1041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Cryptocurrencies Change the View of the Game Industry in the Future on: September 08, 2022, 10:11:43 AM
In the past most people played games just to get rid of boredom or just to fill spare time when there was no important activity to do but after Cryptocurrency was adopted by the gaming industry then now it seems to have changed people's views of the gaming industry because now playing games is no longer just eliminating boredom because we can also earn while playing, last year Play to Earn experienced high hype which shows that many people are interested in following this type of game, but considering Play to Earn is now less in demand so could it be that they will be abandoned in the future?

I am a PC gamer for many years now and therefore i am not only following the crypto trends and news but i am also pretty interesting in new and upcoming video games. I have to say that most gamers out there are not in favor of the possibility of NFT's or play2earn structures coming to their favorite games and i can totally understand that. Gamers are playing video games in order to have fun and to relax so if there is now a way to earn money inside a video game it just means that the games will be flooded with bots and people that are just trying to make money out of the game and not playing it for fun.
Also the games would probably be designed around that play2earn structure and not around being fun.

For unknow reasons Bayern is winning only 1- 0 vs Inter it could be atlest 4-0.
Liverpool is humiliated in Naples

Well it was 2-0 for Bayern in the end which was a pretty fair result in my opinion. Yes it is true that Bayern definitely could have scored 1 or 2 goals more if they would have been more efficient with their chances but Inter also had 1 or 2 chances after the halftime break so i think that result is totally fair. Overall if have to say that i was a little bit disappointed with the performances of Inter because when they had the ball everything was done way to slowly in my opinion. No fast sprints or risky balls to the strikers. This way it was pretty easy for Bayern to defend against them.
Also the result of Liverpool was totally surprising to me, seems like their pretty bad start into the premier league has lowered their confidence.
1043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto's biggest flops are now pumping ? But why?! on: September 07, 2022, 09:34:29 PM
Terra Luna Classic and Voyager are two projects nobody expects to attract a lot of investors anymore. Yet they're going parabolic ? Right at the bottom of one of the worst bear markets crypto's ever had ??
This is madness.

I totally agree with you that this is madness and i also have no idea why this is happening at the moment. I first noticed the crazy trading volume of Terra Luna Classic on Kucoin when i wanted to try out on of their trading bots for the first time and there the LUNC/USDT trading pair has the highest volume of all USDT trading pairs on Kucoin which i just can not understand. A lot of the trading volume on Kucoins obviously comes from the trading bots because that trading pair has a high volatility and huge volume which are both great things for a trading bot. That still does not explain though why the price of LUNC keeps climbing. I mean, who would buy that coin now?
1044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: September 07, 2022, 06:47:48 AM
I do not think that today had many shocking results aside from Leipzig losing big time and Chelsea. City won, Real won, PSG won, Dortmund won, all of which made a bit of profit for me to be fair.

Well two shocking results out of 8 games is also 25% of all matches so it is not such a small number, but of course it could have been even worse. I watched the game of Leipzig vs Donezk and i have to say that i feel pretty bad for Leipzig. They had such a weak start into the Bundesliga and now they also messed up their start into the Champions League. 1-4 against Donezk sounds like they did not have a chance against them but if you watched the match then it is obvious that it is not true.
Leipzig was the dominating team and had everything under control but then their goalkeeper made this huge mistake and gave the first goal to Donezk away for free. Leipzig just does not have any luck at the moment.
1045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto has the highest potential?? on: September 07, 2022, 06:42:43 AM
Here is  the top 10 Cryptos with the highest potential to grow, can you suggest which is the game changer in 2023??

From those projects you have listed i would probably say that Cosmos has the highest potential to grow in price from today on. It is a great project with strong fundamentals that keeps developing and improving their product and if you look at the price of cosmos in the last few weeks then it even grew a little against a falling market. So i think that in the next bull market Cosmos will also see a strong rise in terms of the price, but of course that is just my opinion.
Projects like Ethereum are also great of course but they already have a very high market cap and therefore the room for another x10 form here on is just slimmer.
Also i would never invest into Shiba Inu, it is just a sh*it-coin after all.
1046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: September 06, 2022, 04:45:08 PM
Probably Sevilla will be an easy walk for Man City tonight... You could add Man City's win bet to the multi-bet... Also Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid and Benfica... Although I have my doubts about Dortmund, their play in the Bundesliga is terrible... I also think there will be many surprises tonight... Chelsea or Milan, for example, could lose...

I agree that Dortmund is showing pretty bad performances so far in the Bundesliga ant that they are very pretty lucky that they have made so many points already in the league. So it is definitely possible that Dortmund will only achieve a draw or even lose tonight if they are not able to show a way better performance than in the Bundesliga.
ManCity is one of the big favorites, like almost every season, to win the Champions League this year in my opinion and they should not have to many problems today with Sevilla in my opinion. Real Madrid vs. Celtic Glasgow should also be a pretty easy win for Real even though Celtic is in a great shape at the moment.
1047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDC, USDP & TUSD will be removed on Binance exchange on: September 06, 2022, 04:20:36 PM
Source: https://techcrunch.com/2022/09/05/binance-issuer-of-stablecoin-busd-to-discontinue-support-for-usdc-usdp-and-tusd/
Okay so since it's about competition, we only have until September 29 to see USDC, USDP and TUSD on the Binance exchange. If we don't convert them on or after Sept 29, they're automatically gonna convert them to BUSD.

Yeah well that is not really surprising to me. In the end Binance is probably the biggest crypto company out there and they are trying to get more and more influence and power. One way to do that is to ban most other stablecoins from their exchange. USDC is from coinbase as far as i know so obviously Binance is delisting USDC to hurt coinbase. They can not do the same with USDT because USDT trading Paris usually have by far the biggest volume of all stablecoin pairs. So if they would stop the support of USDT then they would hurt themself way more than USDT.
I always dislike it, when one company becomes to powerful within a certain field of industry.
1048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 06, 2022, 06:34:27 AM
I hope Freiburg and Dortmund take their chance and win their games at the next matchday. Dortmund will play against Leipzig in Leipzig. Leipzig is not playing well in the Bundesliga yet and Dortmund should take advantage of that. I expect a narrow victory for Dortmund.
Freiburg will play against Gladbach. The advantage for Freiburg is that they play at home. That could help them to win.

It's definitely true that Leipzig is not playing well at the moment and especially the performance in the match against Frankfurt on Sunday was very very bad. That being said, i think that the performances of Borussia Dortmund have also been pretty weak so far in the Bundesliga. I mean they have 12 points at the moment which is very good but if we are looking at each match so far then they are extremely lucky to have that many points because they could have easily lost against Leverkusen in the first match and against Freiburg in the second match. If Dortmund is not starting to play better soon, then they will lose a lot of points in the Bundesliga i think.
1049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Terra Luna Classic pumping - can it last? on: September 06, 2022, 06:30:15 AM
I am fairly new to crypto and in July I took a gamble on terra luna classic when it was 0.00009 and it is now pumping. Can someone explain why this is and what the chances of it lasting are?
I have been following it more closely over the last week as it has began getting more and more attention and apparently a lot is happening over the next few weeks which is driving the price up currently but not sure what it all means?
How realistic are the chances of it reaching $0.01 or $0.10 and how long will this take? Months or years?

I also noticed recently that LUNC is in the focus of a lot of traders at the moment. I recently tried out the Kucoin trading bots for the first time and there i noticed that Luna Classic/USDT trading pair has the biggest volume of all trading pairs on Kucoin which is pretty crazy to me as the project is pretty dead in my opinion. A reason for this high trading volume is also that most trading bot users are running it on the LUNC/USDT pair now because of the high volume and the high volatility which is great for trading bots.

I would be very careful though with investing into Luna classic. With the current we are already at a marketcap of more than 2 Billion $ so prices like 0,01$ or even 0,1$ are completely unrealistic if you ask me. I expect a dump pretty soon.
1050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 04, 2022, 09:32:36 PM
Honestly any player can move between leagues and play well all the time, just everyone needs to adapt, I think it's obvious. But yes, there are some players who can't play in a new league right from the start, but in a new team in principle, I think it's much easier to adapt to a team than to a league

There are definitely also players out there that are having a pretty hard time to adapt whenever they are joining a new team or even a new team in a new league and there are several examples for that out there. Just take a look at Messi. He pretty much was the dominating player of football (together with Cristiano Ronaldo) in the last 10 years or so when he still was at Barca. Now at Paris Saint Germain he is still a great player but definitely not the same as he was back in Spain. Age may be one factor but that's only a part of the story. I think he is a player that just needs to fell comfortable to perform at his highes level.
1051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 04, 2022, 03:39:17 PM
This safety car changed everything, Max will probably win but it should be a fun ending to watch.

Well Verstappen managed to win it in the end but it was closer as i have thought. Right after the start i really thought this would be a totally uncontested win for Verstappen again because he was more than 1 second ahead of Leclerc pretty quickly and he seemed to have everything under control and he could always counter with good lap times if Leclerc tried to close the gap.
Also Mercedes was very strong this weekend too, especially in the race today. It seems like they have the best car in terms of saving the tires. It is too late now to fight for any title in this season but if they keep up that good development then they will definitely fight for both championships again next season.
1052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Name ETHAX sounds like ETH on: September 04, 2022, 03:35:13 PM
The reason why I created this thread was to share my interest on a new Altcoin project named ethax and to get the sentiment of members in the forum about this project. Should the success of this Altcoin persist, I will keep update in this thread over time.
For two months, I have been following up with this Altcoin named $ETHAX. On seeing the name similarity for ETH to ETHAX I decide to know More about this project.

Well we are in the crypto space here and this has always been like the wild west in terms of shilling advertising scamming and so on, so i think it is definitely ok to advertise for your project, or the project that you are invested in here in this forum. I really don't like it though, if people are trying to disguise there obvious shill post for a project as a neutral post.
I also think that you would have more success with your post if you would not do that because in the end the people that are in the crypto space are not that stupid and most of them will figure out immediately that this is just another shill post. Just tell that you are from the team of this project and you will have more success.
1053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 03, 2022, 09:28:08 PM
Leverkusen - Freiburg game was like a joke to me.  Cheesy  Maybe my prediction like double chance on Freiburg was correct but I wasn't expecting a game like this. Freiburg had only 3 shots on goal and all of them ended up with goals. Leverkusen found many more chances but they weren't as effective as Freiburg. The nightmare persists for Leverkusen as this was their 4th loss in their 5th game in the league. They still have a decent lineup but something is still not right about the team. If their season ends very badly for them then it is likely for them to lose their best players like Schick I think.

I am no leverkusen supporter but i have to say i feel really bad for them so far this season, because they just never seem to get it completely together to win a game, except for the one on the last weekend against Mainz. They should have got at least 1 point if not 3 in the match against Dortmund but they just did not score any goal out of the many chances they had and the same was also true for the match against Augsburg where they were definitely the better team. Today was similar too, they were definitely the better team in the first half but then Freiburg scored after a corner kick and immediately after that a Leverkusen defender made a huge mistake which lead to the 1-2.
1054  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Proof of Work (ETHW): The Next Big Thing? on: September 03, 2022, 09:21:20 PM
Some Chinese miners announced they will be forking the ETH blockchain after "The Merge" in order to continue with the PoW consensus algorithm. If the fork goes full speed ahead, this means existing ETH holders will obtain "free" coins on the forked chain (ETHW). It'll be just like Bitcoin Cash (BCH) where Bitcoin (BTC) holders received the exact amount of coins on the other Blockchain network. While I believe making another ETH fork based on PoW is highly unnecessary (especially when we already have Ethereum Classic (ETC)), this could prove to be a profitable opportunity for those who cash out during the initial days of the fork. That is assuming ETHW will be worth some money after it's listed across major cryptocurrency exchanges. If it goes to zero, then why bother?

Like others in this thread already said, it is no big surprise that there are people out there that are already planning to fork from Ethereum in order to keep it their fork as a proof of work coin. Also it is not surprising that chinese miners are one of the main driving forces behind that because in the end the majority of the world wide hash power is located in China as far as i know.
I am not so sure though, if that ETH fork will be the next big thing because in the end there already is a Ethereum fork out there that is still proof of work and that is Ethereum classic. So the new ETH already has an opponent that is already established. We will see.
1055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 03, 2022, 05:16:42 PM
I think brave enough they put up a draw. I firmly believe Bayern is capable of winning. Bayern's statistics are very remarkable. They have made 16 goals. Interestingly they didn't make a goal from the striker alone. Mane has only scored 3 goals from four games.  In 4 games even they have taken a shot to the 106th of the goal.

Well it seems like that draw prediction was the right one in the end. I guess no one would have though two matchdays ago that Bayern Munich would only manage to get two draws in the following games. I watched the game today and i have to say that this time the draw was almost a fair result. I mean of course Bayern was more dominant and had the ball way more than Union Berlin but Bayern only had like 3 or 4 really big chances to score. So Union Berlin was not only lucky today, they also played a really good match. What also is quite surprising is the fact that SC Freiburg is the leader of the Bundesliga now.
1056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Coin and Token on: September 03, 2022, 02:42:18 PM
Hello everyone,
Please I would like to know the real difference between a coin and a token as it has to do with blockchain technology.
Thanks in advance for your kind response.

Hello. That really is one of the most asked questions of people that are new to cryptocurrencies. As others in this thread have already said, the big and fundamental difference between those two is, that a coin is running on its own blockchain while a token is created on a already existing blockchain.
Therefore it is way easier to create a new token then creating a new coin. To create a new crypto token on Ethereum, BNB chain, Solana or others only takes a few minutes. That is also the reason why all meme coins are
actually tokens and not coins.
1057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 02, 2022, 08:40:50 PM
Borussia have made this game against Hoffenheim look easy so far. Honestly, I thought both teams were going to exchange goals today. Although Hoffenheim have good stats and had a chance to level the score, Dortmund were lucky. Although the match is not over yet and there are often surprises in the final minutes, I think the result will not change.

The match is over now and Dortmund managed to achieve yet another pretty lucky win. I watched big parts of the game and i have to say that again a draw would have also been completely possible and maybe even the most fair result for this match, but Dortmund managed again to win a game where they were not the better team. The win for Dortmund is definitely Ok though to as they were more dominant than Hoffenheim.
Overall i still have to say though that the performances from Borussia Dortmund in every Bundesliga game so far have not been impressive and i think if they are not able to improve their game then they will not have a chance against teams like Leipzig or Gladbach and obviously also no chance at all against Bayern.
1058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decentraland (MANA) Price Prediction: Is MANA Still a Good Investment? on: September 02, 2022, 08:31:44 PM
We are all aware of how competitive and unstable the cryptocurrency industry is. However, the sector is rapidly expanding, and while many cryptocurrency ventures were successful in 2021, several struggled to hold onto their positions in 2022 due to the recent crypto winter. One of the coins that fared well and caught traders' attention was MANA. Investors are optimistic about the token.
One of the top currencies with the most growth potential is MANA. If investors have determined that Decentraland (MANA) is a solid investment, MANA may reach $6 in 2022 and $14.4562 by 2030.

Well the price of MANA is at 0,77$ at the moment and given the fact that it's ATH was at more than 5$ per token it is definitely possible that we will see prices of 1,8$ per MANA again in the near or midterm future if the crypto market as a whole is doing well. That being said i am not so sure, if MANA has the potential to grow in price even if the market as a whole is going sideways or even down. The big Metaverse hype is over again just like any other hype that was ongoing in the last 2 years.
Decentraland is definitely a solid project and will still be here in a few years, but it is definitely not sure if we will see prices of 5$ or even more again so soon. This will only happen if the whole crypto market goes into Bull mode again.
1059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 02, 2022, 10:05:51 AM
Aubameyang's move to Chelsea in a deadline day  might just be good for a short time because I don't think Aubameyang can deliver again at England. He was at Arsenal and he only did well in his first season at the club, later went on to become a flop in his second and third season at the Emirates.I know Chelsea are in a dear need of a striker and there are no good strikers available in the transfer market. They have snapped up Aubameyang now,and I just hope he does the right thing when he comes to Chelsea.Lets wait to see if his coming to Chelsea will be good for the club or it will be a waste of money.

I am a little more positive about that Aubameyang transfer to Chelsea than you. First of all i think it was a good deal for all three parties involved because first of all FC Barcelona is broke and needs every € of transfer fees that they can get and also every € that they can save on player salaries. Then of course it is also good for Aubameyang because i would guess it always sucks for player to play for a club that wanted to get rid of you. FC Chelsea was desperately looking for a striker and i think for that price tab Aubameyang was a great buy. He is still very fast even though he is 33 years old already and if he feels good i am sure he can still be a efficient striker.
1060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does altcoins actually have the potentials of generating benefits to investors? on: September 02, 2022, 10:00:22 AM
As a beginner into the trading business, I'm always scared of putting my money into altcoins but I do hear some people talk about how they make profits altcoins.
So I decided to come here to seek the views of experienced traders on the potentials of altcoins.

The thing with altcoins is that you can not give a general answer to your question because nowadays there just so many altcoins out there already. There are great and already very big and established altcoin projects out there like for example Ethereum, Cosmos, Polkadot and Solana for example are all altcoin projects that already have a marketcap of way more than 1 Billion $. So if you invest in one of those projects, then the risk of a total loss of your investment is very small in my opinion.
Then of course there are thousands of new or very small altcoin projects and there the risk of a loss of your funds is very high, but of course there you always also have the chance for a potential moonshot, even though that chance is pretty slim.
