1221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Current Financial Market Condition on: July 14, 2022, 08:43:19 PM
Fiat currency & the world financial market is in real trouble. We will see many people thrown into poverty over the next year.
Protect yourself & buy bitcoin, it’s the emergency exit.

I don't know i think the first sentence of your statement is definitely true. I just heard in the news today that we can expect that the prices for gas will triple within the next months. If that is really true then i think this has a huge impact on a lot of people. I don't know how it is in other countries but here in germany a lot of people are heating with gas and therefore a lot of people have to pay probably a few thousand euros more per year which is a huge amount.
I would guess though that we will see the prices of cryptos falling even more because of that, because if money is really short then i don't think that people will use it to invest into crypto or any other financial assets or products. We will see.

You haven't seen the latest news for Dortmund haven't you, we can not know for sure if Bayern Munich will still stand as the champion next season until the next season starts, right now Dortmund is  preparing a team for the next season, and we all know how Dortmund is making diamonds out from these players now Gio Reyna is back on Dortmund and Sebastian Haller is with the team aswell, and from his interview, he really thinks that Dortmund has a chance to topple Bayern Munich and he is pretty much enjoying his stay with his new club,

Hmm. I agree that Sebastian Haller is a really great player. I was already a big fan of him, when he was still playing for Eintracht Frankfurt because even back then it was already obvious that he is extremely talented and a very efficient striker. That being said Erling Haaland was also a great striker there is no doubt about that and therefore Dortmund did definitely not increase their quality in that position. The transfers of Niklas Süle and Schlotterbeck are definitely great transfer and should give Dortmund more stability in the defense.
With the transfer of Mane and possibly De Ligt i still think though that Bayern was able to make bigger transfers this summer. So i don't think that Dortmund will be closer next season.
1223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It looks like the bad guys have struck again on: July 14, 2022, 04:30:29 PM
In a recent tweet, Binance CEO Changpeng CZ revealed that a sophisticated phishing campaign targeting liquidity providers (LPs) of the Uniswap v3 protocol has resulted in attackers making off with at least $4.7 million worth of Ether (ETH). However, the community is reporting the losses could be even greater. This is yet another reminder of the importance of being vigilant when it comes to cryptocurrency trading and managing your digital assets.

It is a sad reality that the crypto space is probably the worst community in terms of shilling and scamming. It seems like there are whole companies that are specialized in scamming crypto investors or crypto newbies in special. You just need to post a question in any of the official telegram channels of a crypto project and withing a minutes you get like 5 messages of different people that want to help you. Of course those guys are scammers that want your private key and your money. Most of us are already aware of such activity and therefore that is not really a threat anymore but attacks like the one you mentioned still seems to have quite a success which is a shame.

Ferrari were still dealing with serious problems even though they were faster than Red Bull today. Sainz got rid of a disaster by getting out of his car in time. Leclerc was nearly DNF too if there were at least a few more laps to go. The team must solve their issues as quick as possible. We are in the middle of the season but they still haven't learned their lesson. Otherwise being the champions will stay as a dream for them. These problems will most probably cause Leclerc to end the season without being the champion as well.

Well i don't think it is that easy. I think they definitely know that they really need to improve their reliability of the whole car but especially of the power unit in order to have a chance to fight for the drivers championship and also for the constructors championship, but this is pretty hard to do. I am not a mechanical engineer but i would guess that it is way harder to fix reliability issue with your engine then to just try out new aerodynamic parts. First of all you have to find the cause of the problems which is already pretty complicated because a f1 engine is consists of so many parts and then you have to find a way to fix that problem. Ferrari is doing their best but it is a difficult task.

Upcoming matches on group C
Sweden vs Swiss
Sweden @1.15
Swiss @19.8
A bit shocked to see the odds for Swiss indeed before this tournament begin Swiss had poor performance even on friendly match they were lose 7-0 from Germany and from their 5 recent matches Swiss never wins so maybe that's why bookmakers giving high odds for them and in the other hand Netherland seems the favourite can beat Portugal

Well the truth is that there is still a huge difference between mens football and womens football in terms of the quality of the different teams. In mens soccer even the small countries are now having a very professional infrastructure to find new talents and to then develop them as best as possible from a pretty early age on. In womens soccer those infrastructures are not as developed or not there at all and afaik a lot of those national players still have to do a regular job besides the football. This is the reason why there is still such a big difference in the quality of the teams even in a tournament like the Euro. That is why we are seeing so many clear results in this tournament.
1226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 13, 2022, 07:19:21 PM
The guy has no heart according to Mourinho.  He played really well at Real Madrid back in the day because all those players around him complemented his style of play and were very good players.  When Arsenal acquired him for I think a then club record fee due to pressure from the fans, it turned out he wasn't as good as he was when he was playing with players a tier below Real Madrid's players.  He didn't shine and wasn't able to.  In short...  He was a flop.

Well it is definitely true that Mesut Özil is one of the players that shows the least emotion before, during and also after that match, but of course that does not mean that he has no heart or that he is not motivated. Özil never was a player that was playing aggressively or that was good at defending or pressing the opponents defenders or stuff like that, so he kinda does not really fit into the football that is modern since 4 or 5 years where even the central attackers is already pressing again to get the ball back and where everyone needs to be as fast as possible.
Özil still was a great player to watch as he had an exceptional eye for the game and for his team mates. He was and is probably one of the best in giving assists ever.
1227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Women's Euro 2022 on: July 13, 2022, 10:21:01 AM
Strange that Spain didn't manage to score. In my opinion, the match was even, but the German team got lucky and won the match. If you look at the stats of the game, it's on Spain's side, they had more attacks and the same number of shots on goal. But the realisation of these shots is zero.

That was the first match of the womens euro that i watched completely and i have to say that Spain would have deserved to score at least 1 goal yesterday i mean they were better in basically all statistics, well except in scored goals which is the only really important one obviously. That being said, i also have to say that Spain also definitely would have deserved to get a red card when the german player was running towards their goal. I was really surprised that the video referee did not intervene there as it was a clear mistake by the referee but ok. Also spain did not have that many clear chances to score so i guess the win for Germany is not that undeserved.
1228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Muuinu next big memecoin? on: July 13, 2022, 10:15:00 AM
Guys research about muuinu it's now most potential memecoin with huge Utilities like Muuwallet (Multichain), MilkCultNFTs, Muuswap and many more coming. Low marketcap just near 500K. Dev team is working behind this token. legit and based team. May be future is bright
 Tg : https://t.me/MuuInu
Twitter : https://twitter.com/MuuInuOfficial

I am sorry to break this to you but there is no way that Muuinu is the next big memecoin and you probably already know that. I know that you are part of the team and it is just fair to promote your "project" everywhere you can in order to maybe attract some new investors but i really think that the chances for that are very slim for several reasons. First of all the timing is just completely wrong at the moment. The whole market is in a downtrend for months now and new projects have a very hard time in general to attract new users and investors. Second and most important, your project is just another useless meme-coin and thank god the meme-coin hype is over for some time now.
1229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 12, 2022, 06:09:18 PM
after the departures of A. Rüdiger (real madrid) and A. Christensen (fc barcelona), fc chelsea is reportedly interested in napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly and offers the italian club a transfer fee of €40 million

I also heard about this rumor today and that whole Koulibaly case could be very important for other transfers too. I read that Koulibaly is also the favorite of Juventus Turin and they are really trying everything to get him. If Juve is able to sign Koulibaly, then this also means that they have a replacement for De Ligt who could then go to Bayern Munich. This would probably mean then, that Bayern is more willing to let Lewandowski go to FC Barcelona, because Juventus probably wants around 60-70 Million € for De Ligt and if Bayern would get 50 Million € + for Lewandowski then this would definitely be a big help for them.
1230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for a crypto that won't depend on BTC anymore on: July 12, 2022, 06:04:40 PM
The majority of investors and traders are increasingly understanding crypto fundamentals before investing, is there any crypto that moves itself according to its fundamentals both now and in the future?

At the moment that's a clear no. There is no crypto currency out there, not even Ethereum which price is moving completely independent from the price of Bitcoin. So if there is a huge sell off of bitcoin because a whale is leaving the market then this will have an impact first on the price of Bitcoin but then also on the price of all the other coins and in most cases the altcoins are falling even more than in comparison to Bitcoin itself. That being said, Bitcoin is also not completely independent from the moves and happenings of other cryptos. Just look at the recent events around Terra Luna and it's collapse. It also took down the Bitcoin price.
1231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 12, 2022, 11:38:38 AM
It doesn't look like this will happen, De Jong's purchase will be difficult at a price of 85 million, this is a fairly high price for a player who doesn't have a big name yet, not because Manchester United can't afford it and don't have the money to buy it, but rather the value of a player who has not been proven individually.
This speculation could change, if Barcelona really want to release De Jong, because as far as I know, Barcelona still wants to keep the player next season, the sale clause is only offered if Barcelona is profitable, there is a barter of other players as a substitute and the club's financial benefits

Yesterday i read a statement of De Jong that he definitely wants to stay at FC Barcelona, so if this statement is true then i think that there is almost zero chance that he will go to Manchester United this summer. I also have to say it is pretty weird to see that Manchester United has such a hard time to get the players that they want. I mean ten years ago or so ManU was definitely one of the top 3 clubs world wide while they were still under Alex Ferguson and now it seems they are hardly in the top 10 anymore, which is very weird to me. I think it needs a lot of hard work and also a little bit of luck and also time to get ManU back where they once were.
1232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to invest Dot for long term? What are your thoughts about Polkadot? on: July 12, 2022, 11:05:47 AM
So I have been reading about this Polkadot para chain for the last couple of days. I can see this Polkadot is massively grown parachain and there is much more to come. Sp Dot price now is at a good point. So I want to know whether it is good to invest or DCA Dot? Or do I need to just wait till the breakout shows in Dot?

At the moment we are in a bear market and therefore a lot of good, big and already established project has lost significantly in value, which is a bad thing on the one side of course but also a good thing on the other because now people have the chance to invest into good projects for a pretty big discount. I would definitely count Polkadot to one of the biggest and most promising crypto projects out there so i think it is definitely a mistake to buy some DOT now for a long term hold even if the market will go down even further from here on. You will never miss the perfect timing to enter but if you are holding then we should see way higher prices for DOT then now.
1233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 11, 2022, 10:27:55 AM
4th consecutive Wimbledon for Djokovic. Kyrgios honestly didnt have a chance. Djokovic is an elite athlete and has kept it consistent over the years with similar levels of motivation. Djoker is against one of the most gifted yet highly inconsistent physically and mentally player. If it was best of 3, Kyrgios has a chance but these Grand slams are a real test. Even though Kyrgios got a bye in the semi finals, giving him more rest days compared to Djokovic. Djokovic has endured and gone through the gauntlet many a times. Just another day in the office for him.

I am not the biggest Djokovic fan but everyone has to admit that he really is the best tennis player by far in the last 5 years or so, even though Rafael Nadal had a very strong period in the last half year or so. Djokovic is totally dominating the tennis scene for many years now and he is basically always the absolute top favorite for every tournament that he is part of and the crazy part is that he is able to live up to that role almost every time. It almost seems that he is losing the first set on purpose because it just happens that often, even against opponents that are no real threat to him.
I think he will dominate the scene for at least 2 more years.
1234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum’s failure to close above $1.3K on: July 11, 2022, 10:21:14 AM
ETH price saw a brief breakout following the successful merge on the Sepolia testnet, but analysts say the altcoin’s failure to flip $1,300 to support hints at further downside.
The Ethereum network moved one step closer to completing its transition to proof-of-stake (PoS) this week after the successful completion of its second-to-last major Merge trial on the Sepolia public test network.

To be honest i did not know abut that success on the testnet at all and i would guess that many others also did not know that. Also the price movements of Ethereum did also not really indicate that there were a major event happening or something as it basically moved with the overall direction of the whole crypto market. Nevertheless i think it is a good achievement and i really hope that Ethereum manages to do a smooth transition between PoW and PoS. Hopefully the gas fees will go down too then.
That the market did not really react to that testnet news is not that unusual in my opinion, because in a bear market. Small good news have no impact at the moment.
1235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: July 10, 2022, 09:58:53 PM
For me, Bayern Munich is more of a team that doesn't spend a lot of money on player transfers and they're doing the right thing with that. But German teams are generally economical with transfers, which I think is a good thing, other leagues should also take this as a role model.

I definitely agree with that. In general i would also say that german clubs are handling their money very reasonably. There are a few exceptions to that like FC Schalke that still has debts of around 150 Million € but they are also on a good way to get rid of those debts step after step. Dortmund was also almost broke like 15 years ago or so, but they also learned from that but are now a financially healthy club.
The total opposite can be seen in Spain. Barca has debts of 1,3 Billion € thats why they had to sell their TV rights, their Merchandise brand and others stuff which brought them around 600 Million or so, but instead of using that money to pay back a part of their debts they want to spend a big part of it for new players like Lewandowski. It really seems that Barca has learned absolutely nothing and Real also has more than 600 Million € of debts.
1236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 10, 2022, 12:39:04 PM
Tottenham are unstoppable in the transfer window as they are almost landing every player on their rader. All thanks to Anthonio Conte who's making this happen, he is a man that knows what he wants and definitely will go for any player he wants at the moment. One thing with Tottenham is that they know how to handle deal with players in the transfer window. Conte is taking his time to change  the team lineups last season, and it's a good one for the club and the players. Although, Conte probably need to build a strong squad, since Tottenham will be playing the Champions League next season.

Tottenham made some good and clever transfers so far this summer there is no doubt about that, but i would not say, that they are unstoppable or totally dominating the transfer market or stuff like that. I think the transfer of Ivan Perisic which has cost them no transfer fee at all was a very good and smart move because Perisic is still good enough to help every team in europe even if he will probably not be in the starting eleven. The signing of Richarlison is also a pretty big deal, but he was also rather expensive so this was definitely not a clever transfer coup. I don't think that the transfers that they have done so far will bring them on the same level with Liverpool or ManCity.
1237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 09, 2022, 08:21:43 PM
Rumors about the transfer of Ronaldo to PSG will remain rumors, even the last time they appeared, it became clear that at least Messi would be against this transition. I heard another version - maybe Lewandoski will go to PSG. Neymar, Mbappe + Lewandowski - this trio will be truly awesome. But, as a fan against bags (City and PSG), I'm going to hope that if this happens, this trio will be as unlucky as MSN.

I also don't think that there is any chance that Cristiano Ronaldo will join PSG this summer. I mean we all know that PSG does not really care about putting together a team that is well balanced and has a good mix of experienced superstars and in addition to that also players that have no problem to do the dirty work and to attack the enemy team early and to close gaps in the midfield. PSG just buys the players with the biggest names, throws them together in a team and afterwards they are always wondering why they have not won a big trophy yet.
Just imagine Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Mbappe in the same team. This means that you have 3 players that are doing absolutely nothing for the defense. No early pressing, nothing.
1238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Merit For Signature Campaign !!! on: July 09, 2022, 08:08:08 PM
The signature campaign is one of the interesting campaigns in a bounty campaign that not only gives additional knowledge about crypto but also gives more rewards to a campaign. but only certain levels can follow it. How can we go to class??

It is definitely true that the best bounty campaigns are only available for the ranks of Full Member or above. Some of them are even exclusively for Hero or Legendary members. First of all i have to say that the people that have registered on this forum a long time ago were pretty lucky because they could have ranked up to Legendary pretty easily only with writing posts, asking questions or whatever. Nowadays you don't only need activity but also Merit, which means you need to write a post that another user finds so helpful, funny or whatever that he manually sends you one of his Merits as a reward. Sometimes this is not really fair because it is possible that you write a great post or that you are directly answering a question of another member and you still don't get any merit for it.

Remember we will have sprint qualifying so the qualify it will be today in 2 hour-ish

Of course i totally forgot about the fact that we are having a sprint qualifying this race weekend and when i came home yesterday evening i was obviously surprised that it already happened. The result of the qualifying itself was not that surprising. With Verstappen on the pole position followed by Leclerc and Sainz we basically have the outcome that was probably expected by most people. Perez would have completed the completely expected result with P4 but he got that penalty and has to start from P13 now.
Also it was a pretty strong performance of Haas in the Qualfiying P6 and P7 are great results for them.
1240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I doing the right thing on: July 09, 2022, 08:47:04 AM
How can a newbie invest in good altcoins? I know about BTC and ETH but I think I can make more money from altcoins instead of BTC and ETH, I did my research and I have a few projects in mind but I don't know if they are worthy..
Avalanche, Mina protocol, Phala network and Aleph Zero to name a few

In general i would say that a bear market like the one that we are in now is a very good opportunity to buy coins and tokens of projects that are already big and established. At the moment you can buy BTC for around 20k USD per coin, a few months ago it was at 60k and you can buy ETH for around 1200 $ now which was at more than 4k a while ago. This is also true for the first few projects that you have named i think all of those are pretty good buys at the moment. Of course a week or two ago they were even lower about 20 or 30% but if you are planning to hold the coins long term and you are convinced that the crypto market continues to grow, then i think you can not make anything wrong at the moment.
