Morocco really dealt will Belgium , Morocco had lots of opportunities to score in the first half. After cancelling the first goal I was think it will be very difficult for Morocco to score another goal but my surprise Morocco was able to score two goals in the second half.

This match today just proved again that nowadays the gap between the favorite teams and the underdogs are by far not as big anymore as they were 10 or even 5 years ago. Nowadays it is completely possible that a team from Marocco can beat Belgium, that Saudi Arabia beats Argentina or that Japan wins against Germany. Almost every nation has a professional organisation now for their national team. So i i think in the future it becomes harder and harder to become world cup champion, because we now have like 10 clubs that have the quality to for the title and in the future we might have even more than that.
782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad beginning for crypto beginners. on: November 27, 2022, 02:52:05 PM
Most crypto beginners starts their journey in a wrong way by not considering crypto education as the first investment to go after. The worst decision anyone can make is investing in something you know nothing about,  not just in cryptocurrency but anything else. In cryptocurrency their is a chance of making good gains and also a chance of making huge loss. It is easy for beginners to loss big, expecially beginners who don't have better knowledge about cryptocurrency.  Beginners who starts their crypto journey in a wrong  way normally have funny reasons to trade/invest in crypto.

My personal story of my first investment into crypto at all is also a very negative one. Back in 2017 i made my first investment into the ICO of Dimcoin, back then ICO's where the new sh*t and Dimcoin also already collected more than 10 M$ or so if i remember correctly. Right after the ICO was finished the german CEO of the company resigned and from that point onwards everything went down pretty quickly and the project died completely which meant a total loss of my investment. Thank god i only invested 150$ or so, so it was not that big of a loss for me, but i was definitely very disappointed with my first crypto experience.
The most important thing is, that you learn from mistakes and that you only invest what you can afford to lose.
783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 26, 2022, 09:11:44 PM
Argentina will beat Mexio and lead 2-0. That didn't look like it for a very long time. It was a very boring game until the 65th minute, but then Messi showed his class. Now they have every chance to continue, and with a bit of luck they can still win the group. But don't be too optimistic, if they lose, they're out. Messi will be very relieved, because if they had lost they would have already been eliminated. But Messi is not going to be a top scorer.

I have to say that today it was really noticeable that Argentina was under a lot of pressure before this match because of the loss against Saudi Arabia. In the first half for me Mexico was the better team and also in the second half i don't think that Argentina was better than Mexico. It took a lucky shot from the distance from Messi in order to bring Argentina on track for a win today. So of course every Argentina fan is relieved today because they still have it in their own hands now to advance into the knockout stage. That being said, with a performance from Argentina like today i think they will have a very hard time to win against Poland and to advance.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are stablecoins safe? on: November 26, 2022, 09:05:17 PM
Hello Crypto Fam.
So, the FSB has released a recommendation on stablecoin regulation. They are doubting the notion that stablecoins are "stable," arguing that issuers lack the necessary tools to keep their stablecoin peg at all times, implying that no stablecoin currently meets their recommendations.
What do you guys think about this? Would you recommend the use of stablecoins or they just aren't worth the risk?

The simple truth in my opinion is, that no crypto stable coin that exists right now is really 100% safe, so waht the FSB is saying is definitely true in my opinion. I mean just look at what happened with Terra Luna a few months ago. They could not hold their stablecoin at the dollar peg anymore and that killed the whole company and brought the rest of the crypto market down. Without the events of Terra Luna i think FTX would not be bankrupt today.
Also USDT has also lost it's PEG for a few days. According to coinmarketcap it is at 0,9996 at the moment. Of course this is only a very small deviation from it's peg but still. As long as their is no official digital $ or € we won't have real stablecoins.
785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 26, 2022, 11:32:41 AM
As a Manchester United fan, I don't think my opinion matters if the coach Erik Ten Hag wants Memphis Depay back at Manchester United all because of his love he's got working with dutch player's. Me as a Manchester United fan, I do not give him my blessings on the return if Manchester United are heavily linked with him. Even Edison Cavani would have done a better job with this squad than Memphis Depay.

I also don't think that Memphis Depay should be the number one target of Manchester United. I just don't see him as an absolute top player in european football to be honest. Don't get me wrong he is a talented player but definitely not in the same league as the best ones in my opinion. Also i am not sure if Depay really has the character to be an absolute top player that also is able to lead his team to a victory or through a difficult match. For me he seems like one of those ghetto-kids that made a big fortune pretty much out of nowhere because of his talent in football and now he kinda became a pretty big diva that only plays good if he is in a good mood.
786  Economy / Speculation / Re: Elon Musk says the price of BTC will rise on: November 26, 2022, 11:23:46 AM
A few days ago, Elon Musk responded to a friend's tweet saying that the price of BTC may increase by the end of winter.  He also asked everyone to be patient.  It means that the future of BTCL is very bright and its price will increase.  We are all waiting for this winter to end and the market to return to its previous form.  InshaAllah the price of BTC and digital currency will return to the previous room thanks

Well i would say that is a pretty obvious statement for everyone that believes in the idea of cryptos. At the moment we are at around 1/4 of the last Bitcoin all-time-high price so it is not a very surprising prediction that the price of Bitcoin will rise again in the future above the levels that we are having now. I am not really sure though what Elon Musk is rally thinking about cryptos because in general his whole tweeting for Dogecoin a year ago or so was only a bit of fooling around of him in my opinion and i also think that if makes a tweet nowadays about Dogecoin then it has by far not the same impact anymore then it had back then obviously.
787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 25, 2022, 09:32:45 PM
I'm pretty sure a lot of people lost bets today because of England. Most of the match results did not match predictions because the probability of England's victory was initially higher than the USA. I didn't lose anything in this fight, but I really felt a loss because in the end England and USA were only about 1 point.
England will actually be safe if they win the match against USA, but today's draw match makes the competition in the group even better. The final group stage match will be very tense, especially when England vs Wales.

After England showed a very convincing performance in their first mathc of this world cup i have to say that their performance today was pretty disappointing to me and that i was also surprised that England had such a hard time today against the USA. It was a pretty even game in terms of the statistics too, so i would say that the draw was not lucky for the US but a very deserved result for that game.
Now England can still be eliminated if they lose their last match against Wales and if there is no draw in the match of USA vs. Iran. I can imagine that England is feeling a lot of pressure now and it will be very interesting to watch them play against Wales.
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Good the bad and the ugly side of airdrops on: November 25, 2022, 09:28:32 PM
Almost everyone of us have made or search for airdrops and made money with just efforts and time
During my search here are some of the few of the past airdrops that i have participated:

Unisawap, Dydx, Muse, Aptos, others just forget but made a profit from them, some of this you need to make some transactions means you have to either deposit or make some trades using their platform, live or testnet.

Back in 2017 when i did my first steps in the crypto market i had a time of a few weeks or months where i joined every airdrop that was available. Even back then there were a lot of airdrops, but in the end i can not really remember of any airdrop that was really worth the effort. So i totally stopped following airdrop sites or telegram channels.
I would imagine that nowadays it is even way worse than back in 2017 and that today there are probably at least a dozen new airdrops of some shit-coins each and everyday popping up that will never have any value.
I made some swaps within metamask in order to qualify for a potential airdrop, but that is the only thing that i did in that regard.
Personally i think that airdrops are not good for the project that are doing it and also for the people that invested into that project that is doing an airdrop because then the telegram channel or discord becomes flooded with thousands of airdrop hunters that are absolutely useless for the project.
789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 25, 2022, 11:42:36 AM
Very disappointing match for the Welsh fans so far. I desperately want Gareth Bale's team to win a match in the world cup, but Iranian defense is putting up very stiff resistance. Wales has more than 2/3rd ball possession till now, but so far they have been unable to breach the Iranian defenses. We are well in to the second half and both the teams haven't scored a goal till now. If Iran loses today, then they are out of the world cup. For Wales, whether they will progress to the PQF stage or not will depend upon the outcome of their match against England.

I am actually very surprised how this match is going so far. I expected that Wales would be the totally dominant team in this match and that they would have not that big of a problem to win it. As of now though it is kinda the opposite. For me Iran is the better team so far and they had 2 huge chances to score at the beginning of the second half but they hit the post 2 times within like 10 seconds or so. Therefore i would say that Wales can be even lucky that it is still 0-0 now in the 80th minute. I don't have the numbers in my head now but i think if Wales will not win today then they definitely win their last game against England, which will be hard.
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FTX collapse: Good or bad for crypto in the long run? on: November 25, 2022, 11:39:20 AM
The collapse of a major crypto exchange, has once again taken the world by storm. There is a lot of FUD being spread by mainstream media, making people believe this is the final chapter for crypto/Blockchain tech. Now, US lawmakers are pushing towards stricter regulations with the excuse of helping protect investors' interests. Other countries could follow the US, greatly stifling the growth of the industry. I'm beginning to wonder whenever the collapse of FTX would be good or bad for crypto in the long run? This looks like another Mt. Gox situation, so it's likely things will be better in the long run after the dust settles. But I'm not so sure, especially when governments are now seeing crypto as a threat to the existence of Fiat (something they didn't think about when crypto was in its early years).

What are your thoughts? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley

To be honest i don't really see any positive aspect of that whole FTX crash at the moment. I mean the immediate effects where that the whole crypto market, that was already going down for a few months, was hit buy another big dump. Of course you can now say that this is a good opportunity to invest and such but we just don't know if we are not going to see another drop in prices of 30% or more from here on.
The only good thing is that obviously FTX was not really financially healthy anymore so i am happy that they are gone now already and that this news did not come up during the start of a potential bull market, because that would have killed it right away in my opinion.
791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 24, 2022, 10:45:57 PM
In their first match of the World Cup against Serbia, Brazil spent the first half in disappointment. Brazil took the lead through Richarlison's goal after a momentous effort from the start of the second half. Brazil lead 1-0 against Serbia until 65 minutes of the match. Brazil dominated the attack from the beginning of the day. In the counter attack, Serbia also took the opportunity and spread fear in the defense of Brazil. After that, Serbia will return to the match in the 73rd minute with a great bi-cycle kick in the D-box for the second time. The striker scored a pair of goals in his World Cup debut. The five-time world champions began their Hexa mission with a 2-0 win over Serbia. Richarlison netted twice for Serbia.

While it is true that Brazil had a pretty tough match in the first half i still think that this was no reason to be disappointed by them. I mean in the end they have played against Serbia which is not that bad of a team. I would even say that the times where you have that huge differences in the quality of the teams is over for at least 10 years now or so, at least in mens soccer. So for Brazil to win with 2-0 against a very good opponent is a pretty good performance in my opinion. Other big football countries like Argentina and Germany would be very happy to have scored a result like that. Brazil is definitely one of the favorites to win the WC.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum keep its leadership in the crypto smart contract industry? on: November 24, 2022, 10:40:43 PM
The Ethereum blockchain is currently the most used blockchain when it comes to Smart contract, NFT and Metaverse development. It achieved its leadership while it was still a decentralized network.
Unfortunately, right after the merge, Ethereum lost its decentralized feature and is now one of the most centralized cryptocurrency projects in the industry.
Given that we're going through a debate opposing Centralized vs Decentralized, do you think that Ethereum will still keep ahead of the competition? Aren't there a lot of chances of Ethereum being overcome by an alternative decentralized network?
What is your take on this matter?

I hear this argument about Ethereum being not decentralized anymore quite a lot in the last time and of course it is true that now the big exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, Huobi and Kucoin for example all have a lot of power within the Ethereum network because they all own so many coins. That being said i don't really think that i was that much different when Ethereum was still proof of work. I mean there were or still are huge mining companies in china and if a single company is controlling a big share of the mining power of a crypto currency then it is just as centralized.
I think that Ethereum will always be the number one smart contract platform, simply because they invented that functionality.
793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: November 24, 2022, 11:28:38 AM
By this statement I believe CB is of the opinion Thomas Tuchel had the ability to motivate them correctly and winning trophies with the underrated squad he had. This just tells how good Thomas Tuchel was and until now I insist Chelsea were wrong and mistaken to sack Tuchel. Honestly with Potter I think it will also be difficult to get results with Potter probably until two or three seasons for Potter to reorganise the team and also strengthen his side If he doesn't end up being sacked.

I have always thought that Thomas Tuchel is among the top 3 coaches in the football world for a few years now. He is one of the very few coaches that really improved every club that he joined. He even managed to be on the first position of the Bundesliga table for a few matchdays with his first team as a coach, Mainz that was a huge underdog. Then he was leading Paris St. Germain into the final of the Champions League where they lost only because Bayern Munich had a little bit more luck that day.
Then he a Chelsea team that was totally down and far away from being successful and he made them climb in the premier League again and also win the Champions League title, which was an amazing performance. I think Tuchel should be the top candidate to sign for every club that is looking for a coach.
794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Trust wallet and is it safe? on: November 24, 2022, 11:24:54 AM
There are different types of wallets in the cryptocurrency market. Trust wallet is basically a multi-currency wallet that supports all types of tokens in this wallet. Many investors and holders prefer trust wallets nowadays. Moreover, this wallet is much more secure than other wallets.
I want to know more details about this wallet from you.
Thank you everyone

Well another major point about trust wallet is the fact that it is the wallet that is supported by Binance as far as i know. That is also the reason why it's price was climbing pretty heavily in the last few days while most tokens of the big centralized exchanges were plumbing after what had happened to FTX. At the moment one of the biggest rules in crypto: "not your key, not your coins" is in everyones mouth again because a lot of people had significant values on FTX and have now lost it. Trustwallet is one of the leading wallets out there so it is not a big surprise, that it's token went up. Metamask does not have a token yet obviously.
795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 23, 2022, 09:19:41 PM
The World Cup has only just started, but we have already seen surprising results as weaker teams disgrace stronger ones. As time goes on, stunning results will continue to be revealed. But you never know, which country will take home the world cup.
Germany lost to Japan as a result of a poor tactical substitution. Even though the game is still in progress, you change to Muller and take out Gundogan. A poor substitution that the Germans coach won't have done

Well this loss of Germany against Japan was definitely a big surprise but by far not as big as the loss of Argentina against Saudi Arabia. Today Germany also was the dominating team for at least 65 minutes or so and they had a ball possession of 78% in the first half if i remember correctly but that alone does not really mean anything of course. They also had a lot of chances to make it to 2-0 but Germany was just not efficient enough today in the offense. Gnabry, Musiala and Gündgan all had good chances to score the second goal. After the 60th minutes Germany became more and more shaky and therefore the 2 goals of Japan were the logical consequence.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After FTX collapse, some call for a return to decentralized roots on: November 23, 2022, 09:15:21 PM
As questions swirl about how much cryptocurrencies will be worth in the wake of the spectacular collapse of the crypto exchange FTX and other major platforms, a key question has emerged: Who will keep your crypto safe?
In response, some in the crypto community are calling for a return to its decentralized roots.
Among the rallying cries of this latent movement: “Not your keys, not your coins.”

i don't know but in my opinion the crypto space as a whole is way more decentralized now then a few years ago. Just look at the whole situation with the exchanges back then and now. Back in 2017 and 2018 i still remember that new projects had a very hard time to even get their token to be tradeable because back then there were no real Dexes like we have them now with Uniswap or Pancakeswap. They had to pay very high listing fees in order to get listed even on small exchanges and big exchanges like Binance or Bitfinex or whatever vere extremely expensive. Nowadays at least everyone can get their token list themself.
797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: November 23, 2022, 10:18:14 AM
In my opinion, Ferrari has evolved their cars a lot this season, as they started this year's championship scaring their opponents, but unfortunately the problems didn't take long to start to occur.
They are planning to invest a few more million for the season and 2023... I hope it pays off, because I've always really liked this team.

As for Mercedes, I believe that now they have really made the adjustments that they sought so much, tested and failed throughout 2022.
I expect a huge evolution for Mercedes in 2023.

I also always thought that the criticism of the Ferrari team this year was way to hard from the fans but also from experts. I mean we should never forget where the Ferrari team was last year and the years before. They managed to build a car that was able to fight for the championship this year after they were so far behind in the seasons before. So that achievement alone is pretty big in my opinion. Now they need to build upon that and also make the car more reliable.

Mercedes was very strong in the last quarter of the season. So if they are able to keep that level then they will definitely be fighting for the championship again next season.
798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 23, 2022, 10:15:25 AM
Great match between Saudi Arabia team and Argentina Teams. Both Teams played well and every player of the team show good performance. But one team will be win. Final Saudi Arabia won the match by 1-2 against Team Argentina. Congratulations Team Saudi Arabia.Hopefully Saudi Arabia team will be play well in next matches and also Argentina Team.

Well your post makes it sound like this was a totally normal game with a totally normal result but in reality this was probably one of the biggest surprises in the whole history of the world cup of football. Argentina is (or was?) one of the favorites to win the title as they usually always are and Saudi Arabia is probably the weakest team of them all together with Qatar. So to see a win of Saudi Arabia was really totally unexpected as even a draw would already have been a huge sensation.
Of course Argentina was also very unlucky because they scored 3 goals that did not count because of offside in the first half alone. Still they should have played better and won this match.
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New play to earn games that actaully earn you coins on: November 22, 2022, 06:44:17 PM
Any new projects which you recommend and why?

I would be also interested to know if there are still good play2earn projects out there where you can really earn some money and that are also sustainable. Of course i don't expect to get rich from playing a game but to play a fun game and as a side effect earn some money with it would be a cool thing as a gamer in my opinion.
I thought that maybe it would be a good time to get into Axie infinity because it is the biggest play2earn project and probably will still be around in a few years, but then i read that there is some drama around their other token and that the players are unhappy about that. So i also have no idea what game to join.

FIFA World Cup 2022 Group C, Poland vs Mexico at full time neither team scored. A fierce contest was played between the two teams. However, Poland football team's Lewandowski missed a penalty in the second half. It is a huge failure for the Poland team. Despite repeated attacks by both teams, neither team managed to score

I watched the match and it was not that spectacular i have to say but of course that has to be expected because in very important games the teams usually try to play it pretty safe obviously because a loss already puts them under a lot of pressure in the group stage. The penalty for Poland was definitely deserved and some referee experts even said that the player of mexico should have received a red and not only a yellow card. Unexpectedly Lewandowski missed that penalty even though he usually is very efficient with his penalty taking and i also think that the penalty was not that badly taken from him but that the mexican keeper just had the right corner and made a great save.
