have a big impact on a good team but 3 at the same time is quite a lot in my opinion and definitely could be a factor today. For me both teams are pretty much at the same level at the moment. AS Roma might have the bigger name in Europe but looking at the squads, it is obvious, that the squad of Leverkusen has a value that is more than 100 Million € more valuable than the one of AS Roma. So i definitely think it would be wrong to say that Leverkusen is the big underdog today.
244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 11, 2023, 11:44:06 AM
Christian Pulisic is expected to leave Chelsea soon. It is said that Chelsea are trying to raise some funds these days so this is one of the main reasons why they are thinking of selling Pulisic. Apart from that Pulisic hasn't even been able to find chances as many as in the past seasons here. He has been able to score only 1 goal and make only 1 assist. It doesn't look like he is one of the irrevocable players now.

Napoli and Juventus are the most speculated teams with his name lately. Moreover it looks like Chelsea are likely to make some significant loss in his transfer. Because they signed him for €64m but his current market value is €32m now. Let's say they managed to sell him for his current value it is still half the money they spent on this transfer from Dortmund.

Christian Pulisic seems to be another one of those players that were performing great for one team and created a lot of attention and hype there around him but then once he has joined the next club he somehow is not able to perform at that level anymore for whatever reasons. This is also true for Jadon Sancho, who had a market value of 130 Million € when he was playing for Dortmund and now at Manchester United he is not even playing as a starter most of the time. It will be interesting to see where Pulisic will go next. I would guess that it will be a club again that is one tier below Chelsea, so maybe an Italian team makes sense.
245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 11, 2023, 11:39:41 AM
From the level of possession, it is very clear that both of them are performing well, but Inter Milan has a better advantage than AC Milan because they were able to score early in the first half of the match. And from the results of the first leg, at least Inter Milan will have the capital when facing the second leg match which will take place at their own cage later, although I hope AC Milan can provide a more fierce resistance when playing at home to Inter Milan.

To win a football match you don't only need a good performance and a good shape, you also need the momentum and timing on your side if it is a close game and also some luck. Yesterday everything just went in Inter's way pretty much from the beginning, when you are scoring such an early goal after a corner kick, then the whole plan of the opponent is basically irrelevant after 5 minutes and it is also a huge shock for them. Then only a few minutes later the second goal happened from Inter which made things even worse for AC Milan obviously. Even though i have to say that the second goal was a nice one and it was AC Milans own fault to not defend better there.

Yes, according to reports Verratti wants to leave PSG and wants to find new challenges. In my opinion, the rumors of his move to Real Madrid are quite reasonable because he is one of the best midfielders in the world. In line with these rumors, Real Madrid are also looking for an experienced midfielder to replace Modric or Kroos. Although the two Madrid midfielders are still holding out, they are no longer able to fully collaborate in high-level matches. Verratti is the right figure to be used as an alternative to increase the strength of the midfield. Then Ancelotti can also be the right reason for Verratti to be in the Madrid uniform because the two of them have also worked together at PSG.

To be honest, for me the rumors that Verratti could move to Real Madrid do not really make sense at all. In the last few days, they were numerous reports and news, that Real is in the pole position to sign Jude Bellingham for the next season. So if Bellingham comes he will cost Real Madrid at least 120 M€ probably even more and Real already has a lot of midfielders. Toni Kroos will prolong his contract at Real and it looks like Modric will also play another year for Real. So if Bellingham will really join Madrid too after this season then i think there is no chance at all, that Verratti will come to. First of all because of the money and of course also because the midfield is already more than full then.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: May 10, 2023, 05:40:21 PM
I have mentioned multiple times in past here that people should be cautious with alt coins. If some coin has moved up like 100% or more in just 24 hours, it does not mean that you should also purchase the coin. You should first understand the reason behind prices moving up. Then, you should also analyze the benefits and demerits of the project.

At the moment it seems like a lot of attention in the altcoin market is going to all those stupid meme-coins that are launching each and every day. Until a few weeks ago i was off the opinion, that the whole meme-coin hype is dying slowly but surely because after ShibaInu there was not really a big meme-coin since. Now PEPE came pretty much out of nowhere and that stupid meme-coin hype is revived again it seems, which is a shame in my opinion because i think it is harmful for the crypto-market as a whole because it takes away attention and of course also cash from the "real" projects that are actually trying to do something.
248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 10, 2023, 10:50:14 AM
It was a pretty interesting game honestly. In the first half Manchester City were the much more effective side but Real Madrid scored a goal. In the second half Real Madrid started to make some improvement in their effort and this time Manchester City found the equalizer. De Bruyne's goal was as great as Vinicius Junior's honestly.

I agree. It was a pretty good game to watch as a neutral spectator. I also was pretty happy that the game was way more open than most experts and media have predicted before the match, because most of them were pretty much saying that this time Manchester City is simply way to strong for Real Madrid. Even though City was crazy dominant in the first 30 minutes or so, it did not really seem to bother Real Madrid that much. They just defended and waited for their opportunity and then Vinicius Jr. scored that great goal.
In the second half Real even was the way better team and was pretty close to a 2-0, but then City scored with this beautiful shot of De Bruyne.

So City needed 2 lucky shots from the distance now to score their first goal both against Bayern Munich and also against Real now. They are that dominant in the Champions League as most people think.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: convert cardano (ADA) into Tether (USD T) on: May 10, 2023, 10:46:30 AM
Please advise best way (tutorial) how to swap Cardano into Tether.
what is the most advantageous way to arrange the swap,
rates?
thanks for the help

As others in this thread have already mentioned, there are many different ways to trade your Cardano for USDT. You can use a decentralized exchange that is running on the Cardano chain but i don't know how big the liquidity is for such a trading pair on the Dexes. Also you would get Cardano USDT then and you probably would like to have those USDT on the Ethereum or BSC chain i would assume.
Therefore i would say that the easiest and safest way to get those USDT would be to send your Cardano to a CEX like Binance, Kucoin, Kraken or whatever and then simply trade it for USDT there. Maybe you have to register and do a KYC first if you have not used Cexes before, but that takes not that long.

It seems Paris Saint Germain's management board has finally risen from their ruins and are ready to a vital change that'll benefit the club and I think it'll be a very welcome development for the club and their fans.
PSG's current set of players are arguably one of the best top three clubs in the world in terms of quality players and that's why they need a world class manager with proven track records in delivering great tactical works. Jose Mourinho is surely the kind of manager they need at the club to restore orderliness and tactical discipline in the team. Mourinho is no nonsense coach who can perfectly handle the entire squad including the high profile players.

I am not so sure if Paris Saint Germain really belongs to the top 3 teams of the world in regards to the quality of the squad. I mean yeah they have those 3 huge names in the offense with Mbappe, Messi and Neymar but the rest of the team is not really that world class in my opinion except maybe Marquinhos and Mendes. That is also the reason why PSG did not win the CL yet even though the sheikh has invested so much money already. Messi will leave the club very likely and Mbappe is also looking to leave the club. So there is not much glory left then.
The officials of PSG should stop to just sign the big names of the game but they should look instead to form a team that is motivated and that is strong on every position.
Also i am not sure if Mourinho would be the perfect coach for PSG he always lets his teams play very defensively. I don't know if the fans of PSG would like that.

And after a few hours, the much awaited Fast League match between Real Madrid and Manchester City is going to start.  We can only consider such matches in UEFA Champions League finals but this season unfortunately Real Madrid and Manchester City are facing each other in the semi-finals.  I say unfortunate because either of these two teams Real Madrid and Manchester City will go to the final and one team will be eliminated. Real Madrid have a great chance to reach the final of the UEFA Champions League once again. Pep Guardiola wants to see Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League final anyway. And Manchester City's main target is the second league match which will be held in Manchester.

I just read a few articles and watched some sports news and it seems like all the experts and the media is acting like Real Madrid has 0 chance against Manchester and that ManCity is basically already in the final of the Champions League. I would be very careful with such statements and predictions to be honest. Obviously Manchester City is by far the strongest football team in the world at the moment and they are also in a very good shape, they have the momentum on their side and they also don't really have that much injured key players if i am not wrong.
Still Real Madrid is the best club in the history of the Champions League and they have proven last year, that they don't need to be the best team to win the competition.
252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 09, 2023, 08:46:21 AM
Yeah and usually what so called 'respected' club gets loan easily lol
Barca’s debts included almost €390m (£334m/$412m) in player salaries, more than €670m (£574m/$708m) owed to banks ... that's according to several trusted source , so yeah speaking about the transfer windows for barcelona , they have to think twice before making any decision as their financial at its worst.

Well i definitely agree, that Barcelona should think twice before making any big transfers in the summer because of their huge debts, but to be honest i heavily doubt that the officials of Barca are that reasonable. They have already proven in the last summer, that they are acting pretty irresponsible. They have bought a lot of players and spent 120 Million € for transfers even though they even had to sell huge parts of club property before to not go completely bankrupt and instead of using that money that was generated that way to pay back their debts, they use it to buy new players. Then they could not even register one of them at the beginning because of their financial situation.
If Barca continues like that, then they will be out of service pretty soon in my opinion.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the signs of the next bull market for cryptocurrencies ? on: May 09, 2023, 08:41:39 AM

We have seen high contrast of market situations in real business world and the crypto space recently: Banks like SVB went bankrupt and caused a lot of fear and anxiety in the market; after a price drop within a short period, Bitcoin has gone up excessively to a high price which seems to be stable for a while; ETH and other big name altcoins have also enjoyed a price surge. More people are predicting that the next bull market is around the corner.  Is this true ? Or are you ready for the next bull market ? I am with FireDAO team, in charge of the global community. Please let me know if you are interested in our new project.

At the moment the whole crypto market is almost impossible to predict in my opinion, even for people that really have a lot of knowledge about the market. The recent pump of Bitcoin to above 30k$ per coin came completely unexpected for me because at the same time the traditional financial markets were struggeling and in the past most of the time this also meant that the crypto market went down at the same time.
Now since two days or so the markets went down and Bitcoin is now at around 27,5k$ per coin which is the lowest price in the last 7 days. So i think it is very much possible that we are going down even more from here on like way lower, but of course this is also just a guess.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 07, 2023, 05:08:47 PM
Even if Dortmund wins their next match, they won't maintain the streak till the end of the season, they will still lose one or more of their reminaning matches. Dortmund is not as confident has Bayern Munich in terms of pursuing a title, not before, not now. Let's assume for now that they have succeeded a Wolfsburg, their next clashes in line is Monchengladbash, Augsburg and Mainz which I am very sure they won't win all. If Dortmund is serious for title let them groom players and keep them for competitions.

To be honest i have tought the same. I thought that Bayern probably does not even win to win every match of those last 3 because Dortmund will probably not be able to win each of their own remaining 3 games. I expected Dortmund to be nervous today because it was possible, that they basically lose the race for the Bundesliga title today after the win of Bayern yesterday. I also thought that Wolfsburg would be a pretty tough nut to crack for Dortmund.
Now the game is in the 80th minute and Dortmund is leading with 5-0. Of course for such a result you also need a bit of luck like that goal of Bellingham that hit the post but still went into the goal afterwards in a pretty weird way, but there is no doubt that Dortmund is totally dominating that game and that the win is absolutely deserved.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 07, 2023, 11:21:42 AM
Bayern beat Werder Bremen and now have a 4-point advantage over Dortmund, although Bayern's victory was not convincing, especially in the second half. Dortmund can beat Wolfsborg today and keep this intrigue, especially since the series of home victories has already reached 10 victories and very often these are high-scoring matches. I expect Dortmund to win and I also expect that the hosts will score at least two goals and the intrigue in the Bundesliga will still remain.

I am pretty sure, that Borussia Dortmund is feeling a lot of pressure now before the match today. They basically need to win or the race for the Bundesliga title is pretty much over in my opinion, because if Dortmund is only achieving a draw today then Bayern would be 3 points ahead and addition to that Bayern has the way better goal difference, so Bayern could even lose a game then.
Of course Dortmund is the favorite today against Wolfsburg but i think it won't be an easy game for them because Wolfsburg is in a pretty good shape recently. Then again Dortmund is playing at home and that has always been a huge buff for them from my perspective. It will be an interesting game.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm getting tired of the high fees for gwei on: May 07, 2023, 11:17:40 AM
The high fees of gwei in Ethereum transactions are due to the supply and demand dynamics of the network. When the network is congested, users need to pay higher fees to prioritize their transactions. The popularity of DeFi and NFTs has increased demand for Ethereum transactions, leading to higher fees.

Yeah i am also pretty frustrated with the current state of the Ethereum network. I am only a small investor and with the current prices for a swap, a staking transaction or even a normal transaction the ETH network is almost unusable because i don't want to pay 40$ for gas if the worth of my transaction is only 50$. I am currently sitting on some tokens that would need to be staked in order to get interest on it, but so far i have not staked them because it is just to expensive for me.
Seems like the change from PoW to PoS really did not effect the transaction prices at all, which is pretty sad.
257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 06, 2023, 08:53:57 PM
Bayern's match ended with 3 points back for them even though it was quite thrilling, especially in the 86th minute, Niklas Schmidt managed to reduce the lag for Bremen, but that did not make Bayern lose points in this match.
The match was actually quite exciting, but on the other hand, this still shows how Bayern still needs improvement in terms of finishing and the defense they are doing.

It seems like that Bayern Munich is just not able to win a game in a dominant way. Today was not that bad of a performance in my opinion. In the first half Bayern played not so well but even then they completely dominated the game but they just were not able to create any good chances out of it. The only big chance that they had in the first half was after a free kick of Kimmich.
The second half was better and the 2-0 lead was definitely deserved but then again they have failed to really seal the deal with a third goal and then it can always become complicated gain. The goal of Bremen was beautiful but of course also pretty lucky. So if you want to be safe even if you get such a lucky goal, then you need to score more goals yourself.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High gas fee for sending token is still a problem on: May 06, 2023, 08:49:32 PM
I have more interest in altcoins than bitcoin because they give more ROI, but we are not in a bull market yet and Ethereum gas fee keeps surging since yesterday, it is fair if you are sending ETH from a wallet to another but the real deal is when you plan to send tokens from a wallet to another, the gas is high and this makes me wonder what will happen in a bull market, because most of my tokens are on Erc-20 chain, what is a good way to be prepared for this?

I am also the type of investor, that is preferring to invest into altcoins instead of into bitcoin. I joined the crypto market back in 2017 and even back then it already felt to me like i was already to late for Bitcoin, because the early investors had already made a x10000 or something with bitcoin even back then and i just don't like to invest into such projects. I only invest small amounts into crypto so if i invest 100$ into bitcoin then maybe those will be 200$ in a few years but that is not really an amount that will do anything for me.
The current fees on ETH make it's whole chain almost completely unusable for me. I only make small investments and if i have to pay 50$ for a swap than i prefer to not make a trade at all.
259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 06, 2023, 02:58:00 PM
Until the last minute of the game, I thought I lost the bet because I was thinking Schalke wins the game but they got the important three points from this game in the last seconds and now Schalke is the 14th team in the league they are trying to get more points and don't enter the danger zone anymore which is something possible for them if they continue this performance.

Well congrats to your won bet. Also this is now the second time in a row that Schalke 04 is able to turn around a game literally in the last minutes of the game. I think this is a proof that at the moment the confidence and the attitude of the team of Schalke is definitely pretty high. If they continue like this than they really have a pretty good chance to stay in the Bundesliga. I think no one would have expected that 2 months ago or so when they were on the last place of the table with many many points less than the team in front of them.
Still it is also pretty likely for Schalke to go down so they need to stay focused and they need to win games in order to really be safe.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 2 questions that bother me on: May 06, 2023, 02:53:32 PM
Hi everyone,
1/ Who determines the price of a token at launch?
For example, the SUI token cost a few cents in pre-sale and was listed at almost $1.50 on the Binance listing
2/ In your experience, is it a good idea to buy a chip the second it is listed for a profit?
Thanks for clarifying.

Well usually the listing price is the same price as the last one of the funding round or only slightly above that. If i remember correctly, than the listing price of Sui was also 0,1$ per coin because this was also the price of the public sale that was held on KuCoin. Sui is a very big project therefore a lot more people wanted to join the public sale then there were spots apparently and therefore there was a big buy pressure right after the listing.
So this means that Sui was listed for 0,1 on KuCoin but shot up to 1,50 or so withing a few seconds or minutes. In hindsight it would have been a good move to try to buy Sui as soon as it gets listed and as fast as possible, because then you would have been able to get it for below 0,50$ i would guess.
It is also possible that a project is dumping below the listing price. So it is hard to tell in advance what to do.
